I had an exceptional experience at the AAA office, largely thanks to Shaquille s outstanding service. He was not only kind and efficient but also demonstrated perfect customer service skills while assisting me with obtaining an international driver s license. Didn t come here for car service, so I can t comment on that aspect. But, we did come to get two international drivers licenses and had a great experience.We didn t bring passport photos with us, so they took them which was super convenient. Took maybe 15 minutes all said and done and we were out of there. Including the photos, it was $65 bucks for two international drivers licenses, which are good for a year. AAA makes it easy!

This place is clean and efficient. I only went in to get my International Driver s License but my experience is quite favorable. They can take your pictures and process everything within 10-15 minutes!Super friendly lady at the main desk (so sorry I did not get her name).

Terrible experiences with AAA. A couple months back I called earlier in the day to get my personal vehicle towed due to an unexpected flat tire. They weren t going to be able to tow my vehicle until almost 24 hours. I had already waited 6 hour to be towed. I ended up having to call someone else. Just a few minutes ago today I called AAA to tow a commercial vehicle. Again, I waited hours into the following day just to be told they don t tow commercial vehicles. They also have bad communication. I called in to find out why my vehicle is still in the driveway just to find out they don t service commercial vehicles. Horrible experience! I may discontinue my membership.

Wow! I couldn't feel better about having taken my car here! Josephine was amazing and a wealth of information. I spoke with her about 2 different cars in need of repairs and received invaluable information on both! One was a dealer issue and after that honest information, I decided to take my car there for an oil change, inspection, and alignment. Yes - they did give me an estimate that contained a lot of work. (A very high-tech estimate with videos and pictures.) But she also made it very clear what REALLY needed to be done. Front brakes and rotors, oil change, and alignment. When I picked up my car yesterday, it drove beautifully! And - I googled where they fell in their estimates - very much on the lower end of the spectrum. Plus they guarantee their work for 3 years or 36k miles! I'm impressed. Definitely recommend!

I don't live in the area but, stopped by for free air on Saturday, on my way out of town. For whatever reason the "free air" wasn't working and I was losing pressure in my tires. I went inside and asked for help. When I pulled around to the bays, I was helped immediately and gone in less than 5 minutes. These are the types of folks I love to send business. I really appreciate the way I was treated. Great Job!

Went in with radiator leak hoping it was a hose. They said busted radiator. New radiator $475. So I thought maybe $300 for labor. Nooooo. Total cost was $1,200. $50 for antifreeze, then had to pressure test the system for over $100 more. Then $150 in additional charges that the manager thankfully refunded but I had to call and go over it with him. Not a great experience. $500 for labor. Should have done it myself. Never received an estimate. Paid over the phone and was never told the total. Very surprised when I looked at the charges.Had a previous issue 6 months prior with my car not starting. Had it towed to AAA. They didn't know what it was. Had to pay to tow it again to dealer. Dealer said it needed a new battery. $20O for the tow to the dealer plus cost of battery. Ignition was acting up so maybe that threw them. Dealer figured it out in 5 minutes.Will now be looking for other options in the future.Service: Auto water leak repair

11/14/2018 I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to get AAA info. Being thorough, they added air to low pressure tires and checked the battery. Service adviser Eric McDonald and member representative Lenyelle Figueroa provided excellent satisfaction.

I made an online reservation for a regular check and oil change.. a week in advance. I got an email with the confirmation immediately. However I decide to drive down 15 miles to the centre and they say they re short on staff and can t honour my reservation. I didn t get a call or an email updating me of the same and I just wasted my time hence the low rating.

Scheduled appt online for oil change. I called on day of appt since no one had got in touch with us and found out that their online appt does not work??. Scheduled the oil change (with free tire rotation) service appt a week out. When I took it in, they said they would do a full inspection and let us know what they find. Sent a "digital report" suggesting we need immediate replacement of the engine air filter and cabin air filter and also our front brakes (and rotors) needed near-immediate replacement (said they were at 3mm thickness). We declined the engine and air filter replacement and asked them to proceed with just the oil change (and included tire rotation). After we picked up the car we noticed that they had charged us for the engine air filter replacement. When I went to confirm that they had replaced the engine air filter I found that while they did replace it they failed to clean out the housing of any leaves / debris. When we realized that 3mm brake pads were the bare minimum before replacement we called them and asked about replacing them. When we took the vehile back in they said that the quote price did not include labor ?? and would be $200 more....so we decided get it done elsewhere. Interestingly, the digital report included no pictures of brake pads or rotors but of the obviously viewable tires!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Split decision here my wife loves this place, so that is a plus. They seem nice enough. I had a battery issue, and they did a good job replacing the battery terminal (cutting the wire and such), but in the process they knocked off my bug deflector, which they put in the trunk, and popped off the plastic end of the hood prop rod, which is now gone. Gotta do better than that for a recommendation from me. Sloppy finish soured my experience. I recently tried Chloe's instead of going back here as a result . (see that review for details)

This place has been stellar each and every time we have used them. From oil changes to tire changes to larger maintenance issues we have found them to be honest, transparent and quick. My wife enjoys going there as they are not always trying to pull a fast one and sell services that are not needed. Eric and Doug have been excellent at Customer Service-always keeping us update on status of vehicles and setting realistic upfront timetables of when cars will be ready. Highly recommend this place.

