Went in for a $35 oil change, they talked us into some $10 windshield wipers as well. When it came time to pay they tried saying the wipers were $15 a piece. We told them we could only afford the quoted price and they should've warned us before installing more expensive parts without permission, and to just put the old wiper blades back on. Then when we get outside to leave, we notice a massive crack on the passenger side of the windshield, directly under the windshield wiper. You can tell they got mad that we called them out and slammed the wipers back down when re-installing the old blades. Had to get an insurance claim started because the employees kept arguing with us, and they couldn't even bring a manager out to speak with us. Then to top it all off, they still charged us over $70 for a $35 oil change. Highly recommend that nobody ever takes their vehicles here.Service: Oil change

Oh my goodness I broke down in the parking lot after shopping. My car wouldn't start I made contact with the auto center and they had just closed. But the guy came out to check to no avail. Fast forward this morning Wed.went back to check on car. These people were the best, I let them know the battery came from them, they changed the battery. But wait the car still didn't start, so they had their lead mechanic George look at it. He fixed the problem and had me on my way. Tens for this outstanding staff and 50 for George.

Christian the service manager was outstanding. He had 3 cars in front of us and was working hard. Need to have more guys like him. The assistant manager, donald, could have been a little more friendly. He didn't seem to be enjoying his job.

Worst experience! Went shopping for an hour. 30 minutes longer than Jazz said it would take. My car is still not done! No one takes the job seriously. Donald is a horrible manager who let's his crew just sit around and laugh instead of working. This Automotive department SUCKS! They need to learn how to do their job!

I paid for lifetime rotation and balance and the associate told me they couldn't do it because one tire was wearing out on the inside front tire.I paid for it so you should have still gotten it done. I'm disappointed with the walmart on Booth rd in Warner Robin's and will not return!!!!

The technicians are helpful and knowledgeable but the machines and equipment is in poor repair. I could get the TPS system fixed because the machine was broken. SmhSomething os always broken.

This place is a joke. We waited two hours just for them to tell me that they couldn't even rotate my tires or change my oil. On top of that, another lady got oil in her floorboard from their boots. Was also driving my truck like a 16 year old, spinning tires. Told me he added 2 qt oil, when I checked it, it was bone dry. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

We were on our way back home from a trip and saw a nail in our tire. Willie took it right in and checked it out. We were back on the road in less than 30 mins. Service desk could use a little more help.

They wanted over $100 for a oil change went to my dealer it Was cheaper and I got genuine parts for my specific vehicle plusI got a free rental.

So not being your car hear they don't know what thier doing. They can't even put the valve stem in correctly on a tire.

There was no manager around and the employee paged for one 3 different times and noone came, so I went and grocery shopped for quite some time came back and the employee has to again page for a manager which came about 10 minutes later just to hit a button to approve my battery exchange!!!

Took my 2008 jeep for oil change, they said they couldn't open the drain plug. And today I tried to get an oil change on my saab 9-3, they couldn't reach to oil filter:) this is my experience with this place so far

Do not get your oil change here they will not put your plug all the way in and you will be having a oil leak
