Terrible. We ordered a part , and was insured a part was coming in the following day at 9am. When arrive they did not have the part. Having sent me to another location 25 minutes away because they said I can pick it up there. When arriving to this other location I had to PAY AGAIN! Even though I provided the correct receipt. This store is not trained well, causing an inconvenience, now I have to go BACK to this store for a refund. WHY LIE AND BE HONEST! ALL TO GAIN DAILY SELLS GOALS??? Next time train associates better, honestly and don t give a PAYING CUSTOMER INCONVENIENCES shopping strictly O reileys.

Purchased an ICP from this location. Realized the next day it was not compatible and attempted to return the unused part. Return was refused due to it being an 'electronic'. Now I am stuck with a useless $170 part. Poor customer service.

Absolutely zero customer service skills! Everything you're supposed to do when you are dealing with a customer in your business was not done at all absolutely horrible. At first I thought that this guy just had no personality, then I saw he was jovial with his coworkers.

As last time said: the store in Centerville,Ga. Is a MESS AND THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND MORE BY PHONE. This time AGAIN THEY DON'T GAVE ME THE WARRANTY FOR A Power Steering Pump of 2015 F250 well, I decide to visit the store on Memorial Dr. Decatur,Ga. WAS EXACLY THE SAME CORRUPTION !!! The girl said my part has no warranty , then I questioned & ask to see the receive. She read & said yes has warranty. Ok, can You change plese? She answer have not the part, what I nees to do is buy a new one and if is defective again I can be back and change ir to me What!! Has or not warranty ??!!! She answer again, yes it has but has no the part on store ,they need to order & I need to pay !!! ... this is not the first time they do some thing AGAINST THE CUSTOMERS , I HAVE A COMERCIAL ACCOUNT ON AUTOZONE BUT I ALWAYS PREFFER YOUR COMPANY BUT AS I ALREADY TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS : NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING ON ADVANCE ... I WILL CONTINUE GETHING MY STUFF ONLINE AND OTHER COMPANIES ...

One of the employees looked up the numbers for my 2012 Volvo S80 brake light bulb and a blinker bulb. I followed him to get the items and carry everything back to the counter. He had me back in my car within 5 minutes. Great service!

The mechanic and the owners are very nice inefficient and they respect women they don't treat us like we don't know nothing I went in one day for a problem that I thought was a problem and they let me know that I didn't need what another mechanic at a different business had told me all I had to replace was one spark plug if you go there they will not try to charge you for something that you didn't need they will explain to you everything that they will have to do to repair your car and they're not so hard on the pocket they are some good men that own that Advance Auto Parts, good mechanics working there too.

It seems to be a good store, but the employees who have good customer service seem to not work there which is a shame. They work at other stores. The employee named Ray or however she spells her name needs to be re-trained on customer service. There are too many stores near me to visit this one again. You can have it. I'll take my money somewhere else.

I visited this location at around 8:10am. I was not disappointed at all!! It was my 1st time looking for a part for my vehicle myself, to do the repair myself as well. The rep that was on there was so polite and helpful. She double checked t make sure I bought the right part and I fixed it in the parking lot. A+ service. Thanks again!

Terrible customer service...my sister stopped here at 6pm on a Thursday evening needing to get her battery serviced and was denied service because they are Closed due to short staff written on the front door. Her car literally is sitting at their front door and the few employees that was here jumped in their cars and left. I m highly disappointed in the service that was given today considering I ve shopped here at this locations for years. We ve all been at work on a day that we were short staffed that doesn t mean the business that business shouldn t continue. I m definitely escalating this matter to the Corprate office first thing in the morning

False advertisement! There was a Motor oil with a sale price tag (hot deal!) - once I brought it to the cashier, it turns out this this item is not on sale. The cashier checked the shelf and confirmed the price tag is on the item, but claimed they made a mistake. This item should not have been on sale. The cashier refused to honor the price tag. Vicente, who introduced himself as the store manager said I don t care what the price tag says, the item is not on sale. I can give you a couple of dollars off, or you can leave and not buy anything...I m not selling this item for the listed price on the tag. You can scream if you want... (I was very polite actually, not raising my voice at all) ...but I m not giving you that price. Someone put the wrong price on it. Besides the fact that it was apparently their error, not mine, Vicente was utterly unprofessional and honestly, plain rude.

