We had an appointment on 2-24-2024. With tire plus in macon ga at 10am. We have two trucks to have aliment done on both of them. They didn't take the first truck in until 11am. It didn't take to long on that first truck. Now our second truck. It took the rest of the day. A lady that worked there told my husband. That he needed a new tire on the front passenger side. We was aware of that. So we asked her to put a new one on. And we wanted all of the tires rotated. We found out later that they didn't have a tire there. And that she was going to find us one. We went back inside and asked them how much longer. Because it has already been a few hours. The lady that worked there or anyone else that worked there. Didn't tell us that they didn't find us a tire. So we just asked them to do the rotation and the alignment anyway. We didn't leave there until 5:00pm. They did offer us a free oil change. But my husband said no. Because he changes his on oil. Mr & Mrs Duncan

Never before have I had a situation where when I went in to explain what I want work done did the manager not write down what was going on what needed to be fixed and an hour and a half later an assistant manager had to come out and asked me what tires they were replacing Wait a minute I told the manager that His name was Larry Thank goodness The assistant manager was apologetic and everything else I guess at the time I walked in the manager was too busy chewing out the young lady next to him who had a little toboggan on and was not paying attention to what I needed number one he should pay attention number two you should never chew out an employee for nothing major in front of another customer actually two customers cuz she was helping out somebody and he was supposed to be helping me considering he said good morning to me what can we do. The next problem I ran into is still there another hour and a half for just basically putting a new tire on a rim and putting that tire on my rear passenger put the one that was on the rear passenger in the trunk how hard is that well I look at my car and my hood's up been up been up been up so about 30 minutes later I finally walk up front and I said what's going on why is my hood up in been up so long over topping off your fluids I said that shouldn't take no more than 15 minutes at the very very most so all sudden my car gets ready and I get this sheet that tells me what all I supposedly need and I checked my own fluids My power steering was low how to use my own power steering fluid to fill it then I look at the tire pressures that are written down on vehicle prior to my car being pulled up I made sure to tell him that the tires needed 40 PSI all the way around I have a very heavy vehicle the types of tires that I have to buy for my vehicle are meant for 40 PSI It is not a typical car so then I had to go back in to get that problem fixed and therefore I had to pull around to the side for them to put 40 PSI in each of my tires why did I tell him it went in one ear and out the other but again the assistant manager came to the rescue and apologize and got it fixed right then and there and even put fluid back in my bottle of power steering if it wasn't for the assistant manager I don't know why they got Larry in charge of that store

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . My first experience I came to get a oil change I pulled in on the side the cars were at a white guy looked directly at me and tried to hurry and close the door in my face before I could even ask a question for guidance. I shared my complaint with the people at the desk and they laughed it off saying he was probably cold but clearly that wasn t the case . They will never get my business or my family. Definitely will be contacting corporate!

I was a walk in client. The wait time was surprisingly short. The representative that serviced my vehicle explained everything to me in detail and went as far as to show me how he determined my issue. I could not have asked for more.

Had the rare spare tire for a 1993 mazda miata and delivered it within 3 days. Every where else I was told it's not available. Great job, tire rack!

I ended up having a flat tire on New Years (which was unexpected obviously), and stopped in to see if they sold used tires. The sales rep said they didn t which is fine, but it was the lack of compassion and empathy for me. I stood at the counter for literally 3 seconds after he said they didn t sell used tires just to see if another solution would be offered. Nothing. No let me see what I can do for you. No what s your price range for a new tire? Let me see if we can help. Nothing. Although they don t sell used tires, which is totally fine, it would have been appreciated if the associate was solution based rather than dismissive. Even if you can t help, offer kindness at least.

Blown tire on a trailer hauling a bunch of Boy Scouts. They got us fixed up very efficiently back on the road. This was on a Sunday too. Couldn t ask for better service.

We unexpectedly got a flat tire in Macon while visiting. It was a Saturday and 40 minutes until they closed and Larry did not think twice about helping us get back on the road. He called his fellow coworker Kameko who turned around and clocked back in so that he could leave and go get a tire that fit our car. Both Larry and Kameko were incredibly professional and as a family we cannot thank them enough for helping us in their closing hour get back on the road so we could make it home! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Took my truck in needed a plug in my tire. A man named "FISH" came to me and said you gonna need a new tire. They are special order and he says go ahead and get you one and come back and I will put it.on for you. He was so honest.

Oh my gosh I was in Macon from out of town for a meeting and got a nail in a tire and I just received the most awesome service I ve ever gotten from a business. For starters super nice and efficient. Mr Larry was just awesome. Please give them all your tire business. They deserve it and Mr Larry is a veteran!! Thank you

Mr. Larry is the best. My battery once died at the Publix across the street, and I didn t have any idea what to do. I walked across the 7-ish lanes of traffic right there, explained the situation, and he walked back across with me with a portable battery charger. My battery wouldn t hold any kind of charge, so Mr. Larry rode back across the street with me with the charger under my open hood and replaced my battery right away. Talk about going above and beyond!!! Today I realized that my tires were going flat, and I got there almost 10 minutes before they close, which I hate to do to anyone. I've been trying and trying to get my wife's cars alignment just right for her and boss man and his team was able to Achichief this and I'm so thankful after countless new parts and different places that ive went to Firestones this tiresplus hit a home run for me and and my family by keeping them safe on the roads because of the Awesome work they do and I'm grateful for this thank you boss man and God bless

Had an appointment at 2pm yesterday. Had to wait 3 nearly 4 hours before my car was even looked at. What s the point of making an appointment when it takes 3 hours to actually get seen?

Dropped my work truck off for brakes tire rotation and an oil change on 9/9/2023 at 8 am. I got the truck back and still hear the grinding sound. I turn around and ask them about it and was told my brakes are in great condition. I finally got tired of the sound and decided to check for myself. Come to find the brake pad was completely wore down as expected.

These guys were Amazing! We were driving from out of town and our engine overheated due to a coolant leak. They got us in and out quickly back on the road,on a Saturday. Said could be 3 hours but they had us in 1! Super nice and helpful.

I've never received any services from this location ever in life and yet I'd received an invoice to my email address with my phone number attached with another person's name, address, make and model of their vehicle. I attempted to correct this through chat but I was advised to call. When I called it was as if I was either being a bother or making a big deal out of nothing.I as a consumer wouldn't ever want any of MY information sent to nor attached to anyone else.

I came for a diagnostic they said 2 control arms. I felt like the price was kind of high ( $1250) talked down ( $1145). I accepted the price because they said they had the parts & the car would ready in 2 hrs. I called back in 3 hrs, they didn t have the parts said it wouldn t come until the next day but my car was in worse condition then when I brought it! I feel like I waisted my time and may have to get my car repaired because they made it worse!

I shall not return. I purchased tires there. I always keep up w the mileage they post for tire rotation to save the life of my tires. The last visit. I was told my tires haven't been rotated. What? Dang, you don't see that the tires were purchased there? You didn't see the mileage reminder you stuck on my window? I have been a faithful customer for many, many years. I was told I needed two front tires. Thanks, but no thanks. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm currently searching for a new tire and oil change shop.
