I've used this store for two years now. Robert the owner and his staff have always been super polite and cordial no matter what the problem. They've more often than not saved me from buying the wrong parts when I was unsure of the problem. In regards to the good old boy comment, I can see what they mean but it's customer service. They make you feel like a friend and have your interest at heart, not just a sale. Granted it's a smaller store in a small town but you'd be very surprised at what is stocked there !
