Took my Acura TL in for maintenance and service was quick and everyone was so respectful. My TL has always been serviced at Sutton from the previous owner, so decided to bring it back! Even let me know when things would need replacing soon. Definitely coming back for service again!

Jimmy Johnson was an awesome salesperson to work with when purchasing my 2019 Suburban last week! He was very knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. When I told him I would be financing with my local credit union he didn t try and sell me on their in-house financing. His respect and honesty has earned my business for life! Thanks Jimmy!

I did not have any issues. I dealt with Jimmy, Mason, and Steve at some point during the buying process. All of them were nice and easy to talk to. I knew what I wanted and no one pushed me to do anything else, which I appreciated. It did seem like they were attempting to get me the best deal so that was nice. I would definitely come back to this dealership again. Thank you!

My husband and I purchased a 2024 Acura MDX from Sutton Acura in November and we can not express in words how awesome the experience was. Jimmie Johnson was awesome he knows the vehicles inside and out and he is so pleasant to work with. He provided us with all the information we needed and made the process so comfortable and enjoyable. We had a pleasant experience with the finance department as well was a huge help! Steve is great! I can not say enough good things about this dealership as a whole!

Sutton Acura has the best service hands down! I saw a car online, test drive it the same day and walked out the door with the car no problems or hassle. highly recommend. Ask for Vince, he'll get you right!

Worst place ever to get maintenance done! Tried to charge me $600 to change spark plugs and wires! I did it myself and plugs were not bad! Don t take your vehicle here!

I had the BEST experience purchasing my 2023 RDX from Sutton Acura. Jimmy Johnson gave my family and I a pleasurable experience. He was nice, knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. We didn't feel as though we were talking to a car salesman. We felt we were talking to a friend. If you're looking to purchase an Acura, ask for Jimmy Johnson.

I needed some urgent service done on my MDX on my way from Florida to Toronto and this dealership took care of everything!! Super professional and pleasant to deal with. My car came back clean and ready for the remainder of my road trip. If you live in the Macon area, please go and visit this dealership!

Took my 2016 Acura MDX to the service department because I was getting several error warning lights on my dash. They insisted it was due to my windshield camera and needs to be replaced. After approximately 6 months to get my camera in, I took it to them at the end of the week for $1400 replacement. Before the next week ended, same dash lights were back. Now the dealer is claiming it is probably carbon buildup on the heads and of course can fix it for another $1500 and of course they still can t guarantee this will fix the lights. Apparently they are in the guess and you spend your hard earned money business. I would not recommend Sutton Acura for service it you don t have to. I know they have lost my trust and business.

I was in the market for a luxury SUV. My husband and I stopped by Sutton Acura just to see what was on the lot. As we walked around a salesman came out, introduced himself as Jimmy Johnson and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. He then explained where the new vs pre-owned cars were and gave us space and time to browse, which we appreciated. When we were ready to see a Black RDX Aspec parked near the door, he was immediately available with the key. My husband and I sat inside as he explained all of the features. I then asked to see the white Aspec with the red interior. Jimmy pulled it out for us and we decided to drive it. Before we pulled off another salesman asked Jimmy for the key to the Black RDX. Jimmy kept the key because we were still deciding. As soon as we got back and was heading to the Black RDX, I heard the same salesman tell Jimmy to give him the key. I opened the car door and said to him, we're still looking at this one. My husband and I went to lunch to discuss the deal. When we came back, the same salesman came to the door. My husband asked to speak to Jimmy. He didn't say anything and just closed the door. Our salesman, Jimmy Johnson was extremely polite, humorous and knowledgeable of the competition. We also enjoyed Jimmy, the Used Car Manager and Steve, the Finance Manager was very entertaining. Other than Lee's rudeness, (found his name/pic on the website) we had a great experience. I went home with my new Black on, Black on, Black, RDX Aspec!

At first, this was the one of the best experiences I had with a car dealership. We got the 2022 Acura MDX Type S vehicle. However, less than 1,000 miles on the car and less than 45 days after purchase, the air ride suspension busted. Every light possible went off and key safety features were no longer available. We are on our 29th day of service and our car has not been fixed. The replacement part took 15 days to get to the dealership and then we are told Honda sent the wrong part. Though we have a loaner vehicle, Sutton has done absolutely nothing to accommodate this issue. Just their apologies and their request for us to be patient. No buy back option, no trade in option, no money offerings, nothing to cover the fact we paid for a car that is sitting in their shop for almost a month. Granted, not all of this is on the dealership as Honda plays a part in this too, but if I could do it over again, I would not go to Sutton and I would not buy an Acura or Honda.Edit Update: After 38 days Honda of America was able to help us out. They got the new part in and Sutton got it working for us. Since then we have had work done on the car and it has been great. I am changing my star rating to reflect them as I feel they are one of the best service departments we have done business with.

