Danielle was truly amazing, great communicator for the store. This is the third car I've taken here and I'm always overly satisfied. I would definitely rate this establishment a 10/10 highly recommended.

Always good experience when I go Stephens Automotive Group. Everyone is always professional and friendly. I'll have to drive my vehicle for a few weeks before I can comment on service performed on my vehicle.

This shop was referred to me buy another shop owner. The folks at Stephens and the work they did on my Ford motor is top shelf. So glad I had them to do the work.

I walked in at noon on a Friday. 1100 miles away from home with my dog. I had been limping my van from Florida stopping every 10-20 miles and knew that wasn't sustainable anymore. I had a basic understanding of where the problem was but no clue what was causing it. The shop got me in and out by 5 pm which is saying a lot since most shops (Stephens included) are scheduled weeks out. A little on the high end for pricing but worth it. On top of all of that the customer service is amazing. Professional, kind, friendly, knowledgable, and checked on us multiple times bringing me a chair/water/etc. Extremely satisfied customer over halfway home now thanks to them.

Flash to pass / high beam switch had broken. Replaced with apparently better component. Vehicle was taken care of properly. My family and I are long-time customers. ALWAYS quality work.

I contacted Mr. Stephens before I had my car towed to his shop. He indicated that he would take a look at it and let me know before he start doing any work. I agreed when I come to look at the problem that he was addressing because I am a certified mechanic, I was told then it will be $390 minimal three hours in which he changed his Price 2times while I was standing there speaking with him at that point I decided I didn t want him to do the work then he tells me I would have to pay $125 diagnostic which he never said anything to me from the beginning about a diagnostic fee Once I agreed to pay it his secretary indicated it was $137. They charge me taxes on service that s against the Georgia law. This company is a whole scam. I would never recommend them to anyone because if you can t do business right the first time a person will be a fool to go back again .Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was looking for a repair shop that specializes in Ford vehicles. I was referred to Stephen's Automotive by a close friend. I took my car there and it was diagnosed as needing a tune up which consisted of: valve cover gasket set, new spark plugs, serpentine belt and water pump. Stephen's automotive did the repairs, it cost me $969.00. Before taking my car to Stephen's Automotive you couldn't even hear my car running; at idle it was just that quite. I received a call on Friday stating that my car was ready. After picking it up from Stephen's, I had not driven my car a whole day and a loud knocking sound started coming from the engine. Because of it being the weekend, I had to wait until Monday to take my car back to Stephen's. At Stephen's the owner of Stephen's Automotive came out to see what was going on. I showed him a video that I recorded of the engine knocking. He stated that it sounded like the "cam phaser" was going bad and that would be a $1,900 to repair and with my car having such high mileage that it would be best to get another car if I didn't have the money to repair the cam phaser. Mr. Stephen's called me the next morning and quoted me another price to repair the "cam phaser", the new price was $2300. At that time I express to Mr. Stephen how I couldn't wrap my mind around how a car that had absolutely NO noise coming from the engine has now all of a sudden started knocking. I also stated that it had started making another noise as if a pulley was loose. Mr. Stephen's ask when can I bring my car back to him to recheck it. I told him that I could bring it Wednesday. Well, it didn't make it to Wednesday. Now even an hour after speaking with Mr. Stephen, while driving my car; there was a loud noise sounding as if something hard had hit underneath the car. As I begin to pull over my car started jumping, then the battery light came on. I immediately call Mr. Stephen and explain to him what had just happened. He stated that it sounded like a belt or pulley had come off. I open the hood to discover the water pump pulley and serpentine belt had come off. Mr. Stephen ask that I have my car towed to his shop so that he could fix the problem. After having the car towed and the work re-done. Now my car is back to normal. The engine runs really quite as it did before taking it to Stephen's Automotive. If the pulley and serpentine belt had never come off which exposed their poor service, there was a possibility of me being out another $2300 due to Mr. Stephen telling me that my car needed "cam phaser" work after the initial tune up that his shop did a very poor job on.

I took two of my cars to this shop. My bmw was still making a loud noise after they put the lower controls on. They told me to take it to bmw. Only to find out they didn t tighten the bolts. I took my mini Cooper there for an oil leak and coils and an error message and my car is still leaking oil. Found out the workers but the valve gasket on backwards. I will never take my cars to this company again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Kept my cars for a while and they still had issues.Just be careful because if you want to continuously take your car for problems with no resolution. That s the place bc you re going to keep going back over and over again.

This place is a rip off!!! I got an estimate to get some work done, and after checking on the retail price of the parts, I realized that Steven's was trying to mark the price up almost 400%! Tie rods ends cost $41 each from AutoZone, and they wanted to charge me over $300 for two of them. I didn't look up the prices on the other things, because that's all I needed to know about this company.Needless to say... I paid them for looking at my vehicle and left. I didn't even let them do my oil change. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman that came in alone or what, but they were clearly trying to overcharge me big time. Get your estimate and do a little quick research before you agree to anything here.

I own a 2010 Nissan Altima. I have always taken it to Nalley for service or any maintenance that needed to be performed. After 12 years, Nalley sold thier Decatur dealership and the customer service was not the same.I called Stephens Automotive and spoke with Fred. I was able to make an appointment the same day. Stephens gave my car a full check up and to my surprise there was very minimal service that needed to be performed. Also the cost was much lower than it would have been if I'd taken it to the dealership. Danielle in customer care, is awesome. She kept me inform from start to finish. At Stephens Automotive they are knowledgeable, professional, affordable and extended great customer service.

I went to Stephens needing a tune up for my daughter s car before she goes off to college. Will at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Then I dropped my car off thinking I have electrical issues or something going on with the fuses. Before they did any expensive diagnostics, they checked my bulbs, changed them out and sent me on my way. I really appreciate them not overcharging me or running the pricey diagnostics before checking! I would recommend Stevens and their friendly team to anyone as a trusted automotive repair facility!

I purchased a Nissan Sentra about a year ago, it has been and is still a great car, which is absolutely rare to find at a buy here pay here place. The entire staff is wonderful, kind and understanding. They even offer a 2 year warranty with a 100$ deductible on almost anything that goes wrong with your car. I recommend them to all of my friends whom are looking to purchase a vehicle. They are a blessing to my family. Check them out!

My visits are always pleasant and the front office staff are kind, helpful and always smiling iand go over and beyond to make sure you get the serviceyou need. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle. The owner is awesome for as making sure the team is on point on meeting the needs of the client. I would recommend Stephen's Automotive.

I was told that cars/trucks are fixed on a first come, first serve basis. My truck sat at this shop for 4 weeks and still was not fixed. There is a diagnostic fee to find the problem, well if they check one thing and its not that, you will get charged another diagnostic fee to check something else. These people do not care about the customers, only the money they bring to the business. Please save your money and time and just take your vehicle to Ford or some other shop.

Stevens Auto is in excellent place the gentleman Freddy and also Mike helped us a great deal. They repaired our Lincoln MKX as we were stuck in their Town LOL. But once they were done we made it safely to Tennessee. So thank you again to the guys at Stevens Auto I would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely the best. I came in and told Mr. Fred my problem. He saw the distraught look on my face and was happy to help me. Wonderful customer service. I was in and out. I'm glad I came in. I will definitely come back if I have any issues and would definitely refer.

Stephens Automotive should be on Dateline for ripping off customers and replacing parts that are not needed. I have used them twice and both times they tried to replace parts that were perfectly fine. Would never go to these guys again
