My husband has been bringing his company/fleet truck here since we ve been working in the area today I took my Audi in because I needed an oil change and my brake light came on even though we replaced the brakes six months ago. I was very impressed in the prompt service Mobile one synthetic oil change was very affordable for my vehicle Normally significantly more; I was also impressed they determined the sensor from my brakes were loose and it was triggering the brake light No need for a brake job. They treated me with respect and intelligence, and were very honest in their service. We will be back as long as we re here in the area and highly recommend them to anyone.

Just bought tires from Adam at a great price, but i d pay double the going rate for the exceptional service i always receive there! would not trust our vehicle maintenance to anyone else. What a fantastic job he and Roderick do at running their store!!

I started using this business when my regular place closed. I wish I had been using them all along. Adam immediately diagnosed a problem with my BMW that others had been saying was nothing. It was amazing to get rid of that awful noise once and for all!! Since then, every oil service, brake service and tires . No turning back. I highly recommend this team. They listen and they really care.

Great place to get tires or any repairs done on your car. I ve taken several vehicles there over the years and they always do a bang up job and in a timely manor. Adam is always very helpful at the front desk. Wouldn t take my truck anywhere else in Macon.

Went to Raffield to have my tires checked and a few other things looked at and Adam was so helpful! Very informative and respectful! 10 out of 10 would recommend going to Raffield to talk to Adam! He can definitely get you taken care of!

TRAVELERS BEWAREThis people are shady and have terrible service. I got a flat tire and they were the closest shop. The tire was clearly able to be plugged or patched but they refused, claiming there was sidewall damage but there was none. After telling us this, Adam Turnbull proceeded to be very condescending and pushy in attempting to get us to buy two or four tires when we repeatedly said we were only interested in a single tire. They took an hour and a half to do the job despite having no line and several open bays. After finishing the job we got about a mile down the road and realized the tire was rubbing the sidewalls and making weird noises. Not only had they given us terrible service but the complete wrong tire size as well. This was not an easy mistake to make as the tire was very obviously too big for the car and much larger than the other tires. Upon returning, Adam Turnbull was dismissive and rude about the mistake, he then charged us the same price for the correct tire and provided no refunds or discounts for his mistake. We have a 6 hour drive to make and this mistake could ve easily caused damage to our vehicle or safety, as well as the three hours lost on our trip due to his negligence. It seems as though this type of mistake was very common for them based on the little thought and care given. At the auto-shop I work at, this sort of mistake would have cost anyone involved their job. Overall horrible service and experience. This is a shameful scam and I would warn anyone who is traveling especially, do NOT stop here! I m sure any other service station would be better than this.

Wonderful customer service! I was traveling to the area for business with a rental car on a time crunch and they got me right in and fixed the rental right up. I can't say enough about how pleasant they made my less-than-pleasant circumstances.

I hit a large semi tire that was ricocheted across the road on I75 near Macon. Assistant store manager Adam Turnbull was very helpful in quickly working my car in for an inspection to assess any damage. His team secured loose parts so I could safely continue my trip from TN to FL to help care for my elderly mom. There were many customers in the shop at the time and they treated each one professionally. Thanks so much Adam!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I needed all new tires and new brakes, as I was about to be traveling 2,000+ miles within the next week. They were able to replace my brake pads and tires on the same day I took my car in at a very affordable price!

Great service. I buy my tires and they come with free rotate and balance, roadhazard warranty. Then i have no more out of pocket expense for the life of the tires. Rotated and reasonable damage or flats fixed free. They also keep me updated of any issues they observe when i get service performed. Win Win.

I was on a road trip and my car had a flat tire, I found this place and I was delighted with the service I received, everyone was very kind and professional. And the best part of the day was seeing how they were treating a couple of Latinos who were in the store, they patiently put the sentences through the translator to be able to communicate with these customers. As an immigrant and Latina, I was enchanted by this affection and care. And about my tire, they fixed it, everything was fine and I was able to continue my trip.

I wish I could rate them 10 stars!!! While on a trip from out of state I got a flat tire. I called Raffield right before closing time and they waited for me after hours. They did not have a tire that would work for me. They could have ordered one and had it for me the next day, but due to time constraints I could not wait. They ended up putting on my spare tire for me to get me on my way. After they went out of their way for me they refused to charge me. I insisted that they charge me something since I was paying with a company credit card and they still refused. I ended up tipping the tech and was on my way. Thank you Raffield Tire master for saving the day and you have some good Karma points in the bank.

Brother in law and I are here for a patch on a tire for his wife my sister's car, and we have been here at 11:45 a.m and it is now 12:55 p.m and the car still is not done, guys walking around smoking, it seems to be the ne of those take your sweet time getting costumers down the road. Even buying snacks from vending machine.

Every time I go to this Raffield, the staff are so friendly and very helpful. I feel safe taking my car there. They do good work & for a decent price and it doesn't take forever!Today I had an appt for an oil change & I was in and out within an hr.I will definitely keep going back to this location. Peak rd

This place is amazing!. I was in Macon for a test and was an hour and half away from home. My SUV would not go in reverse I had it towed. The guys diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Love this place

Update!!While in the hospital welcoming my daughter into the world 07/15/2023, I called Joe to check on my 1998 K2500, he was saddened to let me know that his lazy mechanic who does all their work on trucks, doesn't want to work on older vehicles anymore. Well this lazy mechanic is going to cost Raffield all of my work as well as everyone who I have referred to them. I will be calling those who I've sent there in the past and recanting my reference. Laziness in the workplace is going to be the death of this country including Raffield Tire.I am sorry it has came to this. Might I suggest looking for a less lazy mechanic.The front staff is amazing, the mechanics, not so much.

I have a lifted Jeep and was dealing with some suspension issues. We had our oil changed at our regular garage in Forsyth, but as I drove onto Zebulon Rd had an emergency notification on my dash that oil was out. Since I couldn t reach the oil stick, I pulled in Raffield on Zebulon and asked for help. Adam came out, checked the oil stick and immediately had me pull around to the garage entrance. The mechanic discovered that the new filter had been crimped and was steadily losing oil. He replaced the filter, added oil, and pulled my car around for me! 25 minutes from start to stop and no labor charge!!!!!!! Manager Adam and mechanic Zion were the BEST!!! We would recommend this garage to anyone!!!!!!!!!

My truck was running hot & had no air. The guys at raffield got it running perfectly but had to go back for new battery. My truck stopped in the middle of the road and they jumped it off and repaired it with a new battery & connections in about 45min. Great company and great crew.

We were driving on the highway and the axle on our 5th wheel broke. We didn't know what to do and luckily we found this wonderful place. The owner was so nice and let us camp out on their beautiful parking lot for 2 nights while we waited to get the part that also had to be modified!! I can't tell you how grateful we were.These people are wonderful, honest, and I highly recommend them.
