OMG, THANK GOD for Advantage Auto SERVICE my Equinox died on the highway on my way to buy a new car and I was going to use my car for the down payment so I thought,,, a tow took it to Advantage Auto Service. I was extremely impressed by the way I was treated by this AMAZING EMPLOYEE JENNY,she calmed my nerves, you see I'm new to Atlanta my husband passed away recently and I didn't know any place to go!!,, But this was definitely the place to go. Jenny immediately took control with a witty yet caring attitude and reassured me that they will find out the problem and fix it if possible, she called me back later only to say, it needed a starter,, but after the mechanic put it in she still wouldn't start Jenny called and said cylinder 1,2 no compression the motor was gone, and I needed a new motor or another car! So I asked them to put it back together..She only charged me for labor which was inexpensive. Jenny has sinced helped me find places that would take my nonrunning vehicle, after 2 days we found some one who will take the car off my hands!! I went to the dealership and bought me a Mercedes Benz!! KUDOS TO JENNY THE MOST AWESOME AND AMAZING PERSON TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH Thank you ADVANTAGE AUTO SERVICE

Mike at Advantage Auto Service walked me through the process every step of the way. Any issues or concerns that I had were addressed immediately. I also received a courtesy text after my car was fixed to make sure it was running well with no problem.

Outstanding!!! I went here twice for my Kia Optima Hybrid. They were able to resolve the issues in a timely manner. GREAT communication and customer service! Jenny (I believe her name is) was wonderful such a sweet heart. There s nothing like someone keeping you informed while you re under so much stress. They did a wonderful job. I can always count on them. Thanks again.

Absolutely stellar service!!!!!!!! Jenny and the rest of the team took great care of us and my car and got it back to tip-top shape. She was so fantastic to work with and no one deserves a positive review more than Jenny. My husband and I have been to this shop quite a few times now with different vehicles and we've never been disappointed. Our search for a trustworthy and competent mechanic has finally stopped here. Mike and his team are the best! It s refreshing to have someone in the car repair industry that is so honest. Had my oil changed last week and one of my tires was so bad, he told me I needed to get it replaced immediately. He didn t have the tire on hand so he sent me a mile down the road to get it done before I popped a tire on 75

I am a repeat customer!! Everyone in Advantage A/S is great! My car runs great! Plan and simple "honest and efficient" My new friend Jenny bubbly, kind and listened attentively as I explained what was wrong. Jenny and the Team are very professional, and informed of their finding in a timely manner. I did not have wait, and once the job was finished she explained to me everything that was not up to par. This the second time I have brought my car AAS. Excellent, friendly, and honest.

Advantage auto is about the only place I can trust to take my car nowadays. It s hard to know, especially as someone who doesn t know much about cars, that a shop is telling you and pricing you all the correct information. This shop is one you never have to worry about. They are very good at communicating and explaining which I always appreciate. I recommend this shop always!

Great staff and amazing experience. Needed an oil change and some brake work. The team assisted by identifying an issue with the brakes and quickly made the necessary repairs. Quick, honest and good value.So glad to have found Advantage.

I got a oil change and my breaks replaced. Excellent repair service, friendly customer service. In and out . And after my service was completed days later I was contacted to see if my car was driving well. The above and beyond was the icing on the cake. Rice & shine It is truly frustrating when you take your car in for repairs and end up with more problems than you started with. This was the case for me when the excellent work outside of my driver seat stopped working. After picking up my car and realizing the seat motor was out, I called the shop and was told to bring it back in to see if the whole seat could be moved.Upon returning to the shop, I was charged again to have the seat taken apart, only to be told the same thing as before. To make matters worse, instead of just putting the seat back together closer up since I had already been charged for taking it apart again, they wanted to charge me an additional fee.To add insult to injury, after the window was fixed, it mysteriously was back down again slightly. While I didn't mention it at the time due to my frustration with the seat issue, it is clear that I now can not drive my vehicle on rainy days with a cracked window.Despite these setbacks, I continue to drive my car with caution, using my tipee-toes to reach the pedals and avoiding rainy days due to the cracked window. It is disappointing that after all the updates and fixes, I am left with lingering issues that should have been resolved during the initial repair.However the car drives great on clear sky days

Jenny was amazing and such a joy to interact with!I really like the online work order authorization method and how I have to manually approve all work being done before they do it. I ll be bringing my car back here the next time I need work done.

I will follow wherever Mike works. Now I ve had the pleasure of meeting Jenny. I m pretty sure we met at the Napa place in Marietta. Mike Apolo is awesome. he is the guy for an honest, trustworthy, valuable resource and auto mechanics. They are hard to find and when you do find one you don t let them go

I happily drive an hour out of the way to use these guys. It s hard to find a mechanic that s transparent and truly cares if the work is done correctly, THE FIRST TIME! When I drop my truck off, I have zero doubt that Advantage Auto will treat my vehicle just like they would treat their own.

I had a really bad coolant leak 700 miles from home and was freaking out. I brought my truck here and spoke with Mike, they were able to get me in and out the same day. They were really helpful and clear about what needed to be done to resolve my issue. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back to them for any issues I had.

Advantage Auto Service was extremely professional. Their customer service is out of the park! After inspecting my vehicle, they broke everything down to me with the same concern they would have for their own vehicles. They made me feel like family. I would trust them with my newborn, without batting an eye! Thanx guys for all your help!

Always good service here. They tell you what needs to get done but it's never a high pressure situation, they took some time to explain why some maintenance on my car is more expensive than other types of cars, and even gave some tips on fueling up my car and how to avoid putting gunk in my tank.On my most recent visit, I was expecting to pay a certain amount of money for a brake job because a competing auto service location told me I needed to have my calipers replaced. This other place is a big chain here in Georgia. They have multiple locations and they were a little bit closer to me at the time so that s why I went there first for a quote on a brake job with, I took the car to advantage. I explained to them what I was expecting to happen and explained to them that I might need to have My calipers replaced and they told me that I shouldn t and that they don t expect to need to replace the calipers unless certain conditions were met. I wasn t experiencing any of those things that they say would be if I needed my calipers replaced and they indeed did do an amazing brake job without having to replace my calipers and That to me established a lot of trust in them because I told them that I expected to need my calipers replaced I m sure they could ve made a lot more money off of me having replaced the calipers but they didn t. They just did the job that needed to be done and I m forever grateful for that.

I had to get my battery replaced, they did a diagnostics test and replaced the battery all weighing 30/45 mins. They were also very nice and the price was reasonable.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I dropped my van off for a brake line replacement. They called me to tell me that I needed a $1500 overhaul of my braking system. When i know it only needs a $25 part. A waste of time. Why can't their mechanics just be honest.
