This establishment is awesome. It s very clean, organized and the staff is knowledgeable about the products. Mr. Tim is hilarious, kind and professional all at the same time. The assistant manager Tashunda is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She doesn t rush between customers. The guys that works on your car doesn t be playing around or on the phone they actually be working. Will definitely be returning when I need new tires. They also offer alignment, tire rotation and balance.

Shopping experience with this company is beyond belief. Needed 2 tires on my truck since it is used for Volunteer Fire/Rescue, and my safety is priority 1. My wife just had 4 tires installed, so I gave them a try as well. BIG MISTAKE!. After having 4 tires installed, I noticed later that all 20 lug nuts had been changed without my knowledge or permission. A trip to the store for an explanation was both a waste of time and fuel. No one would give me a reason why a modification was made to my truck with my permission only over emphasized the fact they were free.I took my vehicle to the company that designed,built and sold me the truck. The factory trained technician looked at my vehicle and gave a written statement that the lug nuts DO NOT meet the specs to SAFELY hold my wheels. Key word here is SAFELY. After writing a letter to the store manager I was later called about returning the tires considering that's exactly what I plan to do. I was also excused of loosening the wheels which makes perfect sense since everyone would love to crash. I have asked to have my lug nuts replaced back to factory specs but store manager will not comply.My wife and I have dealt with 5 of the employees at this location. Four needs serious training in the Customer Service Field. One needs to be fired.If I didn't have 21 years in the automotive field when I retired I might believe the serious modification to my truck without my knowledge or permission. No business that has the customer in mind would conduct business in this manner.The factory lug nut pictured is from my other Ram truck

Had an emergency due to blow out and Mr. Jermaine and the staff got me back on the road with a great tire and quick in and out service! Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Will definitely be back and also refer others!

The amount of unprofessional people that work in this establishment is ridiculous. Horrible customer service and beyond rude to customers. They re all happy and nice when you purchase tires from them, after that everything changes. They do not care at all about the customers. Only the money that is coming in. By the way they will text you on Saturday from a random number not stating who they are just saying Call the office. My experience has been every single Saturday I will receive a text saying they will cancel warranty if payment has not been received when I have adequate funds in my account and it s supposed to be auto drafted Friday..I missed my first payment this weekend due to employer change so I called them Monday after I received a threatening text saying they will call my employer and references if I do not make a payment. They have no grace period. Cool I get that, understandable, no grace period. Do not send a threatening text to me. Matter of fact, call me and explain the situation professionally. Also, whoever the account manager/manager is is very short tempered and does not like explaining herself. She will cut you off from talking with no warning to push it on the General Manager of the establishment. Once I pay my tires off I will NEVER return to this place. I should ve checked the reviews prior to coming in because if I would have known how absolutely terrible the customer service is I would have spent a couple grand elsewhere that actually know how to do their billing and appropriate customer service correctly in the first place.I am in disbelief of how you all treat your customers. Do better.

if i could give no stars i would. this company is absolutely horrible and management is extremely rude. my truck was repoed last week as i have been out of work for almost 5 months and haven t had a paycheck since then. i have continued to make payments even though i didn t have the extra money but need the tires to get to and from my doctors appointments. today December 29th, i was contacted and basically threatened by a so called manager and gm that i would be charged with theft by deception on the tires which are in the truck that was repoed. i stated i couldn t pay today but would contact as soon as next week. and from this point forward i was harassed and threatened by local management from this establishment. i wouldn t purchase from this company again if it costed me to have towalk tocalifornia on foot it would be better than be treated like garbage.

Communication is terrible and the service is a joke they have ran my debit card before the payments were even due and then they said I signed up for auto pay which they can not show me where I signed up for it. Also they charge you all the extra fees when it's same as cash 180 days, plus the aliment charge which my truck will not fit on the machine it's a joke save ya money buy off market place!!!!

I went today my fiance made a payment on his account and my grandchild had to use the restroom and the lady at the desk told her no because it was out of order but mind you i was there last week and use the restroom the lady told me why they got an out of order sign on the door but its another bathroom in the shop area that they let me use so why my grand child couldn't use that restroom...how you deny a child from using the restroom yes im pissed luckily my fiance went in the place and not me because i would have gave them a peace of my mind bout my grandchild...you just cant support some black own business...I would never deny a child from using the restroom because you never know the situation that child is in...That's just sad and yes im one pissed grandma

The whole staff at RNR tire on gray hwy in Macon Ga made my experience spectacular, I can honestly say I felt like a real VIP member my sales associate Prentice R was out of this world, I m talking about 1st class customer service Everything from cold bottle water at no charge to constantly asking was there anything he could do to make my wait more comfortable, I mean this guy was unreal I don t know who does the pay rate or the pay raises at R&R but he most definitely needs a pay raise, I would recommend R&R to anyone who is looking to get a set of new rims and tires, or just an alignment tire rotation whatever those guys over there know the real definition of customer service I give them on a scale from 1 to 100 I gave them 200 those guys are real Professionals my experience was truly truly amazing.

The staff were polite, that wasn't the problem. I took my 2002 Chrysler Town and Country twice to get front end alignment and both times I was turned away for different reasons. The first time they said I didn't have enough tread on my tires and the mechanic wouldn't touch it, the second time the man told me I needed an alignment for all 4 tires on a front wheel drive vehicle. They did recommend other shops to visit though.

