After my daughters lug bolts broke on her car during a road trip an hour away from home. Mr. Allan and Mr. James (from another location) were incredibly amazing with their help. They showed us exactly what happened and got the car fixed quickly. I never felt like we (2 women) were being taken advantage of, even when we were frustrated and overwhelmed with the car being broken...again shortly after having a pricey fix a couple months ago.If it wasn't so far from home I would definitely come back for future repairs.

Wouldn t trust this place, Alan is a scammer.. I took him my codes from check engine light being on, he told me he couldn t accept it because theirs is better and more in dept. so I trusted him and let him do another scan and he came back with the same codes I brought in but charged me $131 for the same exact codes I brought to him..

This place is HORRIBLE. My husband went to get an oil change and in return, he has a blown engine!!! First of all, they didn t even change the oil, they only drained it. Second of all, they are not trying to take responsibility for messing up his car, and now it could cost give or take $10,000!! They know that they messed up. There was nothing wrong with the car until we brought it here. PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!Service: Oil change

Never use them people again listen to me.i took my car for a starter replacement wheel bearing replacement and lower control arms They had my car for a week got my car back and my whole right axle fell off not only that they broke my wheel hub didn t tell me my car was leaking brake fluid I couldn t stop so the next they took it back they called Themselves fixing it againGot my car back Thursday made a store run next thing my car was on the ground tire off My Steering column was broken Really could ve lost my life The people that they have working there now are goofy they are careless and childish the man that towed my car had a ball joint that fell off a crown Vic two days before this happened with my car just A month ago I was in the same precision and a lady came back because she said her car had no oil And then they try to blame it on me but my lawyer will be contacting them real soon do not trust them with your car

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service here! We stopped here after we heard a scrapping noise under the car and an oil leak. The service here is so fast, efficient and truthful. They charge you a GREAT price too! Especially the mechanic Zach he jumped right in, figured out the problem, and fixed it so quick. Honestly, it's like finding a needle in a haystack to get this level of honest and goodhearted man at auto shops.

Absolutely love the new manager Zack Vogel. He is always courteous and helpful when I come in. I have been to this location 3 times since he has taken over.

The man at the front desk (on a Saturday) was very rude. I told him I did not want a tune up today. He then had me wait for 10 minutes while he priced the tune up and oil change. When I politely said, sir I didn't want a tune up today, he yelled at me "I'm not finished, you do not interrupt me" then he did not put in the vehicle checks I asked for. I will try to avoid this location if possible.Service: Oil change

The services and customer service at my Precision Tune Auto Care are the epitome of customer service! I am very satisfied with how they took care of my tune-up and oil change. Wiley and Charles were so genuine, professional and personable. They truly made me feel not only like a valued customer but also like another human being they simply want to respect and help. Percision Tune was a really big help to my wife on the morning of 2/11/23. She was on the way to work an her tire was separating on the inside all the way around an they helped her with a tire they had around the shop because even the spare was flat. I will definitely be making this my home place for oil changes and tuneups. Mainly because of the customer service. Its been a long time since i experienced such good customer service. The receptionist was very knowledgeable of the business and the manager came out and spoke and ask if i had any questions..it was just a good experience from some good ol southern folks. I feel like i can trust them with my car.. They were awesome..Service: Oil change

Stacy Williams is very good help . Gave me all the information I needed to get my car fixed. Also , Jaylen Mccarroll, Charles Scouten, and Joe Reyes did an excellent job on my car. I had my transmission replaced in my 1998 Honda Accord performed by Joe Reyes. Everyone there was super friendly , extremely knowledgeable, I know my vehicle is in good hands at Precision Tune Auto Care on Mercer University dr , Macon Ga !! Oh so very pleased with service!!! Traveling from Orlando back home to Oklahoma and water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced. After hearing so many no no no and can't do anything until Monday. They were my last hope and not only could they fit us in but also got done same day. Closed at 4pm but Charles stayed until almost 6:30pm to finish our car. Wylan was amazing finding us an affordable price. Very friendly, punctual, great communication. I am very pleased and if anything happened again and we are passing through. Would deff call them first!!!! Now a days many make you feel like an inconvenience. In no way at any point did I get that vibe. Thank y'all very much!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Excellent customer service through and through. I was able to call receive a quote and get a call back as promised with an estimated time for parts to be delivered. Literally had my car in their shop within the hour and they completed the work in under 3 hours. With only (2) people staffed, and one technician multitasking on phones and working on cars. I was sooooo impressed and extremely satisfied. I apologize for the previous rating since I misunderstood the technicians instructions on where to find the warranty information but so loved their service and I will be back. My alternator repair was awesome and I really appreciate their help!

They are terrible I brought my car at 11 am for a tuneup , breaks , oil change at 4 they still wasn t done so I had to leave without a oil change because I had to go everything should ve been done.. don t go there.

These folks here always take great care of my car. I have been dealing with them since I got my car in 2015 and although I've seen a few faces come and go they all do great work and make sure to take car of all the car needs I've had. I have now convinced my sister and mom to start using them and they also have had nothing but great things to say about the folks. Keep up the great work

Terrible! Manager was rude as hell! Also tried to charge me $30 per spark plug (I needed 8 of them) and said he had to make money some kind of way. Note: the spark plugs were 6.99 each from the Autozone next door. Same part number and manufacture. I will never go back to this place even tho the technicians were level headed. The manager is terrible.Service: General repairs & maintenance

On Friday September 8th 2017 My Wife, 5 Children and I had our van break down while evacuating out of Florida from Hurricane Irma. It took 5 hours for them to find and fix our problem. 5 hours of work, a new Caliper, brake lines bled. and 7 happy customers. After everything was said and done, We went to pay for their services and Our tab was paid for. During a time like ours, having to leave our home and not knowing if our home would still be there when we got back; this jester was a blessing. they took very good care of us. The manager even called us first thing Monday to see if we made it to our destination safely. Thanks to them we did,. I want to thank The mechanic and the manager for their hard work and dedication for our families safe trip. if the owner sees this please tell them that our family is in debt to them. They could have taken advantage of our need and charged us an arm and a leg... but they didn't. It is good to know there are good people on this earth. I cant say enough as to how much we appreciate what they did. Thank you again. with more to come.

I visted this location on 08/25/2018 and had a high mileage oil change preformed and drove my car home and parked until this morning. I started my engine and the oil drained out. ALL OF IT!!!! I will be contacting them in the morning because there is no way I can drive my car out of fear of locking the engine or throwing a rod. Smh. How hard is a oil change? Right?!UPDATE: I Decided to go back to this location today after a not so great visit and a manager that was awful the last time I visited and I am glad that I did! The service was great and the new manager was awesome. I was in and out in a reasonable time. They have earned my business back. Great job guys!!!!Service: Oil change

I called at 6pm to see if they did tire patches the blonde hair one told me they loved to do them. I went in and they had and irate customer, however the employee took my information and keys to take my car back. The situation escalated to the police being called and because they closed at 6:30 he lied and told us he could find his tire plugs. Literally wasting our time. He didn t show an remorse knowing the status of our tire. All he was concerned about is going home. So I will never come to this establishment again

People who work there are great and very nice , I went for a oil change I wasn't there that long and the shop manager was great to me. The workers are nice and work well together from what I saw and heard while I was there. I already recommend y'all to my friend. And the prices are great. Thanks everyone for your help yesterday.
