Bought my battery there. Several days after it was installed the car would not start. I had a new starter put in and a week later the same problem occured. When it happened a third time the person who helped me get it started suggested maybe the battery was not installed properly and was not connected to the alternator. He was able to show me where it looked like it was loose. We still got it started and I was able to get it home before it died again. I called the manager on Sat 5/27 at O'Reilly and asked it he or a member of his team could please come by and just confirm the battery was in fact installed correctly. (I was about 1.5 miles from his store.) He said it would be late when he got there since he wouldn't get off before 9pm. I told him whatever time he got there was fine. I gave him my address and cell number and waited for him to show up. He never did and he never called.I had another mechanic look at it on Monday and he fixed the problem.I am leaving this review because the manager at O'Reilly's did NOT keep his word. I had no way of getting the car to his store and he assured me no matter how late it was, he would come by. If he couldn't do it, a simple phone call would have sufficed. A small thing perhaps,but to me it says a lot about his level of professionalism.

The manager and one of the associates at this location, Cody (Manager) and Steve, WOW! I walked up to the store, my car battery in a back pack on my back, they took one look and told me what I knew, dead dead. Ok, so move on. The battery I needed, not in stock. 1st problem. It's an old car, wiggle room. Problem solved. 2nd problem, new connectors and by this point I'm bleeding money, or so I thought. They got me covered with the connectors. Answered a few questions, treated me like I had a brain and on top of that, took my butt home. The new battery was significantly heavier lol. This is the service I've come to expect out of O'Reilly's and yet I'm still so pleasantly surprised when I go in and get it. I will definitely forever be a customer with O'Reilly's, and this one in Madison GA particularly. Thank you Cody and Steve for helping me get my car back moving.

The new manager was awful to work with and has a condescending awful attitude. My family and I have been long time shoppers here and will not go back.

Very poor service. After calling asking about an item giving the specific name and part number I was informed that they had the part only to arrive and it was in fact the wrong part. I was told that they could get the part from another store and would have it in an hour and a half. After waiting the amount of time I return only to receive the words we didn't get the part. Needless to say I won't be visiting this establishment anymore as it was a complete waste of time.

O Reilly auto part is pretty much cheaper than the other auto part stores in our town. When our car needs a part we get it from them.
