These guys are great! I called for an oil change and tire rotation for my dad's car. They worked us in the same day. Great customer service and great prices! I will definitely be back!

2023 HORRIBLE garage. I made an appointment days in advance, asking for rotating & balancing my tires, check brakes, and to look into my passenger side headlight. (Pretty simple). I was lied to seceral times & told they couldn't find the parts (studs for the tires) i drive a 2012 Mazda 2, not a BMW, not a Lexus... a mazda 2. It's 2023, THERE IS NOTHING & I MEAN NOTHING I CANT GET DELIVERED TO MY FRONT DOOR IN 3 DAYS. FACTS. I will NEVER EVER do business here EVER again. My recommendation, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED $ HERE. Have a wonderful day folks! Cheers!

I had a bad blow out on my trailer and was down to my last spare. They got me in and out with 2 new tires in less than an hour. 100% recommend!!!

Mark are TK's was awesome. I have a radical truck that was difficult to fit a exhaust. Turned out perfect.

Very friendly and working hard on the deck. I don't know why it always cracks the deck. Thank goodness for insurance

These guys have always taken good care of my family's cars. They treat people like family and I have never had them try to tell me I need something fixed unless it really needs it, unlike some other places. I always recommend them to anyone nearby. I even moved to Athens and still find it worth the trip to get stuff done by them. A very nice family friendly auto place.

This place is awesome. I had a front break start to lock up on my way home. They were able to replace calipers, pads, and rotors on both front tires in under two hours all for a very competitive price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

These people have always been honest and upfront with me and my family. I completely trust them with not only my vehicle, but my children's cars as well. How often do you find a mechanic like this?? Absolutely the best I've found around here by far.

Highly recommend. These guys were awesome. I live over 100 miles away from the shop and my car shut off near there. Needless to say I was frustrated. I called 3 places before TK and all said they couldn't look at it until tomorrow. It was about 1pm. TK had me come right in. Their smiling faces and willingness to help immediately made me feel better. Afterwards they took the car back and got it running. The mechanic/team was very informative. What made it better was that they didn't try to do any unnecessary work or hike up the price due to the vulnerability of the situation. They certainly have earned a customer for life!

Very helpful!! My mom and I had a flat tire on our horse trailer leaving Lake Oconee! It had completely busted and we didn't know what to do and by the bless of God there was a tire place half a mile down the road. When we got there they fixed us right up and had us rolling out of there within an hour. Super helpful and sweet employees! I will always recommend them to someone in need of tire care.

Had a radiator replaced 9-28-2019 by mechanic #21. The mechanic failed to do a proper leak check. 250 miles down the road I stopped for gas. Transmission fluid all down the passenger side of the truck(transmission cooler built into radiator).Trans cooler lines not properly installed. (Took 5 qt to top off.). This may have cost me my transmission. $$$. For sure took years of the life of my transmission..Also found was leak on upper radiator hose and over flow hose as a result of not properly installing and checking work.

Didn't want to weld my exhaust cause it was dirty. I did it myself, and kept my money. My dad let them replace his rear axle bearings, which FAILED a week later. They installed junk bearings with plastic internal parts. When he took it back, they refused to honor their warranty, basically saying FU. DON'T EVER GO HERE

I have used TK for 20+years. I have always owned multiple vehicles (7 currently). I seem to be there every week for something! There are many years of experience with the mechanics there. I saw the negative comment from "Joe" about the young kids working there. There are some young *men* there that do simple things like oil changes, tire repair and replacement, and other basic stuff. They are usually the ones who also come and take the cars back to the much older and very well trained mechanics. I can say I deal a lot with one "young kid" (considering I am 56 and he's probably early 20's, so he seems like a kid to me). He is far from it. He has done lots of work on my cars and I know for a fact if he has a problem he gets one of the senior mechanics to help him. He will tell you this if you call him and ask him what's going on with your car. He will say I can't find what's wrong so I am going to get the senior mechanic to look at it and he will call me back. I have his cell number and he has mine and often he is the only one I interact with. I find him very helpful and I "choose" to have him as my liaison when I go there. You can deal with the owner or the manager if you prefer, as they are always available. I don't doubt that sometimes a mistake can happen but we are all human. Considering how long TK has been in business something is bound to go wrong. Only one bad review says something about this business. I am sure if *Joe* had went back to TK they would have surely made it up to him. I find negative reviews crappy. I think everyone should be entitled to make things right if indeed there really was a problem.

Had a flat while driving through on a road trip. They had us patched and back on the road in 20 min. Even checked to see if they had a matching used tire on hand for us, because the hole was so close to the wall.

I looked around MAdison area and read the comments prior to deciding on these guys. My wife called to see if they do diagnostics. They said they do and it's $65, so she informed them we were on the way. Would take us 30 minutes to get there. Got there, he said would call in an hour to let us know. So, we stayed in Madison to kill time and decided to check out a few stores while there. Hour and half later, we called to see what was going on, guy said oh, they are on it as we speak, will call in 15 minutes. So, we went and had lunch. No call YET. So another hour later and whole day wasted in Madison, GA, we went up there. Guy says $150 for the diagnostics and reprogramming the computer so no Check Engine Light on anymore. Plus it needs tie rod so that's another $119, lol. I stated they didn't ask us if we wanted to perform a reset and we aren't interested in the other work. Then he says well, just pay for the diagnostics and take it. Told his guy he wasn't going to "fool with it anymore." Then said diagnostics will be $75. My wife said, y'all said it's $65. He said, oh yes, it says it right here. I made a mistake, lol. WOW! So, I pay and leave. Get 1 mile down the road and the Check Engine light pops back on. So, I would have paid all that money for what? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE! This guy lies to your face and in front of other customers. I don't know if he was cheating my wife because she was a lady or he just cheats people. But I lost a whole day in Madison,GA and was right back where I started, but out of $65 because the diagnostics test resulted in the very same test that I told him I found with my basic scanner. Sigh!

Ather I had 2 shops to try and balance my tires that didn't work still had shaking and vibration. I said let me try tk mabe they can fix it. After I got my car back it drove like a Cadillac thanks for fixing my tires
