It was a bad time with them truck still don't work after thousands of dollars spent ,what can I do ,what next step ,lawyer or money back ????

I highly recommend this place! They have a very professional staff that are very knowledgeable about diesel trucks and Will and his crew did an awesome job on my truck. I also really liked their transparency on prices and willingness to use what parts the customer wanted and willing to take the time to explain what they have seen as a quality part versus just putting whatever on their and not telling you (like I have experienced other places). I will definitely be using these guys for my future diesel truck needs!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, caring, and good communication. Can't ask for much more in terms of staffing.They were able to see me same day as I came in, and gave good recommendations. I'd recommend them to others.

Had a good Experience. We are not locals and were traveling through. We were traveling from north GA to FL. The check engine light came on our truck and I called and spoke with Daniel and told him the code associated with the check engine light.He said when we arrived in Macon area to bring the truck in and he would check it out. Upon diagnosis, and knowing our tight schedule for traveling, He arranged for a quick turnaround. We dropped the truck off on Friday afternoon and he had it ready for us by Monday mid day.We called our mechanic at home and he told us that the price they were charging was in the range it should be for the problem to be resolved.We were grateful for their attention, their patience with answering all our questions, and for the quick turnaround time to get us back on the road home.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Took an injection pump in for overhaul and calibration. David called me to give an estimate all he seemed to be interested in was telling me that I had made a mess of the pump, lost parts and also broke some parts. Originally quoted $1200 for repair, he calls me and tells me $2600 for repair. I asked he to put the pump back together the way they found it and he told me that would cost $200. They charged me $100 to disassemble. They are very much a rip off. When they found out I was ASE Master Certified in Heavy Diesel their attitude toward me changed. They thought they were dealing with just some Joe Schmo who didn't know what he was doing , boy did they get a surprise. DO NOT USE THEM, RUN, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

I have found my diesel mechanic. Daniel was extremely nice with helping me solve my mechanical issues as well as explaining my options. I look forward to using them in the future.

RIP OFF! Needed thermostat for small equipment Kubota motor. Would be $24 and have it next week. OK, no pre pay We trust you when I came to pick up they charged me $12 for freight! RIP OFF!!! Buy parts online and get shipped to your door.

Finally, we find a mechanic shop that will be honest with us and actually HELP US. Will be going back every time we need Diesel work done.
