I asked for 4 matching used tires on my car. When they brought them out they were trying to give me 3 different brands of tires (century, Perelli, Goodyear) WOW!!! They had to at least be the same on the front and back. Since they didn t have any, I asked them to put my old tires back on my car. They got an attitude and put the tires on and walked away. No sooner than I drove off. I get a flat tire 2 miles down the road. Coincidence? I am now stranded in a parking lot trying to get help I would never buy another tire from them again. Beware.!!!!!

I have been going to this place for several years now on any tire related service, I have been happy with them until I recently took my car for 4 new tire installation, $80 was a bit high but THEO the mechanic offered additional $80 for alignment, His machine kept not completing the alignment process so he looked under the tires and did that my tie rod needs replacement , he still charge me $70 for alignment that did not happen and said if I bring the new replacement tie rod , he will re align my car for free . I had my regular mechanic fix the tie rod only to discover it s not broken and advise me to take it somewhere for alignment. I am disappointed with THEO the mechanic for taking advantage of me. Please be aware.

Good and friendly service. Honest people. Sell and install quickly new or used tires. Inspect tires for complete satisfaction. Happy to recommend A&B Tires.

Do not go to this place. They changed 2 of my tires and did not put the wheels back on car properly. Cross threaded my lug bolts so the wheels were never on properly. 2 studs broke and they would not take account of their mistake. I could have died.

The guys here were quick in changing both tires and for a great price I didn t have to wait I just pulled in and they got the job done

This place has been there a VERY LONG time. They are Always nice and NEVER try to price gouge you. You can be at ease knowing they definitely look out for their customers. I took my Cadillac in because 2 other places told me I needed a new tire, 287.00! I remembered this place and took it there. Should have done that in the 1st place! They fixed my tire for twenty one dollars. I WILL BE BUYING MY TIRES FROM THERE WHEN I ACTUALLY DO NEED THEM. THANKS GUYS!!!! YOUR THE BEST Looked and it says I gave 4.5 stars.. NO I give them 5 and More if I could.

Called them and they told me they had two tires in my size and it would be $50 each. I got there not even 10 minutes later and they had raised the price to $89 each. They went to the back to get the two tires and I waited over an hour just for them to come outside and tell me they didn t have them.

What's fair is fair. I decided to stop by this shop to get a quote for 2 tires! The sales associate attempted to sell me a tire that was in worse condition than the one that was on my car! I decided to purchase one of the best tires they had for my car and in the process he broke my rim key, they claimed no fault or responsible and it is unacceptable! If I were to destroy something unintentionally or not I would replace it! It's the right thing to do! Now 80$ later (out of my pocket) I am able to get a replacement key. I've experienced good customer service and this was not it at all. Very disappointingAnd to the reply very incorrect but I do hope you strive to give all of your customers the same respect that you expect! Your time line is incorrect and your tech never stated the lugs were to tight until the key was broken! I appreciate you taking time to delete previous responses to make it seem as though only 2 people have had negative experiences at your establishment... I hope your tire quality is better than your people skills and customer service... and you're correct 9/10 people leave bad reviews for places that provided terrible customer service I'm glad you have the time to check my other reviews! I'll be sure to give praise to the tire shiop that I go to that has provided nothing but quality and care, and I hope that people will check them out and be just as satisfied!!

I've been there 4 different times now and very happy with service and tires. Can't be there competitive prices . I've easily got enough saved on service to leave a nice top on the way they treat me. I'll be back again

Went in for 2 flat tires. I arrived before another customer. I explained to them I had somewhere to be shortly. I am a African American female. The customer that came in after me was a White male. They fixed his car first. And when I said you know I was here first. And with attitude said i'm serving you.. If you believe in racial equality you will not patronize this place. There are 2 more tires places within 5 minutes drive...

Increased the price of my tire change by $100 after they had already put the tires on my car... Also the mechanic didn't know how to get the wheel off and I had to help him do it myself... I couldve done it at home if I knew I had to help
