Very professional and dedicated help. I've been comming here on and off for nearly 3 years and I've never had a bad experience. John is especially helpful. Great costumer service, good product variety and decent prices. If they don't have the part i need they'll try their best to assist me further.

The very nice gentleman who helped me find new batteries for my husband's and my key fobs as well as great new windshield wipers for our RAV4 hybrid was competent and friendly. I would go there again anytime. What a nice man and what a great store! He was wonderful about installing both the batteries and the windshield wipers.

Worst service ever! Took advantage of my 74 year old mother. Kept her battery to 'recharge' it, then her car STILL would not start. Told us it was the starter. Her car is 3 years old! Nissan dealership has called and all she needed was a battery. Plus Advance did not replace her battery tie die, which is a $50 part. When I called, the manager, John, was very unhelpful and not interested at all in what happened. I will never go there again!

My mama always told me not to judge a book by its cover.I was nervous upon pulling up because there were no cars in the parking lot, but it was open.Once I went inside the clerks acknowledged my presence and asked how they could help.I don't recall the gentleman's name but he provided great customer service and without breaking any store policies he provided me with some tips on items I should have in my car at all times.

Employees are attentive and helpful but they are sometimes a bit short on stock. If they don't have it though they will help you find the closest place.

I find it highly inappropriate that a 20 year old man would continued to call my mother babe. My mother is 60. She stated she felt it was inappropriate that he continued to call her babe considering he s probably younger than me . He responded with hahahah ok babe yeah the young black 20 year old male with short dreads needs to learn basic manners.

The manager of this store has been rude for some time. Today she was busy on the phone complaining to someone about being there alone - when I entered, I was the only customer. When I asked for help, she stayed on the phone, glared across the counter and bluntly responded - "Okay." She did not move! I left.So why even offer a 2 star? Because John is both knowledgeable and personable. I wish he had been there today.

John was extremely helpful by taking the time to replace my key fob battery because I was unable to get it open. He ensured that there weren t any sharp edges on the extra battery left in the pack, which most people including myself wouldn t consider!I enjoyed the great customer service received at this location. I went to O Reilly the week before regarding my key fob and the customer service was poor. I ll be sure to continue coming to Advance Auto Parts.

I called this location several times during normal buisness hours (around 3pm on a monday) and was either immediately hung up on with no reason, hung up on during being on hold, or rudely addressed before being put on hold. I understand that it is a hard time for us all, but I have worked in several of these stores in the past and if I was to even dare to treat my customers like this I would have been fired on the spot. I will not be coming to this location ever, and I recommend that no one else does either. There is O'Reilly's down the street that will treat you much more like a actual human being and will not treat you like dirt.

Very helpful staff. The young man who assisted my fiancee and I was obviously a new employee but he still handled himself accordingly. Even when asking for help form a manager the worked in tandem and were so nice to double and triple check that they got us what we needed at an affordable price.

I don't know how this location has such a high rating. Maybe I went on a bad day or they had a turn around of people recently, but the two people behind the counter when I went in were not helpful. I was the only car in the parking lot, walked in a stated that I needed a code ran for my engine light that was on. I spoke to the woman I saw when I first walked in who was on her phone. While I was talking to her, she did not look up from her phone of turn off the TikTok's she was watching to help me. Instead, she looked over at her coworker and told him that I needed a code ran. He grabbed the code reader and followed me to my car, hooked it up and told me to take pictures of the codes, go to a certain website and look up what the codes mean on my own time. I have never been to an auto store that made me look up my own codes. I would not go back in this location if my car broke down in their parking lot.

Came in with a bad battery still under warranty and John ran his diagnostics a couple of times to find the source of the problem, came to a conclusion it was a bad battery and John made the process easy for us to get a new battery. Awesome service shout out John and his store.

Place an order online went to go pick it up 30 minutes later as it said online the manager and one of her employees were sitting down watching videos on their phones they had never even pulled the parts that I needed very slow I'm a 26-year mechanic and I was getting a breaks they didn't recommend getting the brake grease for the slide pins or the brake grease to put on the back of the pads and on the hardware Where Metal touches metal just basically gave me my parts had me pay and that was it

Purchased some products and the price at the stand said one thing bit was charged a different price but the employee corrected everything and made it right will be going back as I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac with 300,000 miles and I plan on getting at least 400,00 great place to go for auto parts!!!!

The night time manager Gigi is amazing, she really went above and beyond with helping me, changed my battery, helped me do a charging system test all while helping like 7 other people at the same time. Great experience!!

I love this place. They are usually very helpful in finding the part that I need. When I needed to have a part ordered in, I got it within the same day and in the timeframe that was discussed. Very friendly and good customer service. Need to talk to the right people to get expert knowledge though.

Been coming to Advance auto-parts Powder Springs Rd Marietta for about five years. They understand customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The team is definitely focus on helping the customer. Especially Andrew . Had an issue with my 2 year old battery and the replaced is at no charge.

My battery had died. Went to Advanced Auto Parts for a DieHard battery. The guy from Advanced put in the new battery for free. Being a single female, that free work was worth the visit by itself!
