Quoted part over phone and price was 3x as much when I arrived. Guy said wrong part was looked up when I called. They're friendly if you frequent or you know them but otherwise far from memorable experience

In reference to the review on asking employee to put in a CABIN AIR FILTER: I just discussed this item with my mechanic: he said you have to go through the glove box, or through the dash. That's asking too much of the clerk

I asked the man to help me put in an air cabin filter. He said he couldn't do that, but the day before they helped me replace an entire headlight. I guess customer service is optional and only when they want to.

Worst customer service. Every time I have been here, people act like they are irritated if they have to help. Asked if they had any oil and filter combos on sale. Employee said no. I picked up the Oreilys paper and pointed one out. He tells me it expired. I show him the date on the paper that says it doesn t expire for 2 days. He tells me the paper is wrong. Lol, seriously!? Also don t expect them to go by store hours. You might get there an hour before closing and they ll be closed.

Not much for customer service. Walked in, they didn't speak, they were all sitting down talking, didn't say hello or anything. Just stared at me. Got a quart of oil, put it in my truck, came back in to wash my hands and said thank you. They didn't say anything.Maybe it was because I was a female, who knows. Acknowledge your customers a little better is all I'm sayin.3 stars for Being able to wash my hands

Jonathan is the absolute best! We came in with an issue and he was super friendly and willing to jump in and help! If we had to fix the problem ourselves it would have taken us twice as long! Thank you so much for helping us gals from Atlanta!

The guy behind the counter was very nice very sweet took extra time to help make sure that I did get the right part before I left I had the old part with me he was very patient to help and look and make sure we thought we had the right thing.

My experience with this establishment has been beyond exceptional!My Civic had died on me while I was on the road. The employees went out of their way to call a local auto shop to get labor estimates, along with trying to get me the cheapest cost on an alternator. They made sure I got to a local auto shop safely!

Walked in today to buy some parts but needed a little help and some questions answered, so I walked up to the counter. But no one said hi or even acknowledged me at all. Just stood there ignoring me while they talked. 4 workers and the store was completely empty. No other thing to do but walk out.

If you re going to post a sign on the door telling customers to wear a mask, then your workers should be wearing one as well. Not one staff member was wearing a mask. Otherwise, service was great.

Joseph the assistant manager is horrible! Please ladies do not let this man help you! He will give you parts that are clearly working! And will be mad at you for changing a bulb!! God help O Reilly's

Everytime I visit this O'Reilly Auto Parts, the staff is always helpful. They assist you in finding what you're looking for, but they also give you details as to why you need what you need. Love this location!

Went there for a battery for my car and the manager help me. He was very polite and helpful. After i bought my battery he installed my battery for me.

Car broke down on way to Nashville. Literally in the middle of the road. Tristan helped push it out the road, then diagnosed and ordered the parts I needed using their "Hub" system. Staff loaned me tools to fix it.All in all, a really polite bunch of chaps.

They really need to change there online closings time I drove all the way 16 mins crosstown at 5:50pm and the website said 8pm,,but they were closed