Update: June 2022 - I have now had the opportunity to return to Sutton for routine service several times since purchasing my car. The service I have received continues to score 5 stars. I could not be happier with my purchase or where I purchased my car.Original post: My car buying experience can only be described as fun! I did not ever think I would use the word fun in describing purchasing a car but Sutton Acura has proven that it is possible. Jimmy, Warren, and Steve made every step of the process enjoyable and stress free.I explained to Jimmy and Warren months ago that I was a slow shopper. Not only was I looking for the right car but I wanted to have the right kind of experience. It easy to tell how you are going to be treated when you let the sales team know up front that you are not going to buy immediately. Most places get in a hurry and ...well.. blow you off. Not once did I ever feel that way at Sutton. After stopping in 3 different times and the experience was the same each time, I figured I had found the dealership I wanted to work with.Couldn't be happier with my purchase or the team at Sutton Acura. Kudos to all!

If your shopping for an Acura, there is only one place to go and that would be Suttons, and ask for Jimmy Johnson,, the minute you walk through the doors, you feel like you have walked into a family. Jimmy's knowledge of the cars is absolutely great! And he explained it so that I actually understood. He immediately picked up in what I wanted in a vehicle, and the first ine he showed me is the one I bought. And Steve makes the process of paying for the vehicle, easy and laid back. Upon leaving Jimmy and Jimmy and Steve are there to send you off and answer all remaining questions, I have bought alot cars in my life, and I can honestly say this was the easiest, and best experiences I have had purchasing a car.

Sutton Acura is my go to place for quality service. I have been with them for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. Everyone there is so friendly and courteous. I just can't stop bragging about the service department. Top notch employees. Let me not forget about my service advisor Jeff.....he's the best. As long as they are there....this is where I will be.

Purchased a used car from Lee at Sutton. He was the sweetest salesman at first. Even told me my car did not need premium gas which was not true.Told me I would get a second key which I had to be on them for and eventually got it.I was trying to resell my car to Carvana today and found out the car had an accident. I was devastated! I called and spoke to him and the church going salesman was out the door. I can't believe that he told me that we both discussed the accident when we spoke and I bought it anyway! Wow...!I will never buy from them again...About to get my lawyer involved now..

Jeff Portzer is the Service Manager as well as my service consultant at Sutton Acura. I trust Jeff and the service that I receive. I have never had a problem after receiving any service.Jeff Portzer is very detailed when explaining what service is needed and will always give me a call if during that service visit something additional needs to be addressed. Jeff is very accommodating with scheduling and he is always polite, respectful and extremely pleasant.I highly recommend Sutton Acura if you re looking for a dealership that offers reputable service and a friendly atmosphere.

RIPOFF DEALER! Bought a used 2014 Acadia and within a week it was running hot with a clear water leak and service air bag alarm going off. Dealership said they would check it out. Said nothing was wrong and flushed the coolant and ignored all the problems and say nothing is wrong with it while I watch water leak out. Sales people I dealt with were very rude and not helpful at all once I had bought the vehicle.

Very happy with this dealership. I felt they were honest, fair, and gave me a great deal. The financing was painless, too -- so all in all a pleasant experience. I went to one of the 'no haggle' places first but Sutton gave me a better deal on a nicer car, so I purchased from them. I'll check them first when it's time for my next car!

The service department cares. I bought my car from them 5 years ago. The buying experience itself was pleasant. So I have been going back to them for service ever since then. I even took my dad's truck to them to have the tires balanced. That's how much I like how they do business there.

I was in Macon and decided to see if the Acura business could find the time to replace my airbag. I was told yes and that it would take around an 1 1/2 hrs.I was met by the service adviser and was in the waiting room by 5 minutes.After around 1 1/2 - 2 hrs, I was one my way home. A nice gentleman tried to clean my car, but rain stopped his quest. I was appreciative of their attention to the customer.I will recommend Sutton Acura to others.

I had the unfortunate coincidence of buying my first car from Sutton Acura in February right before the shutdown, but every single time I have brought my car in (which hasn t been frequent I assure you) I have been blown away by the level of service provided. I thoroughly look forward to visiting and bringing my business here because I know I ll be treated properly and they will go above and beyond to take care of me unlike any other dealership I ve dealt with.

I bought my first Acura with Sutton Acura 6 years ago. The service department always takes care of me and is very professional and the facilities are beautiful. I was in for an oil change and decided to look at some of the new ILX. The representative was knowledgeable and easy going. I bought the car and love it. I highly recommend this dealership.Lynn

If you want a dealership that provides five star service, go to Sutton Acura. Every employee is extremely friendly and helpful. The GM is very knowledgeable about his products and will go out of his way to assist you in any way. Mason, Kristie, and Steve are also wonderful. Great experience at this dealership!

Brought my boss vehicle to be serviced and Ryan Willis in the service department has done absolutely everything to ensure a perfect experience. I was never considering an Acura as my next vehicle, but this experience has perhaps changed my mind on the matter. I definitely suggest using Sutton Acura for all of your vehicle s needs from here on.Clean and comfortable waiting area with complementary beverages, television as well as the option for a rental vehicle or to be driven to another location while you wait. Exceptional service overall.
