Completely unprofessional. No conflict resolution skills. At first, I highly recommended Russell's Tires. The owner told me, directly, he could work on my Mercedes C-Class' wheels. These are standard stock OEM 17-in rims. He said nothing about the potential of damaging them. Two young gentlemen working there did an outstanding job on mounting the front tires to my new rims. However, on my second trip to do the rears, the same can't be said. The level of professionalism declined dramatically. The lone older gentleman working appeared to be struggling way too much with dismounting, then, mounting my tires to the new rims. No one warned me in advance that there would be potential damage done to my wheels. I didn't even have that expectation considering the fronts were done without issue.When I approached the owner about the damage done, he lobbed a veiled threat saying he'd "check the tape" to verify whether or not I was lying about being told my rims could be damaged in advance. He appeared to be saying he understood, because, he went on about owning a BMW, promising to fix the gouges by buffing them out. He, then, told me to never bring the car to his shop ever again. What??? I asserted that he, now, set new terms for conducting business. Visibly angered, he, then, stated never to do business with him again. He, ranted on, telling me he doesn't even service his own high-end vehicles at the shop. I wouldn't say my C-Class is high-end, but, okay. I told him I would oblige his advice to never come there again.Finally in my car, on the way out, I quickly stepped out to photograph the wheel damage. I go to step back into the car to leave when the owner calls out to me. "Hey, bruh!? Hey, bruh!?" I turn around half in the car and half out, "Hey, bruh! Get off my property!" He says this as I'm leaving. I tell him he called me which is why I even stopped leaving. He, then, childishly, starts counting down from 4...3... I'm like, this is not happening and say, "Your counting doesn't scare me. I'm leaving anyway." He threatens to call the "Bibb County Sheriff". Really??? For wrecking my wheels and saying something about it?I truly wanted to support this Black Owned business. I tried. I really did. I do not recommend, nor, advise anyone do business with someone this unstable. This is the attitude of someone who's ego bruises easily. I was looking for resolution and thought we'd come to some sort of agreement on buffing the gouges out. Apparently, not. All he had was excuses and unnecessary flexing about 'owning a BMW'. The owners behavior was unhinged and overly emotional. I expected better. In the military, if you mess up, it's best to take responsibility, even if it initially doesn't feel good, or, causes a loss. That's how one learns. Take the "L" and grow. Do better. Be better. I do not see this person growing, now, or, in the future. Treat every customer as if they are special. You never know whom it is you are dealing with.Note: (Full disclosure: I mounted and balanced tires for 2 years and never once damaged a rim.) If you should choose doing business here, do not expect quality work; especially if you need tires mounted on brand new rims of any size. The owner takes major offense when his workers are called out for damaging your property. Buyer beware!!!Recommendation: Economy Tire minutes down the street. They provide a similar service and treat you with respect. They've never damaged my tires, or, rims, ever.

Helped us in a time of need. My daughter blew a tire on her Saturn headed back to college. We needed a tire for her ASAP. They had it, changed the stem fast right before closed. All at a affordable price. Everyone was a big help. Thank you.

The experience buying affordable and dependable tires was beyond phenomenal. The staff was great and very informative. The owner was very helpful in finding what was suitable for my budget and car. He also went an extra mile making sure I was comfortable with the decision. If you need tires and great service go to Russell's tires. I guarantee Great results.

Wow, they came to our rescue! Late at night, a flat on the freeway, and a spare that leaked. No one else would even answer the phone, even those tire shops who advertised "24-hour service." Not even AAA could find someone to help. Russells Tires answered immediately, drove out to tow us, put on a new tire expertly and efficiently, and treated us with friendly, professional service. Costs were stated clearly up front, posted for reference in the shop, and were fair. We're so grateful.

In Macon, GA came out of Sam's Club at 6:15 pm on a Sunday and tire was almost completely flat. Looked up and was thrilled to find this 24/7 tire repair store. Called and they said come right over we'll meet you there. Drove to closest gas station and got enough air to be able to get to shop. It's located just over 1 mile from Sam's. Friendly, Fast and affordable professional service. Removed tire and showed us nail in it . It was repaired and we were on our way driving 40+ miles home in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

We were on our way from FL to OH on I-75 when our TPMS light came on. I stopped and got some air, but it deflated rather quickly. We pull off at an exit and figured at 9PM on a Monday night, we weren't going anywhere. We looked up tire shops and found Russells was open 24/7! I called and he first asked if he needed to come get us. I told him I could make it less than 5 miles to his shop. He said he would meet me there. Once there, he removed the tire, located the leak, and plugged it in 15-20 minutes! We are thankful he was open and able to plug the tire and get us back on the road quickly.

I called around 4:30 p.m.on a Saturday" how long will you be there" ?An older gentlemen replies "til 5:30".So i assumed they do close on the weekend? The timing was stressful. ...I get there about 5:40. Couple older guys, one sitting on a tire and 1 guy working on a car. One car in a bay and 1 man working. It was agonizingly slow regardless. No one was in a hurry. , no receptionist.,but the business is legitimate. Plenty of tires around and a mobile truck.

We had a nail in our tire ,friday at 6 30 pm... Russells was the only place open.... they were great! Pulled straight into a bay, within 5 minutes they had the tire off and located not 1 but 2 nails. Got me a great used tire and within 20 minutes i was out the door! Great pricing and great family company!

Please Listen y'all, Russell's Tires came through for me! I was traveling back home and got a bolt in my tire on i-75. Dealer was unable to secure a tire, roadside service was limited due to social distancing requirements, and I have fun flats, no spare tire. But Russell's was able to tow my vehicle, obtain a new tire, and get me back on the road to celebrate with my family (on time). I appreciate their help SO MUCH! Excellent service, fair price, and always available.Thank you Russell's!

I got a flat tire while moving to Florida from Indiana on my own. Russel s came out to where I was at on 475 and made sure me, my dog, and my car safely made it to the shop. They were there to help me immediately! I can t thank or recommend them enough!!

Just had my son's car break down on the side of the road. I called Russells Tire for a tow. They showed up quickly and had the car safely and securely loaded soon after. To save me the work of having to push the car in position to make the repair, the driver offered to back the tow truck up a very narrow driveway and unload the car in a very tight spot. The driver's skill was impressvie to say the least! I highly recommend Russells Tires!

He told me a used tire would be $75 once I got there it was just a nail my tire , so he plugged it and charged me $65, I paid it because he had already did it, but I feel that was ridiculous and he tried to take advantage of a female he thought didn t know any better

Met me on labor day weekend and was a great experience. They tried to find me a better tire than the one I brought but just didn't have my size. All in all , great service.