They have the worst customer service around!!! I had a flat one day, made it to the store and was put on a 2hr hold for them to fix the tire. I ama paying customer that currently has an account with them, and was easily overlooked until I had to make myself seen. They walk around talking to each other, laughing , or even worse, they trying to get new customers in when they can t accommodate the ones they have! They fixed it the first time. Made it about five miles away, and the tire went flat again. At this point I m done. Worst experience ever!! I will return theses tires next week

Putting my personal feelings aside because after dealing with this company I do not have any positive things to say. I will state facts about this business though. They do not honor their warranty. They will tell you their warranty changed from 1 year to 6 months to the latest is when you pay off the tires the warranty ends . They will accuse you of trying to commit fraud by saying they don t know what you did with the tires even though their own technician confirmed 2 of the 4 tires I had were bad. I also went to another tire shop after the receptionist at RNR told me she didn t know what a road force balance was and they did not do them there. This tire shopalso confirmed 2 bad tires. If you are rude to them or say any cuss words, they will refuse to speak to you. Hang up on you. And block your phone number. But even more importantly, they are NOT a retailer for the tires that we purchased, Gladiator, so they have NO manufacturer warranty. Gladiator representatives stated that they are NOT affiliated with RNR whatsoever, therefore you are buying second hand tires. So, good luck if you make a purchase with them.

I have had an excellent experience in doing business with RNR in Macon Ga, l have received trustworthy and professional assistance as a customer... No one lied about the service they provided and they were always eager to assist me with any issues regarding my tires. My questions were answered and l just received all around great customer satisfaction.. l would recommend RNR to anyone that's looking for a great deal and no punch lines... Sincere Thanks!!!

Experience was alright.... But, when you go to a place for just tires and that's it.... Don't try to sway a possible client to get rims and bigger tires ..FYI...im not into all that. . Then try to make a sell with tires that's not the exact size on my truck. Overall, he was a cool guy

My experience at RNR Tires was perfect. Their customer service is excellent. All of the workers made me feel very comfortable doing business there. Terrible experience and wouldn t recommend to anyone. Went for a patch, was told they did patches for free by everyone inside but I had to wait 20 mins in front of the garage before I could be serviced. Cool. Times goes by and they ask me to come inside to give them some information which was your name, address, phone number, car make and model but needing someone s address for any car service makes no sense at all and the person taking down my information was talking to another employee saying he gets asked why the info is needed but he doesn t know.After that we go outside and he places the info written down about the patch I needed for the back tire on the left side, but they take off the wrong tire and try to tell me about how essentially all my tires are bad so I needed a full set from them for $700 on a payment plan through a 6 month period for $60/week which doesn t add up properly. I m also told I don t do patch ups on bad tires while being pitched this terrible price for some new ones so I ask so you re not doing the patch? The guy goes nah, there s a place right over there though that might do it for you pointing across the street.Someone then comes to put my tire back on, says nothing when it s done and just walks off. They wasted my time completely lying about a free patch just to slide in a terrible offer or no service because the payment plan comes with the patch, roadside, etc . Could ve been upfront before wasting my time and based on the other reviews the payment plan is a scam and leads to harassment from failure on their part to communicate the arrangements and being true to their word. 0 stars if I could

Wow! What an awesome shopping experience! Prentice I believe that's the gentleman's name...wow! Awesome guy! Me and my wife went in to take advantage of the set of brand new Yokohama Tires for my wife's 2019 Mitsubishi mirage g4 coupled with a wheel alignment and I tell ya...this was an awesome experience! Wow! They were pleasant, intelligent, clear and concise. The store? Spik and Span! The restrooms? Immaculate! Looked and smelled-clean! I'm telling y'all RNR is definitely one of the best Macon has to offer! Oh,and yes...they're products pay for themselves! Awesome place! Time and Money well spent! Great job Prentice!

What an awesome experience! Prentiss( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was amazing! Very knowledgeable, aware, and most helpful! My wife( Erika) and I came in for both a wheel alignment as well as a set of new tires for my wife's 2019 Mitsubishi mirage and Prentiss provided excellent costumer service! He didn't just meet our expectations he surpassed them!! And don't get me started on the lobby! Totally immaculate!! All the way down to the restroom(s)!!I'm not sure how long this awesome store has been at this location, but I promise you it's as if they literally opened up for business for the first time during our visit...and we were their first costumers!!! This is truly Macon's best"best" kept secret!! What an extraordinary experience! Oh, and to upper mgt...please do yourself a favor and give Prentess a much deserved raise,I assure you...he deserves it. Thank you all very much! Blessings

I wouldnt recommend this facility for tires you pay a good amount of money for no named tires the payment plan option was terrible it sounds appealing when you have 2 flats and you need tires but it turns out to be a bad decision. The payment manager is rude they took my money several occasions without telling me and just charging my card even though I wasn't on auto pay I never signed anything then I agreed to be be on auto pay and then they didn't take my payment and charged me a late fee. Everytime I was told they would waive my late fee it wasn't waived it was put on the back end of my loan. And if your are late they send you threatening text messages (I paid weekly so if i was like it was only a few days) and the messages weren't autogenerated they came from the account manager cellphone.Also during the loan life I never knew what I needed to pay I started out being charged 39.00 weekly then I got a call several weekls later saying my payments weren't high enough and if I wanted to be finished in 6 months like I had stated when I signed the contract. Then the payments went up to 53.00 a week.The whole process was one big headache I paid off my account early andI won't be coming back. I was surprised because I thought they were a reputable tire company. I would expect this type behavior from a shade tree tire shop but not here. Just go somewhere else

My first time coming here and tashunda & jermaine was awesome with the service, the wait was perfect and I recommend anybody to come here to get great service .also the two guys was awesome as well will matching my rims with my truck to make sure I was happy when I purchased them ..again I m very pleased with this company .and my girl Debra that does paperwork she is the bomb ..I over love the staff and service at RnR

was in macon for a work trip and had a blow out on the freeway. i came in the next day, and i was in and out within 30ish minutes. the staff was polite as well. thank you all for your help :)