Great place, but USE COUPONS, or go to Valvoline Express near the outlets. Everything is overpriced here Imo. They ALWAYS find something that needs attention. Interesting...because on one visit they strongly recommended I get "xyz" replaced. I know it was good, because I had "xyz" replaced 4 months prior. The very next visit, they strongly recommended "abc" needs to be done. I asked them about "xyz". It was great and nothing recommended for it. Same technician. DEFINITELY USE COUPONS!!!

From the very beginning of the experience, the team at AAA Sandy Plains was great. Making the appointment for service online was easy. Eric was friendly when signing me in and made the process seamless as I did not have my membership card with me. He also kept me informed of everything throughout the process.The team changed my oil and checked the brakes. They called in a timely manner to tell me what was needed and worked to provide the right solution even though it was not as expensive as other options. The work was then completed on time (and for half as much as other shops) and and I was notified quickly that my vehicle was ready. I will definitely be back.

I have been a AAA member for over 20 years. Went to this location to get some traveling information. The lady at the front desk acted like we were bothering her. She just handed us a map and told us to go online for the rest. Didn't even look at my card. I won't be back to this location.

Excellent service! I went to have my brakes checked and find out what was going on with the tire pressure light. Well, while they found two nails in my tires, and regarding my brakes--they said my brakes were fine--no need to replace them. Great to have a place to go for honest service. Also, I was able to work because they had working WiFi and I used their phone -- since I had forgotten mine. The staff was very nice and explained everything very well! Much appreciation for this above and beyond service!

I have used this location for oil change and tire rotation on both of our family cars. The customer service is top notch, extremely kind and knowledgeable staff, and getting updates on your phone is awesome. Highly recommend!

This location should have everything I need, but the last time I went, the service was incomplete. I told them to fix my tires and the weird noise the breaks were making. Simple, right? They did $87 worth of work and told me it was ok to pick it up the next day. The tires are still making the noise. They seemed friendly and honest up front, but the job isn't done. They didn't do what I asked. That's all that matters.

I've had my cars serviced here since 2013. The service is excellent and the prices are fair. Over the years, my kids drove my cars, often as new drivers. Knowing that the mechanical condition of the cars was top notch was critical. While I usually work with Robin, who is outstanding, everybody is professional and courteous. If you're looking for a place you can trust to keep your car in great shape, this is it!

Lived in this are for many years. Today was the first day going to the AAA on Sandy Plains. I had heard that customer service was great and the employees were friendly. Sure enough, went in there to get my passport photos made and they were so nice. It only took about 5 minutes or less. I am AAA member and of course that service was free.

Nice staff but they have no one working the front desk so if you need anything other than to pick up or drop your car you re out of luck. They have a sign posted on their door but nothing on their website so you don t know until you arrive. Wasted an hour of my day driving here only to be told they couldn t help me.

This facility consistently provides us good service and pricing. I started using them for my wife's car after Jim Tidwell's Ford Service department decreased in quality and even being able to cover their own if a person was out sick. The hours are good and AAA service honors their work and guarantees. We have only had one return need and it was because the new part failed and they got the replacement from the vendor and took care of my wife with both courtesy and respect. They keep their facility clean and easy to talk to folks there. They take the time to listen and then provide good information and answer questions you may have about a need for your vehicle.

Excellent service. I highly recommend AAA especially to anyone buying a car. Get a diagnostic done. Also perfect for existing car owners for emergencies, preventative, & maintenance.I was going on a roadtrip & my 3 of my tires needed replacing. This was confirmed @ the tire shop. Grateful for the free check with membership. MEMBERSHIP HAS ITS PRIVILEGES.

We ve been bringing our cars to the guys at AAA Sandy Plains since they opened. They have always been friendly and helpful. I always felt they were telling the truth about what needed doing...and they often went the extra mile with diagnostics or just to help pump my tires. We are moving out of state and I can say we will truly miss the service we got at this facility!

I called ahead to see if they had the battery I needed and if they could see me that day. They said they could get me in but I may have to wait 2-3 hours. I get to AAA and am in line next to another customer. She looks at the AAA Service Advisor helping her and the one helping me and says "I got the nice one - you got the grumpy one." She was obviously joking but I thought, there may be something to this. Well, that 'grumpy one' was Robin Formaro and he was great. He took my keys and information and I went to the waiting room and set up my computer to start working. I barely got through 2 emails when he came to get me. I thought he was going to tell me they found another issue. Nope. He was getting me so I could check out because my battery was replaced in literally less than 15 minutes. It was my second time to take my car in for oil change and had a few more things done. I thought they were great to work with and I was pleased. The second time they said I needed a new tire, it was wearing on one tire. They said that although they did not prefer the tire I had, it was better to have the same kind. I reminded them that they had just done a realignment so then they said the tire would be ok. I asked the price.....went to the place I got the first tire and saved $40.00. I will, however, go back to AAAI went back for an oil change, etc. and they were very courteous and I think they did a good job. They also said that they would check my tires for air in my light comes on. I appreciate that.3/4/15 since November of 2014 they have installed 3 sets of breaks--yes, they are nice but I can get 'nice' at lots of places. Without coming out and actually saying it, they tried to tell me it was me--they said even if the brakes are making noise it doesn't mean they are bad, Yes, I love to pull up beside someone whose brakes are grinding--do not want to be behind that car.
