Bought a battery 2 weeks ago and it was a bad battery took it back to them and they stated that it will be 24 hrs before I can get a new battery

Drove up there to get a small part. App said they were open. Guy working was smoking cigarettes at the door said they were closed. Wasted my gas. Somebody's gotta fix the employees or the app.

Very very disappointed in the female manager who had an attitude toward a customer for no reason. The lady simply stated she liked the song that was playing in the store and the manager rudely stated this is a business ! Another customer asked if she was the only person there working and she then smarted off to him and said he s outside hooking up a battery man ! There was no reason or excuse for this type of behavior.

Bonnie will give you the wrong parts or product EVERY SINGLE TIME even when you Return something you just walked out the door with and back in after asking for a specific product and she is going to give you the exact same wrong thing you just returned and tell you then the label on it is wrong, it says concentrate but its 50/50 pre-mix....and the key switch for this will fit no matter what the store's computer or locksmith says. I love throwing hard earned money away and paying for stuff that won't work.. I guess it's far more important and professional to be hanging out with your adult kid in the store visiting all day and selling the wrong items repeatedly than it is to visit family and friends on your own personal time than pay attention to what you're customer(s) is (are)asking for and what you are actually doing and giving them.

It depends on who is there. The prices are rather high, with few exceptions. Ask for Jordan or Trent, they will help you.

I was in need of a headlight bulb and a tail light bulb. They had both in stock. I was in and out in no time. Prices were favorable. I will definitely continue to frequent this location.

Do not trust these kids. I simply needed some wind shield wipers and I new the size and brand I wanted. After telling the young man behind the counter he researched it and the description said it was for a coupe but my wife's car is a 4 door. After looking at my car and looking puzzled he called another tall young man, who I guess is the night manager and they both looked at the car. I was laughing by this point because I installed the last set. The set had a small plastic push button that you had to push and then pull them off the metal arm. The manager came back in and told me that the only way that I can get them removed is to take it to the dealer, "they had a special tool they had to use". Only the dealer can order me wipers. I'm glad this happened, they wanted $45 for the set I was asking for, I got the same set on amazon for $14. That is not an exaggeration, research your wipers. I installed them within 3 minutes, without getting the dealer involved haha. If they cannot help with an issue as small as wipers I would not trust them with anything else.

Employees need better training in their profession. I don't like asking questions and being told I don't know, or never heard of it. Not all employees, just a few. Also they never have any parts in stock. Idk what they have I the back but it's never what i need.

My experience was pretty good this time I was in and out,the service and employee's we're friendly to,on the other hand there's been some times when it's took me forever to get in and out due to long wait times because limited employee's we're inside all and all pretty good experience.

The employees put on our new rear wiper blade that was a real challenge, two of them working on it, but 30 minutes later we were ready to go with new wiper.
