Stopped here for the night. Convenient location, moderate parking, 2 rows of free parking, and 3 rows for reserved. friendly staff. Laundry room, IHOP inside. Showers. Not very many. I would recommend using the pilot app beforehand. I give 4 stars because the hot water was in and out, very frustrating. Also, they dont have hair dryers, so i couldn't wash my hair. Walking distance to Walmart, and most of the popular fast food places. Weight scale and slot machines. Overall, it was a clean store, and it was fairly stocked with your everyday needs.

This Pilot location doesn t have RV gas fuel lanes but is roomy enough to work. I used the bathroom and it was clean enough.

Pilot needs to clean it up or I m switching gas stations! The staff is always nice! The bathrooms, food areas, drink stations, and around gas pumps need to be cleaned thoroughly! I have 3 kids and expect to be able to use the restroom in the gas station I spend ALOT of money on gas and snacks frequently! Thanks!

This is a very clean and friendly location. The showers were clean and the water was hot. A bit of a wait beacuse there's only a few showers , but the wait was worth it. There is an IHOP connected to the truckstop that was open 24 hours and it was a delicious visit. Truck parking fills up fast after dark here but if you're able to get a spot, there are several restaurants within very short walking distance if you're not up for Ihop.

At 9 in the morning, this place was busy. Entire facility was clean and well kept. Large variety of food and drinks. This is a Travel Center, so there's a wide selection of electronics for truckers. The cashier's were very pleasant and quick.The Huddle House was the only weak link. They were understaffed for the rush they experienced. It ended up being 35 minutes for a breakfast for 2. That said, the staff were delightful and the food was delicious. So, if your going to dine in or carry out, try to plan it during a slower time.

This rating is based upon our experience at the fuel pump only. No problems and no paper outage. Fuel was priced at 2.959 a gallon on this December 2024 day. The price was somewhat higher than our whole trip from Colorado to South Carolina and back. Many blessings for the New Year!

Very busy location. It was very clean from the moment I pulled in the parking lot. Inside the store was very organized and clean. Restroom was clean and well stocked. Cashier was very nice and smiled and greeted me. I believe her name was Taye. Overall experience with Pilot was a GRADE A.

5 star Custom service from Mr. Octaviousevery time I or my drivers stop and get fuel, I always feel like my business is valuable wen I shop here and he always keeps the showers spotless! Thank u sir!

Great location, it s away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta and plenty of parking and they have a I-Hop restaurant. Friendly employees. You kinda get a sense of being in the country and yet you re still very close to the city

Pilot is good , friendly peopleBut now let s talk about the IHOP if I had a way to put the worst place I have ever ate at this would be in the top spot!!!Ok Les start by saying when I walked in no one to great you sat at the counter waited for the t I girls to stop playing with their phones and chatting among them selves. One of them noticed me and asked me if I was being helped I said no I m not thank you come to find out the guy next to me is also waiting. So I ordered my food pumpkin pancake and scrambled eggs and bacon with extra crispy hash browns. Order goes in I am now watching them prepare my food there is a pan on the warming station with what looks to be a sheet pan of already prepared hash browns. I m like really I get my food has browns are rubbery I ask them why am I getting food that has been siting out in the open for god knows how long. So they make me dress or what they call fresh in the mean time my bacon and eggs are getting cold. It takes them 15 minutes to make hash browns. Then I can hear the cook telling them to add extra money to my bill for having to do their job and make fresh ready to order food. I have never been more disgusted in all my life.

Come here if you want cold showers, wait for showers while the guy is outside on his phone, no diesel, and product everywhere but not on shelfs while staff stands around doing nothing.Dart uses it as there own personal yard and parks everywhere and anywhere they wantIf I was the owner I'd fire everyone and give a job to people who.actually want one

I happen to have busted water pipes recently and decided to use the shower at the local Pilot Flying J.Let me start by saying I used the showers 3 times over 3 days and each time I almost busted my butt and sprained muscles from the Dangerously slick floors due to the janitor spraying cleaner on it to make it smell good but not cleaning it up... makes it slick when it gets wet, causing a slip and fall hazard on the hard tile flooring.My next complaint was on day 2 and 3 the water pressure was WEAK due to the employee using the washing machines during my shower use.... also on day 2 and 3 the water was warm.... barely above body temp. And with the bathrooms having no heat control in them it was freezing getting dressed in there. And for 17 dollars a shower it wasn't a value. DO BETTER Pilot Flying j of Madison GaLoves of Madison Ga just gained a new customerOH...... and the black mold threw out the showers due to unsanitary conditions in the pics below!!

Nice place! Staff is wonderful, bathrooms are super clean. Tons of places to eat. Hop skip jump to atl or Augusta.

Reserved a spot, when I got here no spots available and they wouldn't do anything about clearing out a spot. Would give no stars.

Great parking. I like it here because the parking lot gets full quickly, but there is always reserved parking available. Great food, the service was OK.

The cook and the waiter did a excellent job. Much respect for them 2 guys. Got the Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes. Cooked excellent. 8-6-2023

No cold water in the showers. You'll be scolded by hot water in a useless attempt to get clean. Then you can't dry off in the sauna. By the time you get dressed, you'll be soaked in sweat.I was going to eat here, and get coffee, but now I'm sorry I bought fuel here. I'm never stopping here again.

Worst pilot I have ever been to, and I have been to some bad ones. But, I don't think I've ever been mad enough to leave a bad review. I have been here several times on my route and every time I stop here it gets progressively worse. The main problem is the customer service. It's almost as if the staff is trained to be rude. Nobody likes working here, including the staff at the IHOP. Maybe you should send them all home and hire somebody who actually enjoys life and making their customers happy enough to spend their money and time at your establishment.

Pilots in recent years have fallen behind Love's in cleanliness, customer service, food choices..... They seem to be pulling the grill items like hot dogs, while Love's expands those choices.I only go to Pilot if I have to.

The ladies behind the counter are very upbeat and gracious. The IHOP, the waitresses will take the burden off your day by being very kind and attentive. Very clean store, lots of good parking as long as you know how to park. Been doing this for 30 years this is one of the better pilots I've stopped at.

Purchased DEF on pump 27 for $60 it did in 3 minutes and the pump read 14 gal complete when I checked my DEF Guage it didn't even read a half of the tank. Usually my tank gets full by 15 gal. I released I was scammed and lost about $45.

I stopped there for breakfast, and the place was nice and clean. Employees were friendly, courtesy, and professional. I do recommend this to anyone.

Very friendly staff. Big parking lot for trucks. Clean inside and out. Busy store. Showers were great. The attendant for the showers was awesome. Thanks .
