Very friendly I just bought my car and took it there to get tune up and few other things. Took it there before a trip. They are great on pricing compared to others . They were friendly and informative about the work they did. Will be going back again .

This is a shady business run by dishonest man. They destroyed my friend's car cooling system last year cost him thousands but somehow have gotten Google to take down his review. I recommend never taking your vehicle to this guy.

This auto repair shop went beyond the call of duty!Great service with a personal touch.Too seldom do we stop to acknowledge a business when that business provides an excellent service.I have a Volvo XC70 that was having an issue with idling, revving, when it is at a standstill. Two previous mechanics have tried to correct the problem in vain.I took the vehicle to Precision Automotive and this shop spent a lot of time to correct the problem.Without going into details about what he had to do, I will simply note that the owner of the shop, Gary, has spent more time on my vehicle to correct the problem that he has even billed me for. He wanted to make it right. "Precision" Automotive, right?When I went to pick up my car, Gary drove me around the block twice in the vehicle to make sure the problem was fixed.Well, as busy as he stays, I certainly would not expect him to do that with every customer. He knew my Volvo was having a tricky situation that needed a little extra attention, and he gave it to it.I appreciate your great service and your personable demeanor that did not go unnoticed!Thanks, Gary!

I had my auto inspected at the BMW dealership and was told I needed front wishbones replaced at a cost of almost $1900. I got a second opinion at Precision and they inspected and found the wishbones in great shape with no replacement necessary while aware of the dealership opinion. Amazing Honesty! They said: "they don't fix what's not broken"

We were traveling on our move to Florida from Ohio and our clutch went out on our Mini Cooper. I called and spoke to Gary about being from out of town. Gary got us in took care of towing and our repair the next day despite of having other customer repairs. It was done in a day and 1/2. They were officially closed on Friday but Jim worked to get car done for us.Jim Rocks! Thanks again.

Replaced a battery and charged $300 with 2 hrs of labor was my first problem. Then when my wife went to pick up the vehicle which was supposedly ready , the shop was closed - no sign no messages nothing.After over an hour of waiting outside their shop, they casually explain they had to go across town. No apologies, just rude remarks and acting as though this is common practice. Unbelievable.Service: Battery

Have taken my car (2009 mini cooper s) twice to these fantastic guys. Each time I have been beyond impressed. They are very direct and explain every problem in terms I can understand without being condescending. These guys are the total package. Great work and great customer service for a very reasonable price.

I don't think this shop deserves a star. I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic check and he charged me $105.00 just to inform me that it will be another $1,000.00 for it to be repaired. Hard working, tax paying public serving individuals shouldn't be treated in such a manner! I would not recommend the repair shop to anyone who works for a living! They see an opportunity to "rip-you-off" and they take advantage of it! Btw, I found another repair shop in Atlanta to do the same repair job for just $640.00 parts and labor! I only gave them the (1) star because apparently it was the only way I could submit my review!!!* Update: On the following day 5/14/19 It was discovered by the auto repair shop in Atlanta (which I will not name at this time) that my vehicle didn't even need the $900.00 air condition compressor that this guy tried to sell me. I had them repair the air conditioner there for a substantially lower cost ($152) and now it works perfectly! If you've got vehicle problems, avoid Precision Auto Repair at all cost!

These guys helped me out when we broke down outside Macon. We had a broken belt on our Range Rover. They were fantastic, they got us back on the road with very little time lost. They managed to get the parts and fix the car while we waited. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys you were marvelous. Highly recommended.

This place messed up my Audi when I went in for a brake job. Incompetent scam artists here. Ended up having to go to the dealership to fix caliper...do not trust these guys!

If you ever wondered what happened to the circus clowns after Ringling Brothers shut down their circus, two of them are working here pretending to be mechanics. Took my car here and these guys had it almost three weeks....they would never call with an update, never did any real work to the car and still charged me just to say they don't know what's wrong. Picked it up and took it somewhere else and they fixed it in two days. Unless you need an oil change, battery installed, or air put in your tires, NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!

I Called To See If This Company Service Mercedes. The Man Agreed That They Do And I Described To Him That I Needed A Power Steering Pump Switched Out From The Regular Tandem Pump. He Told Me He Has To See If Thats Something He Can Do. Lol Well Why Tell Me You Service Mercedes And Cant Even Change A Power Steering Pump. Very Very Arrogant.

was traveling from TN to FL check engine light came on car was idling very bad. got off exit and asked who was the best to . fix 2012 audio q5. they refered these guys. best experience I've ever had. fixed it in minutes an air hose came loose and I was on my way. I can't tell you what a life saver that was. I would use them all the time if I lived nearby.

I just called to ask if I could receive a quote regarding a repair that I need. I greeted the person who answered the phone to which he replied what do you want . I was disgusted by the rudeness of this person but I went on ahead to ask him if I could get a quote on the necessary repair that I needed and he then proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. This place needs to do better man or just close.

Gary and Jim are the best mechanics around. They are upfront and honest! Repairs are reasonable.
