I can t speak for the service department but the people who work in the parts department are very friendly and informative. They had a sale going on batteries and I needed to get a fresh set in my truck before the cold months come. I was very happy with the price and the hospitality I was shown by the staff here.

We were driving through GA on our way to Dillard and had a red stop engine light come on our Winnebago RV and after not getting a tow from Grey GA( we waited 5 hours with no tow- Thanks AAA and Good Sam) we ended up driving slowly back into town and the great group of guys at Rush took us in and in a few hours figured out our issue and got us fixed. I would like to thank the entire team as we didn t have an appointment and they put their mobile tech guy exclusively on our coach and he was great. Now we can finish our trip and head to Dillard and then NC for a few weeks. No more amber or red lights on our dash. Thank you Rush team!Manny & Kim.

If you bring your truck to Rush for service work expect to pay more for the repair. Unless you know exactly what is wrong with your truck, they will run up the bill with added diagnostic time. A typical job that takes a week will be three weeks. They only communicate thru email and calling the service desk is pointless as they will just tell you to wait tell they send you the estimate. They didn't even fix everything that I brought one of my trucks there for. So had to bring it to another shop to finish the job.

I'm only awarding 2 stars because Josh saved the parts counter....smh. I've NEVER in the two years I've dealt with Rush International Truck Centers been treated, away from the counter like this....Story: Before coming here to buy a seat, another location looked at the local inventory near me and saw that the Macon store had seats in stock that would fit my 2012 Prostar. I asked him to connect me, he explained that he recommended that I go by, and not call. I said I couldn't just drop by, I'd call, his response was "good luck getting an answer"....I was perplexed. So, I called....on hold for 15 min, two different times without speaking to a live agent. So, I thought I'd have some success by calling the service desk to get to the parts counter. He tried twice to get them to answer, and wasn't successful. I asked were they very busy, he said no, just two agents at the counter "not" answering the phone. ....smh....he said he'd send an email about the situation, which led me to believe this is an ongoing problem. Mind you, I had an appointment in Lawrenceville at 2pm, I was in good shape for time, if they worked quick. So, I rolled the dice, got off 75, and went by. I walked into a neat and tidy store, with ZERO customers at the counter, and yes, two agents standing there. I explained to them that I had been calling and calling. They said they were busy with paperwork and training....they did acknowledge that an email was sent about me.....not sure what it said. Moving on, they helped me pick out a seat, took some time to get a price approval and rung out, and I was helped to the truck with the seat and I left. I was on my way about 10 miles or so, I thought I may should have asked was this a perfect match or did I need an adapter. Josh answered the phone and looked it up. He said yes Mr Graham, you need an adapter. I was FURIOUS! Why didn't the two parts specialist verify that I needed an adapter or not? They knew what type of truck I had! Josh was apologetic about it, for the two, and helped to get one sent to Augusta where I reside. He apologized again for the error of the parts clerks, which had an opportunity to make my bad experience better but failed....Nevertheless, I had to go out of my way again to another center to get what I needed. Whomever these two parts people are, I suggest that they get retrained on customer service and time management. Not answering a phone because you are busy with paperwork is UNACCEPTABLE!

I can't recommend Rush Truck Center enough. We were traveling in our Diesel RV and about 35 miles outside of Macon we got a Red Stop alert on our engine code. We carefully limped into Camping World and spent the night to be the first people in line only to find they no longer deal with any engine issues. So after calling everywhere Rush Truck said we could bring to them. So we limped over to Rush truck -even though busy- took great care of us calling in one of their mobile techs from another area who did the diagnostic and replaced our Crankcase Filter and got us back on our way! Saved our trip from disaster and got us out of Macon! Thank you Rush For your service and consideration to our situation.

We ll I like how they got me in fairly quick. . Unfortunately my truck wasn t fixed. It was doing some dumb things so took it in, we ll they couldn t really fix it due to it not acting up in front of them. Long story short, when we went and picked up truck to leave. They had the power completely turned off. We ll no wonder it wasn t acting up, the entire power to truck was off. no big deal also I wish they sold tires here. Needed two need steers. So another stop I have to try to squeeze in..

Everybody at this place is like family Debbie Hay is incredible very knowledgeable the general manager is very engaging and has the answers to all the technical questions all the mechanics are top-notch this place goes out of its way to make you feel like they care about your needs and they do I am very satisfied with the treatment I received here and the work that was completed on my truck everybody who works here is a professional they even have a female mechanic who is top notch and on top of her game knows what she's doing and she's totally hot that's that's all I got to say about that.

Their parts people are likely the worst I m Macon. Go in for a simple ABS trailer light, parts person needs a VIN to look it up. If you re trying to get something simple early because they open first DONT waste your time, wait for the other part stores to open, you ll be waiting on them in the end.I feel like I could have went to Pilot and got the parts but I don t know because I didn t check.

I want to thank Josh for going over and beyond when it comes to customer service! He is always willing to assist me when I pick up a part for my husband. He always have a positive and friendly demeanor and I really appreciate that. Last time that I was there, I wasn't able to lift anything and he brought the parts to the car for me!! Great guy! Anytime you need assistance with parts, Josh is the man! Also, a thank you to Eddie for his great customer service in the service area. He makes sure that my husband has what he needs, communicate well with him about the progress of the service and to let him know if there is anything else needed to be done. Keep up the great work guys!!

We have been experiencing for some time an impossibility to get anyone to answer the phone. We cannot even leave a review because we can never get to the beginning of the call much less the end of the call which is when the review is prompted. Now, we have the part numbers listed for online order. We have been advised someone needs to be reviewing the online order and prompt the orders to be send out. Even though the items were in stock, they were failed to be delivered the next day. Just now we were able to get someone to look at the ticket in Atlanta. They have advised this ticket was reviewed yesterday but failed to print in order to be delivered. Please do better because we need you!

