BP gas station attached. 8 truck diesel aisle. 2 restaurants; Popeyes and TA pizza/chicken stand. Over 100 overnight truck packings. Tire shorp. Game room with pool table, casino type game, massaging chairs, and TV. Clen showers. Stor is well stocked with items you need while traveling.

Service center gets 5 stars all the way around for sure.... Robert, Jason, Caleb, Seth and unfortunately i didn't get the name of the guy that changed my tires, but I actually felt like I bonded with them, they were absolutely incredible! I literally can't wait to stop back in just to say hi!

I like coming to West Memphis Arkansas , they have good mechanics and they're open all weekend, unlike waxahachie TX closed on the weekend,these guys doing awesome job , keep up the good work ,west Memphis AK. David R.

Very unprofessional when it comes to telling customers the truth about wait times. I went to this location twice on 8/21/23 calling in about an inspection. First time Seth tells me it ll be an hour then so get there then it s 3-4 hours. I went at night I spoke to Lisa twice she tells me as long as I get there before 1am they can get me in , but when I get there no one can help me . Wasted time a fuel both times . Very disappointed.

Played ding dings here .. hit bit and they literally have no options on what you can can get . Got a store credit receipt that we're told can be used at any TA in 30 days .Going to try to spend it shortly.. so to be continued .Also wanna add that the 2 females working the register that night were stank af and not very helpful

Came in for a trailer tire was told 2-21/2 hours. At the 2 1/2 hour mark went in guy told me wait for truck to pull out bay and stage. I ve been staged for over an hour. Techs are sitting in back room no one on the floor. Went in to see if they are on lunch break. Service writer said no I have 2 tech they re working at getting to you. Techs are still laughing and joking in back room. T/A service is going down hill. So I guess if they do start they ll take lunch in the middle of the repair. Then they bring in another PM to go in front of me we need another option to T/A and Petro. Clearly management is a reflection of the staff.

Service guys are awful. They try to charge me with out doing any service. I came here to do an alignment and they told me there will be around two hours wait and I waited for 8 hours to get in. Then Nicolas ( Mechanic) come and check my mileage and disappear for another hour. Then he open the hood check for one minute then said we are not going to do the alignment today, pay the alignment check.

They were great, costumer service was friendly, fast and flexible. They got my truck in and diagnose, explained there parts ordering process allowed me to make a plan for payment and even found me a way home while working on my truck. Awesome job, I won't go anywhere else, costumer for life.

I went in on 10/10/20 for a DOT inspection. The mechanic said that I had a busted wheel seal that needed to be fixed in order for me to pass inspection. A month prior I had just had it fixed. I told him I just had it repaired and it wasn't leaking. I allowed him to fix it. He then came back and said I had a warped axle. Then he said I had to get their mechanic in to come in to cut the axle off and weld another one one. He could come in on that weekend and fix it for an extra $500 which would total $1700. I declined and decided to wait for that following Wed. for the mechanic to come into the shop and pay $1200. TA master machanic came in on that following Mon. and said there was nothing wrong with the axle. At TA request I purchased a hub assembly which I didn't need either. STOP! LEAVE! STAY AWAY THEIR MECHANICS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING EXCEPT HOW TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I Will never go back.

All you customers be aware with this person name Bill at the shop. He over price you for everything you want to be done at your truck or trailer at the shop. Including labor. Please management control this actions at your shop. Stealing is punished by law. And he over charge for DOT inspections whatever he wants to charge you

Broke down in the middle of a town square. The two mechanics went way above and, even not having the right parts with them, found what was needed at a hardware store and got it fixed.

There are thieves working there or customers. Not sure but bums are all over America. Not a bad stop. Just the thieves there rubbed me the wrong way. I'll never stop there again.

I came here to change tire for trailer and the guy told me i will call you. I went to the office I asked him 3 times they don t care about you, But I'm still here waiting for 8 hours and they didn't start it yet

Worst service I have ever dealt with told the shop exactly what parts where needed to fix my truck and they sent a guy out without the part after 2 hours then wait another 7 hours after that for tech to come back with the part so they say he will be. Never use these people for on road service unless you want to freeze to death waiting

This place sucks, ta shop is a joke. Run as fast as you can from any TA or petro truck shop. The people working do not have a clue what they are doing there are no certified mechanics and they charge you twice what I repair should cost. Do not use this truck stop

Stopped there last night. Very disappointed that they closed the restaurant. Only thing there now is Popeyes. No better now than a PILOT.. Scratch another one off the book, another place I'll try not to utilize again. Sad.

Worst place never come here checked in at 11pm and told me ur appointment would be at 8am just back in morning they told me no one here to help come back at 4pm this place is a joke they wasted my time for nothing.
