Traveling low tire gage went off. Will an employee was very helpful checked all our tires, all of them low he aired them up. And sent us on our way. Very nice guy behind desk too. No charge . Thank you.

Was looking for a facility to install my new tires on my vehicle and this was the only place within 30 miles that was reasonably priced. I had to drive a little distance but they were friendly, kind, professional, and did excellent work. I will definitely be returning for my future tire / wheel needs.

Overall it was a pleasant and professional atmosphere. So far I'm pleased with the rim and tire set I purchased and have received several (same day) compliments already. All was well until I had to wait for the tire technician to get off of his "personal phone call" to load my old tires and rims on to the back of my truck, and I still gave him a tip.

Came in too buy tires, bought a whole new set of rims, great prices, great selection if not on the floor I bet you my man Will can order it for you. Staff is cool and friendly. I also wanna thank Simone for her pleasant customer service makes paying a pleasure.

Was easy to deal with got in and out quickly and 1 negative thing the manager is an A$$ HOLE doesn't talk to his employees first to make sure they are doing there jobs first and making sure we customers haven't already called and spoke to someone. I got behind ONE week and he sent someone out to our home the same day I PAIDEveryone else is cool to deal with EXCEPT the manager

Had tire and wheel issues for about two weeks. But the staff at this establishment worked diligently each time that I had to return. As of today 09-09-2021 my wheels are riding with no issues. Thanks Rimtyme for making me a satisfied customer for the3rd time on my 3rd set of wheels!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!! 10 Rating!!!

I bought runs from here and they exchanged one of my tire pressure sensors and now none of them work. I went back for them to fix it and one of the technicians asked for my number and said he would call when it was a good time to bring my truck back. It's been three weeks and no call. Some of the people who work there are trying to make sure that the business is successful, and some seem like they just don't care about the customer.

Mark & Keith are Excellent employees!! They will work with you definitely & leave you satisfied. Had a tire go flat like 10mins after I left. The manager was kind enough to come change it though. I'm sure I wouldn't have had that problem If they had new or descent tires put on my car along with the rims

The place to go when u need some good rims and tires, very good Expert, great Customer service, they work with u on payments, and they are very reasonable! They do not do credit check,They will also let u change rims, but it s a catch to it! Every time u make a payment remember when u paid it ,cuz they will keep calling u! And act like u didn t pay! But other then that they ok!

Great service with exceptional prices. Everyone was very professional and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were as good as anything I could find on the Internet and they were able to get the rims and tires on in a timely manner. I ll definitely use them again!

I have had a extremely terrible experience with the assistant manager this past saturday I bought 4 brand new mud grip tires $1300 cash on July 23rd 2018 I have never been in the mud and only has at the most 600 miles on them. While driving up the interstate in Perry my front drivers side tire came apart I called the store only to hear the assistant manager tell me that they were not warrantied after being told when I paid cash money that they would be warrantied as long as they was on my truck so I still came to the store and the assistant manager sent an employee out to talk to me very unprofessional to tell me they are only warranty the mounting balance and after I pulled out of the parking lot that was it if he would had came and looked at my tire he would had seen it was a manufacturer defect but he was not professional enough to come out so I will be contacting the corporate office and the tire manufacture.

Got my rims and tires two years ago . Great service they are slow.my rims now look awful. Some of them paint peeling off have never seen this before. .also they started way beforet years so that's why I gave two stars. .also service was really slow.

Keith has been working with this company for RimTyme for years always a honest overall great fellow makes sure his customers are happy when they leave the premises..Love doinf business with him..Inventory is a tad bit slack he will call to check to see what his vendors have to make sure you're happy..Thanks RimTyme my cash purchases have been great

Service wait time was extremely poor. Waited 1hour & 43 minutes before questioning, "how much longer would it be". Service guys completed services on a few of their, "HOMEBOYS" custom rims that pulled up after the already waiting customers. "HOMEBOYS" came & went while the customers still wait for repairs. Cost to repair tire was expensive. Requested air in tires, received air. Was told, "you all set" but my tire pressure light remains on. When asked why, service man stated, "you have to ride on the tire then the sensor light will shut off". His response didn't sound correct. Rode 13 miles home, low tire pressure sensor remains on. Manager offered for me to come back today only because he will be off the rest of the week. Can only deal with so much within the same day. HORRIBLE WAIT TIME. EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. I guess the manager, Tyrone is the only one that can fix the servicemen, wrongs!!! Left RIMTYME the same way I arrived, WITH LOW AIR PRESSURE LIGHT ON!!!!!!!! YUCK!

I had a very bad experience after they took off there rims. I tell me to get MY tire sensor back o had to pay for them, like really!! Then on my way home my car almost shook me off the road!! So I had to do 40 and turn on my emergency lights. So my husband took it right back to them. Never again!!!
