I service all three of my cars here and always make sure to send my family over! I have never felt more confident in any other shop for reliability. Matt at the front desk makes everything easy to understand. I may not know everything about my cars but I know accurate care automotive can fix anything!

Accurate Care did some work on my car a few weeks ago. In my 40 plus years of car ownership, I have never had a better experience from start to finish. They are professional yet warm and personable. Their Associates appear upbeat and inspired to be there. They were hands down the most organized and informative auto repair operation I've ever witnessed. I am thankful I have found a repair shop I have full confidence in. I'll be back!!! :-)

The people here are very professional and converse in a friendly and polite manner. It was nice to visit a car care facility where my car got done with what it was there for(oil change and maintenance check), it got done in the same day of being dropped off (with a confirmed appointment), and the process was wonderfully stress-free; which I usually find to be a rare thing when cars are involved in any of the different places I've visited before. Will be making this facility the new go-to for my car's future maintenance.

The whole crew at Accurate Care are professional and caring. They fixed my Tacoma up as fast as anyone could ask for and took great care of it. It was the best experience I ve had with a mechanic by far. Big thanks to Randall, Matt, Andrew, and everyone here! Glad to have found a reliable and trustworthy shop!

Had the best experience with Accurate Care Auto. They are amazing. My sevice needed parts ordered that wouldn't come in until the following morning so they even set me up with a loaner vehicle. They treat their clients like family and have endless repeating clients. They are thorough, straight forward, and do high quality work.

These guys are truly professional!I have had an "electrical issue" for about 3-4 months consistently sending it to shops black and fourth and decided to go with these guys for a diagnostic.They have amazing experience with Honda's as well and solved my long issue for good.They are very clean & professional!Would 100% recommend! I'd trust them to do any type of work with my car!

Hands down best experience I have ever had with dealing with an auto shop. Customer service was amazing the quality of the service was outstanding. My issue was fixed and then I was notified they do a safety check when the get a car in was also told of upcoming and immediate repairs that need done. Pricing was very affordable. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Called on Monday of this week to ask if they could handle repairs on my car (belt issue) and was told they were booked up for the day. When I offered to bring it in on Tuesday, I was told they d be able to get to it then. Dropped the car off before they opened, got an Uber to and from work, and called them twice throughout the day for updates. Each time I was told mechanics would get to my car soon, but I never heard anything back. I come in at 4:00 that afternoon and was told my car sat there in the parking lot for 8 hours and no inspection was done. I believe this was unprofessional and I would not recommend this mechanic on that basis. Having a car sit in the parking lot all day without a single inspection after I called in and confirmed I d be seen the day before is absolutely ridiculous. I was especially surprised that after all that time there was nothing in the way of apology, they didn t even offer to look at the car when I came to pick it up. I saw the positive reviews and was hopeful for a different experience, would not recommend!

Fast, friendly, great service, clean facility.The guys at the front were all very friendly and helpful. They talked me through everything and told me what the status of my car repair was. They were able to get my car in and out in 1 day and they didn t try to oversell me on services or repairs I didn t need.I will definitely be back again for any car needs in the future!

From the very first phone call, Joe gave outstanding customer service. My battery has died twice in the past week. I called and told him what was going on, he told me to bring it in and he d take a look. Long story short I drive a 2010 Mazda 3 and I was just trying to keep my car going a little bit longer. I was planning on buying a new car very soon. I got my battery replaced, front brakes and a few more maintenance things that should have already been done. My car runs great now and I can probably get another 75k out of it. Everyone there was so honest, friendly and courteous. I will be going back every time I need work done on my car and for all my future vehicles. I can t say enough how grateful and impressed I with the service they provided. The pricing was also great!!

I've come here twice, once to get a post purchase inspection and then to have the maintaince on said purchase done. Every employee was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I felt very comfortable being in there and every interaction I saw was more focused on leveraging the car needs and the pockets of the customer. It was a refreshing experience and I can't recommend this place enough.

Good guys and gals. Customer service is great. it keeps you up to date with what is going on with your vehicle. Straight forward and good pricing. They shoot to make sure your vehicle is in the best shape, staying away from cheap parts!

