Went to Macon last week to help my daughter move with her 2 kids and had some car issues. One of their employees, Gary Webb, helped me with the car but after I left I realized he stole $300 cash from my console. Hate to hold it against the store but they need to be careful who they let work for them. Two stars because the store wasn't bad just the employee.

Amazing quality service from the woman who changed my jeep battery. Had a great conversation about her tan jeep as well. Somebody give her a raise. Name started with an S .

Never buy anything from oreillys with cash. Everyone, including corporate customer service, will refuse to give you a refund if they happen to order the wrong (expensive) part. They're trained to say they only have $100 in the register, even if you watch the person in front of you pay with over $300 in cash. Parts are great, prices are...pretty alright, but customer service needs a MAJOR overhaul.Side note: at the hub store on pio nono, the woman with the pink hair has to be the rudest person I've EVER had the displeasure to meet.

There s a guy named Walter here, he s one of the best staff members I ve ever encountered. We are the owners of Durvaish Auto, a local dealership here, and so we end up visiting this location a lot. The staff is very friendly but Walter really does make the store special there.

So far everything I've needed they've had in stock. I can find more inexpensive parts but they win the convenience prize. Fast courteous fairly knowledgeable staff. Can't think of anything to complain about.

Had to replace the Ignition Lock Cylinder. Had no problem getting the right one. The man the waited on me knew exactly what I needed. He was very friendly and helpful.

Needed a part for my 1999 Tahoe so stopped by a store. That store didn't have it, so they directed me to another store that did. Got the part and it worked perfectly. People were super helpful and nice.

William saved me today! I wasn't going to ask him to help me change a batt. terminal on my car, but he came out with some extra tools anyway and helped me out! The crew in here is always nice and willing to help me! They're awesome!

Went to two O'Reilly Auto Parts today. This review is for the hub on Pionono Avenue. Excellent service, doing a lot of business! Unfortunately prices are disproportionate to market price on some things. Gates v. Dayco on a molded heater hose, $30 v. $10. That is crazy! The people were helpful and polite, and perhaps Gates is more expensive or supply chain differences. O'Reilly has helped me in the past, but I can't justify pricing of $29.99 when the cheapest price is $7.99 (Dayco).

I like the store. Customer service is ok. Idk I just get the feeling that it's always closing when I go. Like they rush to get you out so they can go home. Lol. (I dont like being rushed)

They are great and helpful. They can change rear windshield wipers . They also helped with a broken off screw.

They got parts. Normally pretty good. I left battery to have it tested. Six hours later they had forgotten about it and next shift was working.

Some of the female employees are very rude and not at all very helpful and a bit hateful I won't go there again unless I absutly have to

The guys at this store are a cut above just employees. They are fantastic and absolutely have my business from now on. Auto zone tried to pull a con and I caught the liars at auto zone x

Other than the parking lot being a mess it's really a clean and nice store. Staff very friendly and they go 100% to get you what you are looking for