Walked in with my child(2yr old) I asked can someone remove the tag Cover I purchased from there, that I ve been pulled over for twice both officer told me to have it removed the same place I got it from... needless to say I had to explain my story 3times to 3young ppl and they act like they barely wanted to help me even though I had just purchased another tag from them they guy barely wanted to talk, someone was nice enough to help me outside because they notice the laziness as well. It s a no for me.He just seem so arrogant or something that it s still on my mind this morning. we gotta do better guys

This advice on windy Hill is the poorest on customer care ,i bought an engine hoist the price on the it said 259 but they sold it to me for 279 and they don't know why ,it was too heavy for me because I just did open heart surgery after paying the money he told me to wait for him to attend other customers that met me in the store I push all this by my self no one came to help me and I specifically told them about my surgery, I went on asking for the manager she told me it's not mandatory for them to help me. I told her I bought something in your shop that is very heavy for one person ,she still did not even care

Customer service is top notch! They helped me pick out the best wind shield wipers I've ever had & installed them for me! They looked them up & made sure I got the right size, too.

I was having the worst week ever. After my primary vehicle died, my backup car's battery was dead. And it wasn't old. Marlon was the kindest soul. He told me the battery was under warranty, replaced it in no time, and got me on my way. He made a terrible week so much better. Another great experience at Advanced Auto. I'll never go anywhere else.

I went into this location a few days ago when my borrowed car for the day was overheating. I knew I needed coolant but didn't know which one. The guy at the front counter made the recommendation and I got it without checking. I was surprised to find out he recommend the right one, what surprised me was that he didn't even look it up before he made the recommendation.

They not only got me my wiper blade, but also installed it cheerfully in the rain,... customer service with a smile! The contrast between them and my last visit to Auto zone is phenomenal!!!

Marlon and his Team are truly amazing professionals. I had an issue with my battery light that came on in my car. As I noticed the light I looked to me left and their was Advance Auto. I believe that God is amazing. I went in and Marlon jumped into action immediately. He checked my battery and although the system said I needed a new battery Marlin went the extra mile and conducted another check that revealed my alternator was bad. They didn t have one at this location for my vehicle but Marlon called to another Advance Auto, and had his Team pick it up and bring it to me.When things go wrong sometimes all you need is a kind ear and someone willing to assist and help out. I believe Marlon and his Team went above and beyond.Marlon even engaged me in small talk and brought me a chair to sit in while we waited on the part to be delivered.I know where I m coming the next time I need assistance and want honesty and trust.*** To the Advance Auto leadership, please reach out and recognize Marlon and the entire Team at Advance Auto located at 10 Windy Hills Rd., Marietta, GA.Thanks Marlon and the Windy Hills Team.Respectfully,Demetrius Flowers

This location is what you want in honesty and quality!!! I went there for a second opinion, but the manager wasn't aware of this, at the time. I was greeted with hello's and how can we help you. The General Manager Marlon came out and tested my battery, alternator and starter. He had me to sit in the car to perform different task like raising the engine, turning the AC off and on, etc. Different task to help determine if, I had an issue with my alternator, battery or starter. It came back a good reading he said my battery was at 701 which if I kept driving it would get backup to 750. So I didn't need to take It out of the car to be charged. Then I informed him that I had been to AutoZone, and I was told by the manager there that I needed an alternator, that it was bad. I was quoted 3 prices he said depending on when the car was built. The GM said let me do one more test at Advance he went back inside and got a wrench he took the cables out my battery and had me to start the car. He explained that if it was the alternator the car would not start. This is a location you want to do business with!!! The GM could have taken advantage just like AutoZone tried to, which this has happened several times in the past. I am a Lyft and Uber driver. I will refer customers here for parts and honesty, as well as my family and friends. I was impressed with the knowledge, the professionalism, honesty and compassion received. I really do appreciate the general manager and staff the friendliness at this location. Keep up the good work this will keep people coming back. Sincere thanks, G. Maria Johnson

It's an Advance Auto Parts... Just like every other advance. Only complaints are they don't stay open very late... cars have problems &/or break down at night too!!! That & it seems like they're prices have gotten much higher recently, but that's almost everywhere right now due to Biden's inflation... not going political... that's just the current facts. But I use Synthetic Blend oil, & it basically costs exactly the same price for 6 quarts of oil & a filter as it does to take it to an oil change shop and have them do it (using the same brand synthetic oil), & they'll top off all other fluids for free. Rediculous that it's literally only $1.50 cheaper to do my own oil change (and considering i've got to drive an Express or other store to drop off used oil... I spend that MASSIVE $1.50 savings in gas to do that).

I stopped by tonight because I realized that both of my brake lights were out. A lazy, heavyset guy came to the front when I walked in, so I explained to him what the problem was. He came outside, looked at the lights and told me that because my car is a newer car that it doesn't have brake lights. He proceeded to tell me that "these newer cars are like that". I couldn't believe my ears! I went to another auto store not too far away and got my brake lights replaced in about 5 minutes

Busy spot. Staff can be friendly, depending on who you get. don't "just stop in" to grab something, as there will probably be a wait as helping people usually involves more than checking them out.
