Phenomenal services! The prices was very fair and I was provided high quality work! The customer service was also amazing, Victoria, the lady at the front desk was downright fantastic at her job! She was very kind and helpful and gave me a run down of everything I needed to know before, during, and after they were finished with my car. They had my car finished in a matter of hours! I dropped it off on my lunch break and picked it back up when I clocked out for the day. I will be bringing all my mechanical needs here for all the foreseeable future! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, and backup what they fix. They don t try to sell you other unnecessary services like dealerships. They are extremely busy so you need to be thoughtful and call and ask when is a good time for you to come for routine things like oil changes, tires, etc. I fully trust Andrew and Ronnie to do my repairs honestly.

I was in town doing some volunteer work at a local children's home when I broke a part on my loader. They not only quickly worked me into their schedule, they didn't charge me for the welding job. If I was local, this would be my new repair shop. Thanks guys...

Crumps Automative Repair is the best! If your like me, you want to ride safe, and being able to trust your mechanics this is the place to go. I took my car last Wednesday to get everything checked was charged $150 .next day I got my wheel bearing fixed (that s all they said was wrong with it ) .they told me and my bf the cost would be no more than $270 and end up charging $406 now my car is overheating and belt broken can t drive it 3 days later

They earned a repeat customer for life!My vehicle broke down as I was headed to work and I had it towed to Crumps Auto. I am in the Fire and EMS field and needed my vehicle back in service ASAP. Crumps Auto staff worked swiftly in getting my vehicle repaired as fast as possible with a very short notice window and their team even worked past their normal business hours so I could make it to work and get a fire engine in service.I can t promise you that they will do this for everyone because they would be working late every day in that case and that s just not realistic. There is never a convenient time for car problems and most every customer wants their vehicle repaired quickly but for Crumps Automotive to help me the way they did in my circumstance was above and beyond any other mechanic shop I have ever experienced and that is honorable in my eyes. Their honesty, transparency and communication was spot on and their prices was very reasonable especially for a rush job.I will only go to Crumps Automotive from now on for all of my future car maintenance and repair needs hands down.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

Man... Im sorry. But fo real though. Dey charged me over a hundred dollas for a 35 dolla sensor from advance auto. And then another hundred to plug that bish in. Over 200 for 10 mins of work tho?!
