Brett and the staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs when I came in for my scheduled service. Brett was knowledgeable of Subarus when asking about personal use of the vehicles giving tips and referrals. I enjoyed the service I received and how prompt the staff were despite current renovations going on in their parts department. I know I will continue to get my Subaru serviced by them because Brett and staff were very trusting with the information they ve shared with me and professionalism with the care and handling of my vehicle.

Ken Church was super to work with. Very relaxed and extremely personable. Other sales people should learn from him. He understood what we wanted and gave us that. No pressure to upgrade or add features we weren t interested in. Overall, it seems your dealership is truly customer oriented. Keep up the good work!

Almost 2 months late in writing this review, but what can I say? Life certainly has a way of throwing surprise attacks at you but one thing remains as I live this life is to never forget the people, the good people that make an impact in your life. I m rather young at 25 but I do like to gain wisdom when I can.Enter Ken:An Army Vet, having served overseas and having done an enormous amount of humanitarian service work, including campaigns in Africa and beyond. He doesn t take services he is entitled too as a vet (I am a vet, and can confirm he is selfless and customer first) his story is rather quite incredible. My partner and I were shopping for Subarus and the local ones around us were outrageously priced and were sending us quotes that were 7k above Retail price. Ken understood our needs and went above and beyond fighting for the price we were budgeted for. Without going too much into the sale and details(because at the end of the day, you as the customer should experience it yourself, and should not use Ken because he will get you that magical price)He went out and did more within his power and of course we did as researched customers did and at the end of the day we got the car and price we wanted and they were able to sell.Ken is more than a salesman at Subaru, he is the definition of customer service even more so when constructively criticizing and correcting a junior member (front desk rep) at the location for trying to get me on a test drive I didn t want. As a business, he does care for success as any member of their location should, but it s hard to find a salesman that cares about the human just trying to live within their means.I urge all of my fellow vets, If you want to be supported by Ken to go through their website as he runs the internet dept and he also does in-person sales as well, you won t regret it one bit!

The customer service at Subaru of Macon was absolutely one of a kind next level care and professionalism. So much that I was willing to drive two hours to close on a deal for a vehicle that was listed on their site. Once I arrived they had the car parked washed and cleaned both exterior and interior with a test drive already scheduled. Needless to say that I walked away as a new owner and proud customer of Subaru of Macon.Thanks Adam Arnold.

Mike Stacy was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I felt like i was getting aggravating, but if i was, he didnt let it show! He is very knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles, wasn't pushy at all, and has kept in touch with me about the 2023 WRX Premium I purchased (which I totally love and would recommend it to anyone!!) I think this car, being the make and model, will forever be in life. Even my man wants to get one so we can have "his and hers"!! So if you're in the market for a dependable, highly rated with safety features, smooth driving vehicle, I reccommend a Subaru and for you to talk to Mike at Subaru of Macon about it.

We are traveling the country from WA state with squealing brakes on our Mercedes Sprinter van. Chad got us in for an inspection on short notice. I was able to work on my computer in the most comfy waiting area. Everyone was helpful and attentive. Turns out we needed new front pads and rotors. They had the parts and could do the work right away. We re very happy to be able to be back on the road so quickly. Thank you Jackson Automotive! Cleveland and Lafe

I just recently bought a Subaru Outback from Adam at Subaru of Macon. Adam was fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure that we were able to get a great deal. I will start by saying I work at a dealership in Alabama. I drove all the way to Macon, GA for this vehicle and was not disappointed. From beginning to signing the process with Vinny was seamless. Vinny was an amazing salesman, not pushy at all, super helpful, a font of straight up information, and just an enjoyable human being in general. I enjoyed working with Chad. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Because it was my first time there and I had received text messages from Jackson, when I saw the Jackson sign behind the dealership, I thought that was where I was supposed to go for service. The gentleman at the Jackson building directed back to the dealership and said that s where I would find the service department. I would like to suggest that there be a sign erected upon entering the parking lot of the dealership that would lead people to the service department. As I made my way to the service department, I immediately noticed there is a Volvo sign above the garage door, but not a Mercedes sign and I wondered if I was in the right place. Adding a Mercedes sign would be helpful.As I entered!the garage, I was unsure where I should go to find my service manager. It would have been helpful to have friendly greeter who could direct people to the correct place.I need more service with my windshield wipers and will be in touch with Chad the next time it rains enough for him to witness the loud chattering and slapping sounds they are making. I picked my car up this morning and the service appeared to be complete with settings were reset.Thank you for servicing my vehicle.Jackie Smith

My experience started with a phone call to Ron Mayo and ended with Mike Meminger who completed the sale. I was coming from out of state anxious and nervous (I don t like car shopping) but trusting Ron Mayo that they would take care of me. I arrived, Ron had a customer but placed me with Mike. Both were professional, knowledgeable, patient and reassuring. Tonight I m leaving with my new vehicle! Ask for these guys .they re wonderful!

I have always hated to shop and purchase a new car but I recently had a wonderful experience with Subaru of Macon. The salesman, Ron Mayo, was awesome! He bent over backwards to help me get the car I wanted. He even drove to my house so I could sign paperwork and reserve the car I wanted to buy. He took great care of me through it all. I will never purchase a car from anywhere else.

My first experience stepping into this dealership was great but waiting for my car order was an uphill due to an incompetent manager. I was so glad he was fired when my vehicle finally arrived. The staff that closed the deal where so friendly, approachable and excellent customer service. I got the car that I ordered for and even better despite the wait. They sell good cars here and Michael was so much fun to finish the closing and very patient to explain the technology behind the car. Thank you all for making my last experience memorable and great.

I had an excellent experience! Gage was an excellent salesman, he was very knowledgeable about the product, patient and responsive in our communications and ultimately I am happy with my purchase. I even think he was considering riding home with me to make sure everything connected properly (just kidding.) At any rate, I didn t leave with any questions he was very thorough and just as pleasant as can be. Everyone I met with in person was just as pleasant as well. Customer service is not a lost art, it is alive and thriving at this dealership. Thank you for all of your help.

We recently bought a vehicle at Subaru of Macon.We negotiated over the phone over the span of a week, put money down on the vehicle and drove down ( 2.5 hours) to complete the transaction. Upon arrival we discovered ants in the vehicle, pet hair and evidence that the vehicle had not been fully cleaned. In addition, the sales agent backed into another vehicle with our new purchase. Luckily no damage was done but all we got as an "im so sorry". From there we proceeded to wait over an hour just to complete the transaction. We did buy a used, however not inexpensive, vehicle and I was pretty underwhelmed at the lack of service and cleanliness of the purchase.I can say that the sales agent was attentive and responsive the week leading up to the transaction but also was selling a little too hard.We got the car home. Noticed some other items that need to be fixed or replaced and cleaned it ourselves. Overall we're happy with it but won't be visiting this family of dealers again.

I had never test driven a Subaru before. I came into the Macon Subaru dealership and checked out the Outback and Forester used models. Adam was very thorough and professional and made my purchase of the Outback a pleasure. On the way south from Maine, we had some trouble with our Winnebago Navion RV (on a MB Sprinter 3500 chassis) and needed it serviced not only were we able to get an appointment for diagnostics, that afternoon but they had the part in stock and did the repair immediately. Huge kudos to Chad and the service department.
