I went to this place and the service guy with the tattoos was giving out very expensive prices. I am a business owner myself and I understand we has to make a profit. But this guy was way over the top.. I had a leak in my water hose. He wanted to charge me 320 dollars to tighten the clamps. I also needed a fan belt, he wanted to charge 360 dollars for that.He was doing all the prices on every vehicle that was going through. So he really didn t make any money off me. But he didn t put my radiator cap back on ( I know he didn t do this on purpose) but by his trying to overcharge everyone he forgot. Went to the Infinity dealership and got it all done for 246 dollars. These side shop supposed to be cheaper . I drive an infinity, he left the cap off and my car ran hot. Please be careful if you take your vehicle there because he s going for your head. I will not recommend anyone to go there.

Unbelievably great service!! I'm halfway through a 7 hour trip and the car starts acting up. I pulled into Precision Tune and they understood my situation, got me in quickly even though they were already booked with business for the day. We were on our way much sooner than we could have imagined. Definitely went above and beyond!!!

I had a new computer installed prior to dropping it off, but it didn t fix the issue with my car. Precision was able to find and fix the issue for a reasonable price. Great Job!!! Highly recommended!!

I had them do a prepurchase inspection on an older truck that I was thinking about buying. The mechanic was awesome went through the entire car, sent me photos of what they found and went into detail on what would need attention. Even found that the odometer had been replaced so the advertised milage was inaccurate. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this shop its owned by a master mechanic so you know he knows what he's talking about and was very pleasant to work with.

James was very knowledgeable when fixing my 2015 Hyundai after I had a rodent chew my wires. Dealership wanted to replace the whole thing for 5400 and he was able to use his knowledge & skills to replace the wires for an affordable prices. I think I found my new favorite auto shop 10/10 !!- Mrs. Mullen

My wife and I were 3 hours into a 13 hour trip when our wheel bearing started making a noise. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were not familiar with the area. We found Precision Tune Auto Care and they said they would take a look. They found the problem and got us back on the road in great time. Very great experience and highly recommend.

Precision Tune Auto Care has the BEST service I've ever seen at any auto repair shop! They have gone above and beyond to keep my car running and keep the price within reason! They have absolutely great customer service and the manager there will work with you to ensure you're getting the correct problem fixed! Just got my 2009 Armada back today on Veterans day. The staff at this location is amazing. James, Danielle, Billie and Puerto Rican tech (sorry didn t get his name) we re all amazing. They worked with me and listened to my concerns. They did my valve covers a day before and so far so good. I would recommend these guys based on my personal experience. Thanks!!!

I've been here a few times with a few cars. The undercarriage protective cover came down and my vehicle and to put it back on cost more than what I thought it should. It was fixed very quickly and I was on my way. Not the best on the eyes but good shop.

I live in Florida, and today, the day before thanksgiving, these folks worked tirelessly to fix a problem on my moms car so that she could come to visit us tomorrow morning! Can t express my gratitude enough for them saving our thanksgiving holiday! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

What happens when your "mystery machine" gets lovesick for the only mechanic you trust to work on her, and that mechanic is almost 2 hours away??You fill up the tank and drive 2 hours to hunt him down so he can take care of her!I first encountered James when he opened the stone mountain location. Just him and Sasha and I spent countless hours watching this guy "turn water into wine" at that store, and I'm no less impressed to date as he's worked on several of my vehicles. Always thorough, always transparent with his "hey! Let me show you something" that I appreciated the most...always professionalIf you're fortunate enough to be in the Macon area and are reading this review because you're in need of automotive work, stop reading and go let them take care of you. If you had a bad experience from before James took the reigns in here to say "there's a new sheriff in town" and you should give the new guys a try... you can thank me later :D

For the most part I like how Mr.James handle us for us to come in late yesterday 10/5/23 and was told to come back around noon 10/6 respectfully he was on it and got the job done for us his customer service was outstanding along with his staff just want to say once again thank you the wait was well worth it!!!! We shall be back not only have Precision staff worked on my car today but also worked on my husband car in the past and then was also awesome....

The three Amigos Allen,Randy, and James what started off being a bumpy ride ended up being smooth sailing!!! We started off with an error on a service job....These guys jumped in and started damage control and when it was all said and done my car is back running great!!! James you are the GOAT!!!

This review is about the owner Dave. The man works hard and is extremely kind. He is a great owner and got my cars AC running again. The man worked by himself on my vehicle despite the people working on it leaving the job unfinished. The manager stated he knew what the issue was charged over 800 dollars. Had my car for 4 days. Problem was fixed for 3 weeks went back a second time. They stated it was air in the hose or something like that. It was fixed again. Then two weeks later the car is over heating again. Took there Saturday morning they didn t look at it until late afternoon and said oh it s the water pump. Now they want an additional 368 dollars. When I spoke to the manager on the phone which he tried to explain the issue saying they didn t know it was the water pump there is no way to tell. But then In the next sentence say that the code told them. Like when you had my car for 4 days you didn t check the water pump? Like any one can googke the reason why your car would overheat. I copied this straight from google The most common reasons a Chevrolet Cruze is overheating are a coolant leak (water pump, radiator, hose etc.), the radiator fan, or a failed thermostat. Coolant leak (water pump, radiator, hose etc Edited*We are now in week 3 of my car not being fixed. They said it was the head gasket . Now the car won t start. Oh you need a starter , okay they put a starter on and the car still isn t starting. So in total my car has been worked on by them Since May it s not going into August. They are making my car worst then what it was from the start.*Update*3 months and 2800 dollars later after 4 days of having my car after the Repairs guess what the check engine light comes on. It s still saying it s over heatingUpdate**Car still being worked on . However this time the shop is under new management. James is working with me yo fix the issue. He s been very helpful.

Under new management! Not speaking for old crew but The new management is on point, knowledgeable, works with your budget as best as possible. As being in a customer service/mechanical back ground,I could tell they weren't just trying to throw parts at the car to fix it. They knew what they were doing. I'll be a repeat for sure and will suggest them to anyone who asks.

Do not, I say do not let them work on your air conditioner. I paid over $1000.00 and they couldn t get it to work. I took it back three times before I realized they didn t know what they were doing. They told me it would take a day, it took several days. They would not give my money back. I had to take it to another mechanic that told me it would be two days ( which was the truth) they got it fixed and it ran fine for three months then the compressor went bad. I took it to them, once again they told me they would have it fixed in a day, it s been three days and still not fixed. The truck is a work truck, I m losing $300 per day plus my employee is missing work. These people couldn t pore pee out of a boot if the instructions was on the hill!Service: Air conditioning

In the middle of a 7hr road trip, hauling a 30ft camper our truck began leaking coolant and smoking. We stopped at Precision Auto fully expecting to have to find a place to stay for the night. They took our truck right in, found the leak and repaired it in less than an hour. And on top of that, they were very reasonably priced. Great customer service, Danielle & James really have great management skills. They are a dynamic duo for customer service and car repairs. I would Highly recommend them to you for service. On my way to the beach car started over heating and had to stop and david took care of us amazing stayed 5 hours over closing time to help me fix the problem absolutely amazing work and very nice guy truly recommend! If i could give the 10 stars i would ! Thank you so much
