Brought my Ram 2500 in for an oil change and fuel filters. After 25 mins they had oil changed and filters changed and they had me priming them. I m glad there is a shop around Madison that has experienced tech working and is well worth the money spent. Will be coming here again.

If I were you I would stay away from this place. My wife took her car there for an oil change because Britt s was closed we should have waited. They took the air filter box off and didn t put it back on correctly. We took the car back up to them twice because it was idling rough and shutting off while throwing a code. The store manager was talking down to his employees the whole time but he personally tried to fix it himself but couldn t. I took it to another mechanic in Madison he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The store manager must know someone bc he didn t earn the job by his qualifications or his customer relations. I will not send any vehicle here ever again. Not to mention I had to pay $125 to the other mechanic to fix their mistake and they refused to pay for it.

First, let me preface by saying how super convenient it was to finally have an oil change business open over the weekend (that's not Walmart). However, if you have diesel truck -- I'm not sure that this is the place for you.When we pulled up we were met by a friendly employee who took down all our information while we waited for the bay to become available. During this time, we determined the type of oil that we'd like to use and asked if that oil was standard on the bulk guns. Per another employee, yes, that oil was available in the guns and also in the boxes on the shelf. We opted for the bulk guns and specifically asked for the standard oil.After pulling into the bay, we had one employee start performing the service. It took 45 minutes and three additional employees (on the top - not even in the pit) to finish the oil change. We finally paid the bill and left.Upon arriving home, we noticed that we were had not one, but two, charges for oil. The first charge was for the 13 quarts (standard for our truck) of Valvoline 5w40 Blue oil - which was the type of oil recommended and requested by us for our truck. The second charge was $45 for an Euro Syn Oil Upgrade. When we called back, they said that the charge is standard and that "we probably have been charged it before at other places but just didn't ever realize it."Did some research and there are two types of Valvoline 5w40. One is the Blue label, for which we received our 13 quarts and the second is a European label, which we seem to have been charged for but should have never received. The additional $45 was not a welcome charge to an already expensive bill.Express Oil is new to Madison and we wish them only the best in this new endeavor. For smaller trucks and other gas vehicles, Express Oil is likely better equipped to service. When we came through with a 550 diesel, it seemed we had thrown the staff for a curveball and they were unprepared.

I'll keep it short and sweet. Just stay away. Typical corporate 'bait and switch'. That $5 off oil change coupon looks good when it's in the mailbox, but you'll pay for it and then some.

Came in last Friday for an oil change and the staff that handled that were amazing but the manager on shift was asleep.

The price was higher, but the convenience of being open on Saturday out weighed the price. The staff was excellent, BJ was very polite,professional and welcoming. Thank you for a job well done!
