Today I was on my way to work and my tire light came on, I called Raffield Tire-Master and spoke with Danny he was very polite and he told me to bring my vehicle and it would get fixed, they also provided me a ride back to work ( thank you Lee). My vehicle was ready when promised. I was so impressed with the GREAT service I received and I will be back and now a new customer.Thank you so much!!!!Sandy Richter

Wow, this tire shop was the only tire shop that could get me the specific sized performance tire that I needed - SAME DAY.I had a flat tire and driving north on I-75 and Raffield saved me from having to spend the night to wait for this tire.I tried about 10 other tire shops around Maicon and all needed to special order and I couldn t wait. Amazingly Raffield delivered and also had a great price.Special thanks to Danny Fowler the great prompt service provided. I highly recommend Raffield Tire Master!

We blew a tire on the way to the hospital. We were able to get to the hospital with the spare but weren't comfortable driving further with our lift and my wife's mobile chair on the back. Raffield was able to get me in and get us a new tire in time for me to go back to the hospital to bring my wife home.

AAA recommended Raffield to us on a recent trip back to Atlanta. Our engine light came on, and we were concerned we had a problem. Lucky for us, the honest staff at the shop quickly ran the engine diagnostic and told us that it was just a misfire and reset the light. Thank you for your honesty! And I might add, he did not charge us at all. In today s world, I especially appreciate their integrity and how they do business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The service at Raffield Tire Master was excellent. Upon entering, I was greeted by a technician who addressed my needs. I was in and out in less than an hour. I had no long wait. The service technicians were courteous and kind as well. I had a question about them resetting my odometer and they quickly came to my assistance. All in all , I had a great experience and will be returning when I need automotive work. The cost was very reasonable.Service: Oil change

The service at Raffield is the best. From Danny at the counter to the service technician s. Had a blowout on highway 16 while on my way home from vacation. Raffield had me back on the road within a hour. Thank you

I took my truck to a local Chevy dealer and was told I need almost all new front end parts the price was outrageous. I took my truck to Raffields on mlk they check it out and only a fourth of parts were needed they immediately gave me a very fair price and work was started and it receive my Truck back the same day from this Trusted Business saving me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

They go above and beyond every single time, they always make you feel welcomed as if you were family. Nobody has serviced my car except for THIS Raffield because I have all my trust in them and I know that no one else could ever compare to them. I love these guys. Nice little store. Friendly kind staff. I stopped today because 1 of my tires were low. They got me in immediately. Checked the air pressure and got all of them filled correctly for no charge. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing anything tires. They really are tire masters and very easy to work with!

David was super friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb :) and Chris gave me a ride to work.Got new tires at a good price!I do wish they'd enforce mask wearing, but the place is clean and we were able to socially distance so I didn't feel unsafe.Would recommend to anyone like me who doesn't know much about cars, but needs an honest company/sales team to educate them while helping them get the best bang for their buck.Service: Tires

We are from western KY and had issues with our 2007 truck on our way to Tybee Island. We chose to rent a vehicle to continue on with our vacation. However, these guys kept us informed of the issue and when they expected parts to arrive. It was completed on time for our pick up on our way back home. Although I hope to not have to use them again, I was ecstatic with their service, quality, and communication. I highly recommend them.

I was traveling from Atlanta and my tire went flat. Everyone at this establishment was so nice. They changed my tire and checked my levels. Danny even told me as well as showes me that I needed new brake pads. They all were busy trying to get me back home 2 hours away to my daughter's swim meet. Which I made. I would recommend to anyone in the Macon area to visit them. They are worth it and very reasonable. I might travel just to see them again!

New to town, so when a screw made its way into my tire, I had no idea where to go. I called Raffield in the off chance that they would have an opening to patch it. From start to finish, the service I received was above and beyond; they were so unbelievably respectful and kind, they even drove me to work and picked me up so I could avoid the hassle of calling a cab! They were timely, honest, and didn't try to trick me into buying anything I didn't need - they treated me like I was a member of their family. They truly went the extra mile for me, and they have gained a loyal customer for life! Thank you so much, Mike and the Battle family!

A year ago I had then put tires on my car and they did a great job. I have used them for the free rotation and paid for oil changes since then and they've been great. But last week my car overheated and since Raffield is my car folks here in Macon, I took the car to them. They said that it rattled like crazy and spewed fluids all over the place and that it needed a head job and lots of engine work and I needed to let them tow it down to Kathleen Georgia for somebody to fix it because they couldn't recommend anybody in Macon and they couldn't do it themselves. I chose not to do that and I drove the car home. Then I drove the car to my office. Then I drove the car over to someone to fix it. It was a thermostat. That's it. A thermostat. I will no longer ever trust them again.

I can take my car to them and Know that Mike will make sure everything I need done to my car is taken care of and done right. I never have to worry about being cheated or lied to like I've had happen before when I've been to some mechanics. Not Here! They are Great! I Recommend This Place for anything you need for your vehicle, from Tires, lineups, and repairs. Big or Small. They can take care of it and do it Right. Ask for Mike! He'll take care of you.

I was driving from Atlanta down to Brunswick when one of my tires blew. After getting the donut on, I went over to Raffield Tire to get a new tire and continue on my way. David took great care of me, he was so friendly and nice! It was a pretty quick turn around, about an hour and a half for 4 new tires. They were great, couldn t recommend them more! If I ever have car trouble in Macon again, that s where I ll go!

Nice guys. Went in for an oil change, they convinced me to buy 4 new tires (which I did need). However, on the way home from work the steering wheel started vibrating/shaking pretty severely at 60 mph. Got better around 70+. Did a little research when I got home and it looks like the tires probably weren't balanced. In looking at my receipt I noticed they had also put the wrong oil in my car (10w30 instead of 5w20). I called, and they said that the oil would be fine (I hope so). Since they balance and rotate their tires for free, I decided to just wait until the next oil change to get them balanced. I am dropping off today...UPDATE... they balanced the tires and the vibration went away entirely. Glad they fixed it, but frustrating that the brand new tires weren't balanced the first time. Also got the right oil in the car this time.

My family and I were 6 hours from home when our vehicle was towed to Raffield Tire Master. Being unfamiliar with the area, it's a bit unsettling being at someone's mercy so far from home. However, we rented a vehicle and continued on to our destination. We were told our truck would be ready for pick up on our way back home. On Saturday, we arrived and our truck was fixed and ready to go! I am pleased with the service and honesty we received! I highly recommend Raffield's services!

I walked in to get my tire patched, they told me it would take 30 minutes. 20 minutes later it was done and it only cost me like $20 to fix it. They didn t try to sell me anything else, and it was great!Service: TiresService: Tires

i live in Tennessee and my son goes to school at Mercer. he broke down yesterday and Raffield Tire is the only AAA certified repair shop in Macon. i called them right at closing time and Mike was very nice. He told me to have my son call him, then to call another number for a reputable tow company he recommended. The estimate was reasonable and the repair completed less than 24 hrs later. They even gave us a military discount! i can't thank them enough for taking care of my son.