For starters I had a good feeling about this shop just from the phone call. Very professional, transparent, respectful, time efficient, considerate. They treat you as a person when you speak with them on the phone or when you walk through the door. Very glad I found this reliable auto shop.

Bill and the team at Accurate care took great care of me, my car came in with an electrical issue the technician diagnosed it and within an hour was able to find that there was a chafed wire causing a grounding issue after about a week it happened again I brought it back to them and they were able to find a second place where the wiring had an issue they got that repaired and no problem since. The team worked with me to stay within my budget and did a great job. Thanks to Bill and the team for all of their wonderful care.

Phenomenal shop - I take my vehicle there any time I have trouble. It's a clean and friendly environment, and they offer quick and fair estimates. It seems that they let you know immediately whenever they find an avenue to save you both time and money. Highly recommend.

Accurate Care Automotive saved us several thousand dollars!My wife's car (a 2010 Honda Accord) started having a rattling noise, and it was getting worse by the day. So we took it to our (formerly) regular shop to take a look. But before going there I googled the issue and found a few Youtube videos convincing me it was probably the timing belt, so I mentioned that to the mechanic. He looked at me like I had two heads, but said his guys would take a look. The next day they called to say it was actually the engine, that we had gone too long without an oil change (and admittedly, we had gone awhile - but we didn't think too long), it was bone dry, and that was the real issue. But unfortunately they had already put more oil in it (to try and save it, they said) so I couldn't see if that was true or not. They said it didn't fix the engine and it's blown, so the only fix was to spend several thousand dollars to replace the whole thing. And they said they don't replace engines there, but they'd be glad to buy the car as-is from us for "a couple hundred bucks". Of course I said "no" to their... ahem... generous offer?That was the mechanic I had used for a number of years with all my family's Hondas (4 of them in all), and at first I felt they were good but lately I've had some suspect encounters there. So with this one, it was time to find another shop. Enter "Accurate Care Automotive"! I took my car here and didn't give them any of the above background info. Nothing about what I thought it might be, or about what the other shop had found (or that I had even been somewhere else first). I just said it's making a rattling sound. And you know what they found? It was the timing belt!! And if you know anything about timing belts then you know it's an expensive job (very labor intensive just to get at it), but nowhere near the cost of an entirely new engine!Thank you so much Accurate Care Automotive! You literally saved us thousands.

Very pleased!! We were having intermittent electrical issues with 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. Given the feedback, seemed like Accurate Care could address the issue. Drove 60 miles to have them look at it. Glad we did! The issue was diagnosed and repaired within two days.Also must say, this is the most efficient, and enthusiastic group of automotive professionals I have come across (well, except for my uncle :)) in my 44 years of driving!

