I wanted to share a great customer experience that I had this morning at OReilly Auto Parts. First it caught me off guard that there were two ladies as we ve called it before manning the store. In all my years of buying auto parts this tops all my previous visits for many reasons. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful because I d gone in for a certain part and would have needed the additional parts to complete so they not only went out of their way to explain but also took out of the boxes and put it together so now it s ready for use. Please reward these two ladies and their efforts I d you re in the market for parts of any kind. Their names are Alicia and Tonya. I remember Alicia has been employed at OReilly for 8 years and rest assured Tonya either grew up learning parts or has a great deal of experience there as well. I hope you ll make it a point to give them the opportunity and if you find the experience to be completely satisfactory as I did then make sure you take the time to give them a 5 Star Review.

We had an issue with our under guard on our car and still had about an hour to go before we get home. We stopped in and Don zip tied it for us so we could get home! Thank you so much for the amazing service!!

We went and had my moms battery tested. Ben helped us out and he was so helpful and nice. We greatly appreciate him.

O'Reilly's in Grey is my go to for parts. I've visited other auto shops in the area, but they just don't have that "thing" that this one does.They personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and don't mind if you have a quirky sense of humor. If they don't have a part, they will order it for you and let you know when it arrives.Can't ask for an easier parts shopping experience.

Had to go get a battery and terminal. Went in and got helped immediately. Once I checked out the lady took the battery out for me. Me being disabled it s hard for me to do certain things but one of the workers came out I think his name was Mac. He took my old battery and terminal off for me and swapped them out. Great service and thank y all again for the help.

Bought parts for my generator. I didn't know much about what I needed but they were so helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. Now my generator works again

The employee that works there, that used to work at Adance Auto, dark hair, beard, he has helped me beyond the call of duty every time in go in there. He even saves you money, and he's not only interested in selling u some expensive, he's interested in selling you something to fix your problem. I need a $80 connector/plug, and he rigged me up one for $6. Great guy. Everytime I go into advance, or autozone and ask them something, they refer you to "the Mechanic down the street".... but you ask my new friend at O'Reilly's the same thing and he don't stop till you're fixed/satisfied. Someone should give him a raise, and give him a step up the ladder

Great customer service. The guy that worked with me asked a question I did not know. He said to stay here. I'll go look at your vehicle to find out. He ran both ways. Gave me exactly what I needed and answered my questions. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He knows his job very good. Couldn't have treated me any better. Went above and beyond my expectations.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Needed windshield wipes and recently sprained my wrist. The gentleman installed all 3 (rear one, too) much quicker than I've ever been able to do.

Great people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Alisha and Tonya seem to go out if their way to give great customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get the men's names, but everyone there tried to help. Thanks for having a great attitude!

I needed a starter for my van and he got it much more cheaper than Auto zone, especially with his veteran's discount we saved over a hundred dollars, plus it was in stock.

I had to get wipers the other day and the man behind the counter was nice enough to put them on and even let me check the wheel cover before purchasing. Customer Service at it's best.

I get all my parts from here no matter what. Excellent service. After a phone call then going in they knew exactly who I was and what I came for. Preciate the great service.

The best thing about O'Reilly in Gray, Ga is Shelby Wilson. Excellent customer care, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed.Thank You!!!

The young lady had zero customer service and had no clue about any of the products. She was only interested on being on her phone and eating.

Had a lady to break down at my exit. She needed an alternator and O'Reilly's was right there to take care of finding the right part, the first time. Between a severe thunderstorm, three scared children and a stressed out mother.... well, thank goodness for a team that knows their stuff. O'Reilly's gets all my automotive parts business!

I love this location O'Reilly Auto place they were very helpful after I had to get the female attention but the Guy he were helpful over the phone but other than that one female everything went well no regrets you'll not either have no regrets...
