Warning ! Beware of this scammers ,call them for fix broken wheel bearing end whit broken axel according to them and high bill left me in worse cituation , They chained up the trailer axel bring me to their shop around 5 miles , there at beginning all was good until the mechanic reasonable or by accident damaged the axle spindle ,been told to replace the axle next week Monday was Thursday morning (trailer is loaded with produce)Wich will cost me over $1500 + the work replace the wheel bearing , to that moment been charged $1422.64 , and in nowhere I get chained up the axle and left couple miles from them a good people fixed for 1,37 minutes total no need to replace or fix something on the axle cost me $400. !They pray on people who needs emergency help they have billboard on the interstate they repair huge companies Pilot fuel tank trailer I can imagine such of scam they provide aside to repair service for this rich company, the funny thing is they sale trailer parts and don t have a regular trailer hub cap and locking nut bearing But the billboard say please call us we can help 24/7 Stay away of this crocks

I tore a hole in the outside of my reefer trailer and they were able to do a quick patch, enough to get me back to my yard, in under three hours. Total damage area was about 4' x 4'. The mechanic did such a good job that we're going to reuse the patch panels he made after we replace the insulation that's missing. Very professional, very friendly and I would definitely use them again for any repairs I need.

Great place had an emergency for a loaded refer and they got us in right away and fixed the problem in an hour. Thanks will definitely recommend this repair shop

This place is great! Broke down in the middle of the night. They came out got me fixed up enough to get it back to there shop. Instead of waiting until morning the mechanic Matt went ahead and fixed everything he could so in the morning when they opened there was little to do. Matt had a great attitude about everything even at 3 in the morning. When they opened up the few little things were taking care of. I'm making my delivery on time thanks to the whole staff. I definitely recommend this place for any repair needs.There needs to be more shops like this.

I got screwed over bad by loves and these guys n gals were my saviors! I would recommend em to anyone needing repairs on their truck or trailer! Knowledgeable and professional! And I was done right on price too! I'm not related to anyone here. I am just a definite satisfied customer!

I arrived with an emergency reefer issue. They got us in the shop within 20 minutes, and diagnosed the problem after working on it for a couple of hours. At first the tech thought it was just low on freon, but later figured out that the compressor was shot. I'd say that I'm happy with their efforts, and would recommend them for any truck or trailer repairs. They also do washouts.

Just got my carrier unit repaired. The mechanic was very knowledgeable. Went straight to the issue found it within minutes. Only issue was i wanted to explain to him about an issue with my trailer (pre-trip doesn't complete) and at first he ignored me and told me to go to the truck. I was a little frustrated because i didn't know how to talk to him finally went back up to him and explained everything and he understood. Then went to the office and explained the situation. She was very understanding but said something important if you have an ongoing issue on your unit you need to let the office know not the mechanic. Final thoughts i would recommend them to anyone they have integrity, respect, and very understanding. Best carrier unit shop I've been to.

Stopped to get abs fixed on trailer, had the most awesome experience ever at repair shop. Jessie at the front desk is so polite and helpful. Nathan did the repairs, plus cleared some error codes on my semi. Absolutely the best place to take truck or trailer. If I'm ever in the area and need something fixed I'll be back. Thanks again

Bryan went above and beyond helping me get the part I needed for my truck. I had been to several places looking for a custom spring and nobody else was able to help me. I was really impressed with the helpful "we can find it" attitude here.

Great experience.I came in with apu problems and the girl at the service desk was awesome. The tech named Dakota knew what he was doing.Diagnosed a bad generator quickly and replaced it almost as fast.Back on the road with HVAC and power in about 2 hours.Highly recommended.

Got there at 8:00 for a trailer washout $85 they had it washed out and fairly good time no complaints here nice and clean

Came in to get my first vehicle dot inspection done. Staff was very helpful and explained the whole process to me. Was also able to get a light for my trailer that I couldn't find anywhere else. Will definitely be going back next year.

I have been dealing this company for years. I ve never had the experience like this before. I missed one call early morning, due to unloading my truck and called them back once I saw the missed call. I was told by a gentleman that my trailer had been towed,due to the fact of them calling me for two weeks. I explained to the gentleman that I had no miss calls from them. This is the most unprofessional, and rudest experience I ve ever had. This is an example of unprofessional service that cost me 350.00 for no reason at all. Went to buy a trailer from Macon. Found out the trailer had some wiring issues. Well, three hours away from home I called these criminals and informed them I needed the lights to work for my drive home and I couldn't stay the night (newborn at home). The girl at the desk assured me they would take care of me. Guy came out and fiddled with my trailer for 20 minutes only to proudly announce the wiring was messed up. They then informed me they couldn't fix it today as they left at 5 pm strictly and that I owed them $88. I laughed thinking it was a joke at first. The girl reassured me it wasn't a joke. I asked how on earth they arrived at $88 for 20 minutes of "work". She went back and they adjusted it down to $50. I shouldn't have paid it as I they did no real work but I was in a hurry. Will be disputing with credit card company as it was basically extortion. Avoid these crooks at all costs!

