Bring my truck in for a PM and apu Service on the 7/13 2022 I had a 2019 freightliner mechanic was being rude and disrespectful because I ask him if you have our service and APU before and he said no so I went to the receptionist at the decks and told him I need somebody to work on my truck that understands the apu Also the diesel mechanic did not seems like he knew what he was doing he took over two hours to do a PM and talk like 20 minutes trying to put on my fuel filter make a mess with diesel all over my engine bay I make and complain to the receptionist inside and the diesel mechanic was upset about it and it tampered with the light under my door not sure what else you might ve tampered with but if something happens it will be on them Troy was the person working at the deck and he was also disrespectful told me to take my truck and leave without giving me copies of my receipt and giving me an attitude

This was my first visit to this location and I give them 5 stars. I received prompt and courteous service from the manager and staff. They performed a PM service on my tractor and installed two new steer tires. The manager was extremely helpful with recommending quality steer tires. I will return for service and I highly recommend this location.

CS is horrible and the manager at this location is very unprofessional!! They re talking about all kinds of inappropriate things as if we are not sitting here. Every other word that comes out their mouths is profanity!! Absolutely no respect for their elders or no body else that is in the lobby!!! They have been talking and playing in the lobby as if nobody else is here for at least 1 hour and 15 mins!! And stay turning people away, However if they were doing their jobs they could turn out more work and give people customer service that they deserve!! They are turning away people for little jobs as small as putting air in their tires!! I came here around 11:45 am for a pm and was told 2 hrs wait and it s now 3:55 pm and I m still here. Just flat out horrible Customer Service!! If you can you should avoid them and take your money somewhere else!!!!!

Went to this location to get an oil and lube on my truck and after 3 hours of waiting with my truck in the shop. I desided to ask what was taking so long. The guy at the desk said they were almost done, and he would give me a call shortly. After they got done I looked at the grease fittings and it looked like they hit all of them,the oil was a little dark but the mechanic told me that was some of the old oil that didn't drain out mixing with the new oil. On the way to deliver my load and then get the oil and lube done again a month and a half later. The truck shutdown and after looking at the oil , the oil wasn't changed,the filters wasn't changed either. The previous oil change the company had wrote the miles and date on the filters and this speedco had forgot to clean them off so now I know they never changed the oil and I have a engine that needs a rebuild or replaced. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

I came here to get my PM and DOT inspection done and as soon as I pulled in, I was being serviced. Didn't take long at all and I felt special because I was the new guy's first truck. He did a wonderful job and the entire crew is awesome!! I'll be back every time! Thanks Ms.J and guys

If only I could give zero stars. It was the worse. They cracked the fuel filter cap and I had to leave my truck overnight because they didn't have a replacement part. It still wasn't ready until late the next day causing me to miss a whole day of work. To top it off I was told my truck was greased when the 5th wheel was still dry as a bone. After all of that I was still charged full price. I'll never go back to the Madison GA Loves location again