Where do I start... Had my Moms car towed to this shop after it ran hot on her while she was going to work. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it exactly, but I didn't have time to look at it myself and needed to get it over to a shop. This was on a Friday and they told me they weren't going to be able to get to it until MondaySo Saturday I had a chance to go and check out the car and realized all that happened was the radiator hose broke and caused the coolant to leak out the car. So FIRST THING Monday morning before the shop opened i told them.. Hey don't touch the car I realize what happened the radiator hose busted and I just want to get that replaced. I don't need a diagnostic or anything like that. Just to get the radiator hose replaced. Its a simple repair which I can do myself (which I ended up having to do but i'll get to that later). I told them I will call you back in 20 minutes to let you know if I'll just replace it myself or have you guys do it. Don't touch the car.15 minutes later MATT (who is a liar and incompetent) calls me back and says. We checked out the car and you're going to need a thermostat replaced, a flush and fill and the radiator hose replaced. We can do it for 1381.00. First I get pretty upset because I asked for the car not to be touched at all, but they ran a dialogistic on it anyway. I guess they figured, hey we are going to get some money out of this guy one way or another.I told him straight up that I didn't believe him regarding the thermostat and to send me a photo of the thermostat and prove to me that its stuck open. The car never overheated, the car / engine is not damaged in anyway, I know this because I already looked at it on Saturday and plus, you didn't have time to take the thermostat off the car at all.He says I'll send you the photos and call you back. Of course MATT who is a liar calls me back and says.. Oh I'm sorry I got your car confused with someone else's car your thermostat isn't actually stuck open. I had the wrong car in mind.. NO! You thought you were dealing with someone who doesn't know cars and they you'd try and hustle me out of almost 1400.00 dollars. I told him don't touch my car and I'll have it picked up and towed out of there.Then MATT calls me back and says well we can do it for 598.00. Do what for 598? Replace a hose and put some coolant in the car? NO! I am going to come and get my car picked up.Here is the kicker.. I call Geico to get my car towed away from the shop. Then Geico says that they talked to MATT at the shop and he said that i refused any service on the vehicle and it wasn't looked at so Geico refused to tow my car from the shop because MATT told them I turned down the repair.Why on God's green Earth are you speaking to my insurance company about my car or repairs for that matter. This isn't a collision shop.. You don't have anything to do with my insurance.. It was done out on spite in my opinion because I didn't want to accept the ridiculous repairs for my car.The shop did reimburse the diagnostic fee, but I don't care about that because it should have never been touched in the first place because I never asked for the car to be diagnosed. MATT either is a shady dude, a complete liar or totally incompetent. but I would steer clear of this shop completely and if you talk with MATT at any point please ask to speak with someone else and he will try and hustle you and lie. If i could give 0 stars I would!I ended up getting the car towed home and replaced the hose myself and got the coolant back in the car for 270ish dollars. Guess what MATT....The thermostat is just fine by the way!

Very Pleased with my experience with everyone who I spoke with and met in person! These are very honest individuals that want to help you have a great car repair service. They diagnosed my issue, provided me a breakdown of what needed to be done and pricing. The pricing was very reasonable, I ve made my appointment to get the issue fixed and I loved that they weren t pushy but yet very knowledgeable. I will be back for my upcoming appointment in two weeks! It just felt like a great atmosphere and they weren t trying to rob me because I am a female!

My wife, my son, and I, have had our vehicles serviced and repaired at Accurate Care and we have been so pleased each time. Although I am not a professional, I am an experienced automotive mechanic, having re-built my first engine over thirty years ago. When I have a problem with one of my vehicles that I'd rather have a professional evaluate, I have found that Accurate Care consistently provides me with a rapid, clear diagnosis and recommended course of action, as well as alternate courses of action. Their recommendations have each time, been what would be the best for me, not them, at a lower price than I would calculate, and always done correctly, the first time. Brought my daughter s 2013 Santa Fe Sport after the check engine light came on and codes C1611, C1612 and P0420.They quoted me a Catalytic Converter and spark plug replacement for $2,600.00.I paid the $152.95 inspection.I changed the spark plugs myself with NGK 93911 Laser Iridium ones plus added some Rislone Cat Complete.The check engine light is gone and so are the codes. This cost me about $130.00 to do.I do not understand why they wouldn t start small like I did at the shop, instead of quoting me that absurd amount of money for a car that is worth about $9K. If they would have called me and said it is the spark plugs and charged me $400 to $500, most likely I would have gotten it done. Photo shows how burned the spark plugs looked when I replaced them.

My 2015 Jeep Wrangler needed some major work - a new engine block. The mechanic at Accurate did a great job. While the car now triggers a new trouble code (P000d), all of the issues from before are fixed.This job cost $12k. Better than buying another Jeep. Still have the P000d, but it was an extensive job.UPDATE: All codes were fixed and under the engine warranty. The car runs beautifully. This past weekend I even test-drove a couple of newer Jeep Wranglers for comparison purposes. My Jeep with the new engine block runs a lot better. Huge kudos to Accurate Care for the excellent work!

In my experience - going to the mechanics shop isn't something I've particularly enjoyed. Until now.I called Accurate Care Automotive to make an appointment (very last minute due to my outstanding time management skills!). Not only did they get me in immediately but they also got the ac fixed and my car road-trip- ready all in one day!Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and never once made me feel silly for asking questions.
