Excellent customer service Ced and the crew took great care of me and my girls on our way from Florida to Tennessee. Really appreciate it giving that southern Georgia hospitality .

No knowledge of cars or car parts sold wrong items 4 times in two day whoever the two people work after noon shift lady with glasses and deads man that look Hispanic have real bad attitude they wasn't helpful at all blamed every thing on the computer but clearly looked at both old and new items where not the same thing still sold it to me wasn't changed out for right item still had to but everything over

Great customer service feom Manager Martin and they did not have all the parts in the store so the driver went and picked them up from another store. Very knowledgeable of tools and parts

I was given the wrong parts after they had to be ordered and payed for in advance. The manager gave me a hard time even after I explained that all my parts were under warranty, that I had called before hand. I was then sent to pick up the part at another store that in turn gave me a defective caliber that would not bleed. I was then sent to a third store where the manager convinced me that my mechanic put I on backwards. Got back to my car and he was wrong. The mechanic of thirty years automatically assumed that me or my mechanic had no idea what we were doing. So now I have to make a fourth trip over to the same O'Reilly's on thomaston road to pick up a part that I've been trying to get for 3 hours now. I will never ever shop at any O'Reilly's again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to do the same and the experience that I had.

They were not friendly, talked to me like I was stupid. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know anything about trucks. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Kevin is the worst salesperson. Looked up the part I needed, gave me a price then told me he would order my part from the hub store. So I said I will come now and pay but kevin said no pay tomorrow when you pick it up (AutoZone is different I pay then come back and get). So the next day I get there after 12noon to PAY and pick up, come to find out they don't even carry the part. Then he tried to pretend he didn't know what I was talking about and he wasn't the person I spoke to!. All he had to do was apologize for his MISTAKE. Wasted my time in 102� weather. I will never go to this location again. Oh one more thing, I wasn't the only customer in there with that problem!. Thanks KevYou Rock!

Bought a battery didn't use it. But put it in car to see if that was problem it was starter. Wouldn't give money back and I had receipt and it was only 2 days after initial sale

They were very helpful. The store i went in didnt have my part but rhey found it at anatha store and called them for me and let me paid there and just fo to other store and pick up.the part. It was a vwry smooth transition and i will definitely go back again if i need a part for any of my cars. At both stores the staff was friendly

I had to get brake pads for my car. The guy that assisted me was very friendly. It very uncommon to get good customer service these days.

Came in around 7 on 1/6/19. Had a check engine light on and the employees helped me diagnose the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Great service!
