They came out to my job on the Air Force Base and replaced my starter with no problem. I didn t want to have to have my car towed so they made my life much easier with them coming out to fix my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Protech Mobile Mechanic. They were friendly, professional, and fast. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call, quickly diagnosed a simple fuse issue, and had me back on the road in no time. They were upfront with the pricing and they even offered a veterans discount and potentially have student discounts too. I'll definitely use their services again. Thanks guys!

Miguel and his partner showed up today as scheduled. First, very nice guys. Miguel discussed the car symptoms with me and showed a genuine concern for my issue. Listened to understand before jumping to conclusions or rushing. (very impressed) Full diagnostic completed, problem located, showed me the issue and discussed the fix and pricing before moving forward. Once I authorized the work, they had everything completed faster than I expected. Extremely courteous, demonstrated true customer first attitudes, and high efficient in completing the work. ProTech guys came out and straigtened me up pretty good. Needing my brake pad and rotors replaced. They did it for a fair price and I didn't even have to leave my home. Was pretty satisfied with the work they did. Would use them again if I need them too. Definitely if you don't have time to go to a repair shop.

This is the best mechanic experience I have had since moving to Macon thus far. They are swift and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. There work is excellent and professional. They have fair prices and do excellent work. If you are looking for a great Mechanic experience in Macon then this is the place.

So far impressive. Couldn't get car started. They could have took me for a lot. All I needed was a battery terminal. They could have lied and said it was alternator. Thanks so much for being quick courteous and honest.

My battery was dying on my Mercedes, and I needed a new one. I called Pro Tech, all the while thinking I would need an Uber to get to work. I was stuck on a weekend with a bad battery. I made one call, and Miguel and his coworker were there on very short notice. They diagnosed the problem and was able to get the battery and terminals for me, and then take care of the installation for me as well. They were efficient, quick, and were extremely kind throughout the entire process. They took mobile payment, so it made the payment process very easy, and I was in and out with everything I needed within almost an hour. Didn t have to wait long at all, even though I was prepared to! If I run into car troubles again, I ll definitely be calling them first!Service: Battery

I ve used ProTech Mobile mechanic since 2020. Always had a great experience with their techs. I ve had a few repairs and some very common maintenance done by them. brake pads, oil change, battery check, alternator repair, and heater-cooler hose repair. Their prices are very fair compared to the shops in the area. They also don t fix something that doesn t have to be. Will definitely keep using them in the future. Can t beat the convenience factor!

I was referred to ProTech by a friend. I was having difficulty finding someone to work on my 20+year old Camry s windows. I reached out to ProTech and was able to schedule with them immediately. Within a week they had some to me and done a diagnostics, ordered my parts and had the repair completed. My mechanic was Michael and he explained everything that was needed and why. They are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this business!! It couldn t be more convenient and they guarantee their work!! The guys at ProTech are fantastic. On time, orderly, professional, and extremely helpful. They came out to run a diagnostic which then turned in a start replacement. They replaced the starter and did great work, but after the job, the engine still wouldn t turn over. After trying all evening, they went home with a plan to be back the next day with a solution. The next morning, right on time, they showed up with some more tricks. After finding and diagnosing the problem, they fixed and cleaned the battery terminal connections, made sure everything was locked down tight, and she fired right up.These boys know what they re doing, they re hardworking and kind, and they re very professional. Price was up front, fair, and honest. The work performed was thorough and communicated well. Most importantly, they didn t quit until the job was done right and didn t cut any corners.I will definitely be using and recommending ProTech again should the need arise. My brakes started making noise on a Friday. I have no way to leave me car to get repaired so I called ProTech. They sent me a quote immediately and came to my house the next day to replace my Brakes! I had my work van break down while out on a job. These folks came to me diagnosed my problem went and got a part anfixed us up. They were very professional. Same day back on the rd. Contacted them early in the morning regarding replacing a bad alternator & had prompt contact back with an estimate. Great price & timely manner of setting up an appointment. I needed a starter on my BMW . Miguel got right on it . He came to me and was patient with my situated I had to have my car towed to another location for them to work on it. They were very understanding. They diagnosed the problem and had my starter on and car running within three hours. Definitely recommend will always use them

I needed a hub bearing repaired. I called ProTech. They gave me a quote. Two technicians came to my house. They were very professional. They fixed the hub bearing less than an hour. Test drove the car. Answered all of my questions. I paid and they left. They did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.

I had both sides Rotors Bearings Brake pads taken off by Mr. Miguel. He arrived All Tooled Up and ready to GO!!!. He did such a Good Job? Next Month I will call him back to do upper and lower ball joints on both sides plus tie rods ends. I Enjoy buying the parts and Allow them to install the parts. They will even give you free estimates. I Rate ProTech Mobil Mechanic AAA+++.

I called twice and there was no answer. So I left a message for them to call me back.After 2 days, they finally replied, saying that they no longer do air conditioning service. Would have been nice if they could have responded earlier declining to give me a hand with the problem.

Our car broke down (me, my s/o, and his 3 small children) in Macon on our way to Albany. We were 4 hours from home and 2 hours from our destination, distraught. Called these mobile mechanics Sunday morning (when almost ALL shops are closed) and they were able to come to me just a couple hours later and FIX my problem in less than an hour (EGR valve replacement and a misfire in all 6 cylinders so spark plug replacements). I was mortified that I was going to have to spend almost 2k on a tow back to Greenville and stressed about how to get all 5 of us home with rental car agencies also closed on Sundays. I m so grateful for Protech for this weekend. Punctual, affordable, and quality work!!Service: Engine repair

I cannot get enough thanks to Miguel and Protech for the amazing service I received after my Mercedes breaking down on the road last night. I called them they answered the phone and I had someone to my hotel parking lot within the hour diagnose the problem is a bad alternator found the part last night and put it in this morning and I m back on the road. There would be no way in the world I would get the service anywhere. I give them the highest marks you can ever get in a huge thank you to Miguel great mechanic on time as promised