We ve been taking our truck to Rush for a while now and the customer service never disappoints!The service department has been faster than other places we ve been to, even when we need extensive work done. They seem to know what they re doing and always fix our issues.The service advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful!Jason has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and always look out for your best interest!I highly recommend Rush of Macon!!

This is one of the worst places to take your truck. We took our truck to these people and it was only suppose to take them a week. We get it back three weeks later, have it home for two days, and it goes down for the same problem we took it to the shop for. It's been back in the shop for two weeks and they a lot of people are saying they should eat this big ass bill they want to charge us, but they claim this isn't the same problem when it is. They got the part to fix the truck on Friday and now it's Monday and they haven't touched the truck. Our truck is never going back to this shop because these people are lying rats and they don't care that we're gonna basically loose everything because they've wiped out all our saving and our bills are coming due again. I wouldn't recommend this truck center to anyone. They lie, cheat you, and if you have a warranty they won't touch it until you call your warranty yourself. Absolutely horrible. Thank you for ruining both our Thanksgiving and our Christmas.

Had them change a water pump on my truck. This was their diagnostic of what it needed. Spent $1500.00. Two days later, I brought it back. They said it was the engine and charged me an additional $500 for diagnostic. I could understand the diagnostic charge if I had not just spent $1500 with them. This, in my opinion, is a poor way to run your business in order to keep customers.

Exceptional customer service. Debbie was amazing. Made me feel like we were life long friends. Showed a genuine interest and concern for my problem. The technician was on top of it ASAP. Had me fixed and rolling again in no time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone no matter what kind of truck you drive.

I had to have engine rebuild, they had truck about 2 1/2 weeks, was supposed to go Thu a quality check, the following day air charge hose going to turbo blew off, no clamp, also noticed missing and broke bolts on front fender. Emailed pics to service writer w no reply. Make ur own choice.Well it's been about 3 months now, no issues w work rush did, seems to be holding up and the work was top notch. Disregard previous commit, things happen. Will continue to do business w rush.they stand behind their work

Worst mechanical experience I ve ever had.Towed a truck there because it wouldn t crank. They kept it 2 months just throwing parts at it with no results. They tried to charge me for parts and labor that was already warrantied without telling me. After 2 months when I decided to give up and get it towed somewhere else they said I had to pay them $3800 to release the truck even though they couldn t fix it. I asked them to at least put everything back the way it was when it came in . They agreed. Even after scheduling with them and giving a heads up when the tow truck arrived parts were everywhere. They had even misplaced parts. It was an absolute disaster! Very disorganized and dishonest company

transmission went out towed in. took week to even look at it. finally got it in tramsmission ordered and paid for. transmission sat 2 weeks before being installed then they couldnt get into gear. a total of 4 weeks waiting and was told they have to pull transmission all over again.

They take too dam long getting any work done.And They suck. They took bolts out of my truck and didn't put them back in. They also did not fix the problem .So three weeks later I finally get my truck back and Four days later I'm broke down again, with the exact same problem. So avoid them if at all possible. It's a donut and cake show over there.

I called them up while my drive was headed that way. The young lady got his info and as soon as he pulled in diagnosed the truck herself. They did the test drive while the computer was hooked to read the other codes. Got him in the shop and although it was only a sensor that needed changing got him in and out within the hour. I think her name was Abby. She was friendly and very courteous. He was under a load and again there was no major issue but it was still a big deal as the sensor was making the trucks turbo loose power. They did a wonder within an hour to get the load dropped as my driver made it still. THANKS ABBY AND RUSH IN MACON GA!!!!!.

This is the most horrible experience that I have ever had. They are nothing but con artist tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Than they string you along with lies telling you that they did work on your truck when really nothing is being done. So far I've lost 2 weeks of work for a manifold leak which don't take long to fix if they would actually get around to fixing it instead of telling me there waiting on the warranty when they have not even broke the truck down to take pictures so the warranty can be approved I called the warranty company just to find out there nothing but lazy liars.Still waiting for my truck to be fixed but once it is never never again will I service anything at rush truck center in macon ga.

Driver went in to get hole in trailer repaired, and marker light replaced. The guys at Marco took quick good care of us and got us on the road for a good price too. Lady at the front desk was friendly too. Thanks Marco.

International dealer so didn't stock Peterbilt parts but got me repaired by end of business the following day. No issues. Tight drop yard, no overnight parking.

Dropped the truck off for a scheduled repair that was supposed to be "same day". Two days later I call to find out that it was fixed on the third morning and was waiting on me. I go to get it and I'm a little over $1500 in to a leaking piece of flex-pipe, and when I went outside to drive the truck away, the engine light was still on. Not happy. At all.

Took our semi truck in for service, they were fast friendly and efficient. They charge more than the loves down the street, but they're an International authorized dealer so yeah.

Rush Truck Center of Macon has had my truck for 3 months now. Truck is under warranty, but has faced delay after delay. Very often when asked what the delay was the answer was either waiting on a response from international or our tech took off today or half a day. What started as a fan drive replacement turned into an engine replacement. only after ten weeks of having my truck was I offered a rental from international. Rush offered no relief, by this time my driver quit and moved on. All I have been offered is excuses and loss of revenue

Came in with what I suspected to be a compressor issue. Truck was there 3 days. When I came to get it, I was told to there was nothing wrong with it. Next day it's on a wrecker being towed to Rush in Atlanta. Waiting now on a compressor to come in.

Mark in parts gives great service. Service department lacks in every area . Do t expect to get any information on your truck if you don't let them fix it . They will never repair my truck
