They bent my rim and refuse to fix it when I brought it to the managers attention he talked down to me as if I don t know what I m talking about and then hung up very poor customer service both the manager and the lady they both hung up on me for no reason and when I went there very very very poor customer service I don t recommend going here at all save your money and send to people that actually know how to do there job probably

Customer service is very poor as they are slow and I had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to show up. They re also very rude and would not recommend going to this auto care center.

I had to replace my battery on a rainy cold Sunday. My church family gave me a jump. When I called Zebulon Auto Care they only had one person in there they said, I got there asap! The technician asked me a few questions, directed me to the waiting area. They were courteous and professional, in less than 45 minutes I was on my way home, thank you for great service!

Bought 4 tires previously with Roadside tire warranty. Went back to get air in my tire and the shop manager "black guy with the dreads" said that they no longer put air in your tires when you purchase them there. He said that I could get the air hose and put air in my tires myself. This was the location on Zebulon Rd.

The managers' professionalism was a significant departure of the conduct I would expect of a Walmart employee. She was on the phone while providing service to us and she also tried to make her subordinates look bad in front of us. I personally believe customer service training should be in place for such positions in the company. Don't just hire anybody off the street. When her subordinate told us there was no oil in the car, she added, "that's what you have a man for. He needs to check your oil". I did not respond because of my character and humbleness, but I even moreso I was confused because we were there to get an oil change... Unfortunately, as awesome as the service was by her subordinates, because of the manager, we will not be back.

Very unprofessional, a line of 7-8 people and only 1 person waiting on them. Don't ask me what the other 5 employees back here are doing because they weren't working. They should not have been in this area if they were not working. There was nowhere here when I got here, no cars either. But she tells me mine is not ready, but its also not one of the ones they're working on?? Where the heck is my car??Service: Tires

Understaffed so the wait time was longer but they try their hardest to get you in and out once your car is being serviced

All of the employees at Walmart Zebulon Auto care center is great. Very friendly, efficient & helpful. I would recommend anyone in Macon who need tires to goto Walmart off Zebulon Rd

These folks deserve more happy customers to come here and leave reviews. I've come here a few times and they've been great for routine maintenance stuff. I'll keep coming back.

Tire a lube,The tire and lube center turns customers down before the actual closing time. When you arrive 15 to 20 min before close with no wait for and oil change. The tire and lube center will turn you down because they have to close before the associates get overtime. If they have to perform an end of shift rotiene they should close beforehand to prevent customers from antisipating they are still open. They need to change hours or better manage associates. We even called beforehand and we're told they were open untill 7pm. We called and spoke with a manager after being turned down. From talking with the manager I was left feeling that it wasn't a big deal. Seem to me like it happens often. Don't wast your time, plan to go to another busisness that wants your busisness.

The service is extremely slow, the employees are rude and uncoordinated. The mechanics move at a snails pace, clearly paid by the hour and not by the job! The prices are more reasonable than most though so I guess you get what you pay for

The mechanics don't want to work. They are rude, have bad attitudes, and zero customer service skills. The ones in the inside that check you out are just as bad. They play behind the counter and ignore customers.

Their time matters more than yours. I show up right when they open at 7am and after waiting 30 minutes, I m told the people who do tires won t be there til 9.

The mechanics don't want to work and the desk employees don't want to be there. I don't appreciate being talked down to while only receiving horrible customer service. I will not be back!!!

I enjoy coming to this Walmart. Its always clean. I can find what I need & more bargains than the other one in town.
