19 yrs client first first claim no help no answer all snake Steve coworkers hung up on me. Additional driver listed by them I'm not done with Allstate yet I had other battles but you can't blame a computer error and no apologies and no one's fault but I'm going to call Allstate directly because Steve marano's doesn't believe it affected my insurance well when you get insurance cancellations first one North Carolina ensure you cost me money time and money

Yesterday I was shopping for insurance to help bring my monthly expenses down, and get insurance on my first home. After my conversation with Patrick at the Steve Moranos Allstate Agency. I came to realize just how much I didn t know or understand about my coverage. The process this team goes through to teach you your coverage and assure that you understand them is amazing, and very timely! They find the coverage you need and also look into ways to help keep the premium at a reasonable cost. This agency is the sole reason why I ended up choosing Allstate as my provider!

They were terrific in signing me up ! They were great in handling a claim too... I had just signed up new with them and a month later a deer jump out in front of me and stopped and I was going slow but couldn't avoid hitting her... I just damaged my headlight but they were on it right away and were great! Had it fix and got my check within a couple of days!

Steve and his team are great. They helped me lower my current Auto and Home polices by about 50%. They were great to work with, kept me informed throughout the process without being a bother, found hidden items to help and were courteous the entire time. Highly recommend you give them a call and see for yourself!

With prices going up I called and spoke to Conner. He explained my insurance and showed me how I was paying MORE for LESS coverage. With his guidance I was able to get insurance that fits my needs and budget. I could not dump that lousy Progressive policy fast enough, take that Flo and Jamie. I am now a loyal Steve Moranos Allstate customer. Not ever going back.

Steve's Moranos agency has done a great job in terms of customer services. His agency provides the very best in terms of prices too. I am saving a significant amount of dollars when I consolidated my car and home policy. I was greatly impressed when I called them in terms of a health insurance for my pet too. Lastly, they always share an email when they have a new way for you to save money. This is the agency you want to be with. I greatly recommend them.

Coming up on one year with Steve Moranos Insurance and very happy with the office responsiveness. I feel that I get great value with this agency and recommend them to anyone in the Pickens County GA area. I have been with Steve Morano's Allstate since 2005. They have always been there for me when I needed them and will basically take care of you over the phone. If you need insurance for anything all you have to do is call them and they will make it happen. They have great prices on insurance the best I've ever had. And if I ever have a problem all I have to do is call them and they take care of it whether it's to switch or upgrade or even add somebody I mean you can literally just call them and they help you. They're always courteous and nice and also they return phone calls. I recommend Steve Morano's Allstate 100%. I had a claim once with a different insurance company and after the claim they dropped me Allstate took me in and I've been with them ever since. You're in good hands with Allstate