I dealt with Jessie on various truck repairs. She was very knowledgeable and profession. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be doing business with her and Truck & Trailer of Macon.

I needed longer U bolts for a lift kit, but I could not find any online that were the correct size. I went to Truck and Trailer of Macon and they made my U bolts to the exact specs right on the spot. I don t know of any other place that can do that.

Paid 50 dollars for a trailer washout and 5 minutes later the attendant was done. Had a pressure washer that didn't put out a whole lot of pressure. The next day trailer was stink because no soap or chemicals were used. Will never go there again.

Had to have my unit repaired after hours thought it was a bearing and actually turned out to be a compressor the nite mechanic was so nice easy in and out was out of hours was even able to sleep on the property

May 21st I dropped my reefer off for repair. Error codes - low refrigerant and high pressure discharge. The unit kept going into defrost, not pulling down to -10 and shutting down. May 22nd I picked it up with a $185 charge and explanation that they could not find a problem. When I picked the unit up it was pulled down to 18 Deg on an ambient outside temp of 85 deg. I asked to speak with the tech who worked on it and who s been doing this for 30 years and he was unavailable. I took some pictures of the interior unit while on premises and asked the front desk woman if she could call and ask the tech what the leakage in my unit was and why was it not pulled down to -10. No dice....tech unavailable but she would make sure he would call me back. May 23rd I call again and same thing tech unavailable but I would definitely get a call back. I hit the road and the unit took 14 hours to pull down to 0 deg. May 26th I hit a Carrier repair center in Virginia for the SAME problem and I was loaded with seafood. $380 for the first two hours and $180 hourly after. I pulled the unit in..tech opened the reefer doors...pushed the ladder up...climbed up three steps, pulled two belts for tightness and looked down. He said Sir, I found the problem. The gear drive is bad and not properly turning the compressor. It literally took him 1 minute and 47 seconds to diagnose. I had him on a stop watch from the second his foot hit the bottom step of the ladder. $1,074 later.... I m rolling with an additional prognosis that the leakage I mentioned earlier was a leak in the rear main seal. Which was not mentioned in my write up at Macon Truck & Trailer. May 29th I called at 8:30 - 9am as May 28th was Memorial Day and spoke with one of owners and we had a good calm conversation. He said he would call back after he spoke with his tech. Never got it...but to their credit it s only been about 24 hours as of my review. I called them back because I also notice my reefer is still taking a long time to pull down. Well I have business to run and my truck can t sit so I ll be calling a buddy of mine at the Technical School seeing if I can get a recommendation to a shop who can fix my equipment. All I can say about this shop is the folks who work there sure are nice...nobody was rude or impatient. And didn t act as if they didn t want to hear what I had say of happened. But in the meantime I have a new truck to make payments on, trailer, and insurance. As well as support myself and drivers. TIME IS MONEY.

As the Maint. Director of a trucking company my experience was stellar. Service is heads above 90 percent of the shops I have to deal with daily. With a lease fleet I have no brick and mortar shop and I rely on shops across the country to act professional and do professional work. Whatever is in need of repair advise service and it gets done. I constantly get from other shops oh this is bad , or hey did you know. Yes i know and fix what i asked to be fixed and move on. Here, this is what i recieve. No BS, no excuses, nothing but professionalism and professional work. I have posted Truck and Trailer as a preferred vendor to all drivers who have a lease with the company.

5 stars all the way,called them this morning about 930am with a Tri Pak Apu problem and the VERY nice lady told me to get her about 130pm and they will take a look at it..I showed up exactly at 130pm and with 15mins they were doing diagnostics on the problem..My tech was Nathan and he was very knowledgeable and very quick about his work..1 hour it took him to find a wiring problem after checking and cleaning corrosion off my battery terminals then putting that back together still didn t work then he went to tri pak unit tested all fusing and power to narrow the problem down,he fount it within a hour and had it fixed and done..Went inside to pay the bill and they only charge you 1 hour of labor plus tax..If this was done at a thermo king it would of been 4hrs if labor charge and waited for 6 hours to get in the shop..I will be coming back here for any problems with APU and it main truck issues..Overall the best experience i ve ever had with any type of repair shop..Keep up the good work!! It s places like y all that make life easier for us truckers on the road and not be broke.

Very professional very responsive a quick fix no the quick fix on my trailer they replaced the status light on it replace the status light on it I have to say that's the best best turtle shop/repair shop that I Ashley perez shot that I ever been thank you again for professionalism Also degrees my truck can't real quick I like that thank you

Unbelievable place ... so organized so professional so nice people so nice prices ..the lady in front desk was super super sweet and nice and helpful.. people was so friendly and super professional..got in and out so so quickly I couldn t believe it .. usually the problem i had in my truck will take days and they got it done in less than a day .. truckers take my recommendation this is where you should fix your truck atThank you truck and trailer of macon my favorite place from now and on
