Smith's restored heat in my car which was labor intensive because of the part's location. Very professional, friendly, clean, reasonable price, fast, and heat works better than ever! I had service at Smith's many years ago and they get better with time. Recommend highly!!! Thank you all so much!

Great experience at this shop. I came in their shop in a rush, as I needed to get to my College graduation that day, and my truck was overheating. They found the problem and fixed it in under 3 hours, actually less time than they originally told me it would take. The employees were very helpful, they did great work, and got me out without breaking my wallet.

Had a 50lbs hitch come flipping off a passing truck=smacked by truck. Fixed my AC radiator and my Turbo cooler the same day! Big job I had to be at the next day. Thanks so much, great work

Bought specialty hoses, ac delco parts, refuse to work on vehicle using my parts that are better grade than they sell. Will only do work if you buy their marked up parts. Cannot het just labor.

Excellent service. Unfortunately I've had to take 4 cars to them (Little spell of bad luck maybe and older cars), but you can count on honest work and fair pricing. They are good people. They work pretty fast. Most of my cars I got back the same day.

Was driving from Florida to Tennessee for Christmas. Alternator went out on 75 just before the Tennessee line. I asked the guy who towed me ( Yates towing ) if he knew anyone who would repair it for me and he recommended Randy's place and towed me there after we picked up the new part. It was after Randy's closed but, Randy said he would do it anyway even though he was closed! Got me and my wife and 3 teenagers on the road in less then 30 minutes at a more then reasonable price! Saved me from getting a hotel room and said merry Christmas!! Randy and the guy from Yates towing treated us like family. Wish I could give more then 5 stars to both! Highly recommend!!!!!

Great service. I was dreading getting my A/C looked at, because I thought it was a bad compressor. Mr. Randy found it was only a bad, leaking pressure switch, and it ended up costing only about 1/3 of what I was anticipating on spending. Will definitely use them in the future for A/C repairs.

I m a small business owner who has a fleet took one of my vans up for a simple servicing they call me with 886 dollars worth of work I agree to repair it because I transport elderly people when my wife picked the van up she had questions and the guy was very rude to her so I called and also got the same attitude. Needless to say I have had my van for 3 days and am experiencing the same problems of it cutting in and out (which was not why I took it for repairs) and it blows at 73 degrees. SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!! it s going back first thing Monday to repair what I paid almost a grand for and I ll NEVER do business with them again

I couldn t be more satisfied. Had an issue with my car and didn t know what the problem was, didn t take them long at all to figure it out then fix it. Luckily it was a simple fix that didn t break me. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean waiting area.

Took my truck here for AC services I was told that the condenser needed to be replaced after a diagnostic was done out of $900 a month and Two weeks later the same issue $900 more now it s the compressor DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE they are pulling a scam to charge you more money Oh but they are nice while they beat you out of your money

I went in for a busted radiator. They quickly found the problem and quickly resolved it while I waited in a comfortable waiting room. As a young woman alone and very weary of some car shops, Smith's Radiator & Air Conditioning was very polite, respectful, and easy to understand. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Middle Georgia Area.

I wanted to update: I filed with the bbb and they refunded my money.I went in to have my a.c. fixed. The man told me it was $65 to diagnose the problem, but if I had them fix it they would only charge me to fix it. I know my a.c. had a leak because the a.c. worked for 2 days after having Freon put in. The owner of this shop told me my discharge hose was leaking and my condensor is clogged. He tried to charge me $598 to fix it. I told him I wanted to fix the leaking hose and he told me he wasn't going to fix one without fixing the other. He also tried to lie to me and tell me the hose is $65 when in fact it is $36.99. He wouldn't fix my hose because why would he when he could just charge me the $65 for diagnosing the problems. He told me the leaking hose was not going to help my a.c. but I know it would because my a.c. just worked!! He also told me I could not but my own parts and just pay labor although the sign on his door says to take radiators and park to the side. As soon as I get done leaving reviews on every site possible, I am contacting bbb to file a complaint against them.

Will never return. I came in first thing in the morning and stayed about 3 hrs. Paid 300 for a radiator and cap replacement because my car kept over heating. They fixed it but didn't flush it. Told me to come back for another 200 dollar job. Found out water pump was the problem. They said well we were looking for it. So you could find the problem the first time but you found " another" one? No thank you. I'll take my money else where. I have a baby to save for and can't afford to throw it away.

The details on my receipt of service stated untrue details about my repair. I called and the manager told me a blatant lie stating that the computer worded that statement. How does a computer state that the customer said the car was running hot? The car wasn't running hot at all but when I called to ask about the discrepancy I was given this horrible explanation. I haven't had any issues thus far but the lies were unnecessary.

Very nice people. They dont try to rip you off. They explain things and prices beforehand. I will never go anywhere else for my a/c needs.
