I have only ever owned two cars and they both came from here. The first one lasted me from college in undergrad (2011) till a week ago (2022). After I had an accident with a deer leaving work I was in real need of new transportation. The team at Motorworks went above and beyond to help me find something that was reasonably priced and dependable. I am very grateful for them. This staff is amazing and a blessing.

Sean delivered impeccable customer service and perseverance in finding me the right car for me. Sean search for months and hung in there with me to deliver what I wanted at the price I needed the vehicle to be---within my budget. He brought cars to my workplace for me to test drive and ultimately delivered my chosen vehicle to my location where we completed all necessary paperwork. Sean and his associate Eric had the car detailed, oil changed, inspected, fueled with gas and delivered to me. Exceptional service and positivity I experienced with Sean. He never gave up on finding me what I asked for in a vehicle. Sean and Eric never displayed a "take it or leave it" attitude. Motor Works is a dealership that can be trusted to treat clients with respect, listen and understand what the car purchaser's needs are, and to sell reliable vehicles in Macon Georgia. Thanks Sean and Eric and the whole team at Motor Works for making my experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I am so happy that a friend told me about Motorworks in Macon Georgia! I've never met a car dealership or a dealer that was so honest and easy to work with. I couldn't be happier with the car that Brandon Jackson made it possible for me to take home! I'll recommend Motor Works in Macon Georgia again and again because of how well they treated me.

Jennifer Dunson was the most helpful person I've ever dealt with buying a car. We told her what we wanted for my daughter and boyfriend and price range and she got back with us very quickly. We had some issues that came up and she was very understandable. Helped us every way she could. Never once did she act like we were a burden. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend her any day. I feel she is a great asset to your company.Thank you Essie Flair

I recently had an insurance claim and had to get body work completed on the bumper. Lynn took excellent care of me. The service was great, she answered all my questions and the claim was seamless. I am new to the area so was not sure who to take it to, so the reviews helped and well earned. Fast turnaround and the car looked great.

Motorworks is professional, efficient and family owned and operated. I've used this place on multiple occasions, and every time is a great experience! I thought my car would would take days to repair, but Brandon was able to get my car repaired within an hour! I am a happy customer.

Been to several different dealerships but none were as devoted to getting me in my dream vehicle as Brandon. Brandon came highly recommended from a family member and a close friend. If your looking for a new vehicle look no further Motorworks and Brandon are hands down the best place in Middle GA.

Brandon customer service was superior. Reasonable price and his team was willing to go above and beyond. The date he gave me that my car was go be ready was right on time. Go there if you want your stuff done right. Thanks again Brandon!

Wow...I just want to say I've purchased plenty of cars but Jennifer has exceeded every sales person i have ever encountered. She worked late and started in contact with me the entire time making sure i was say ease and getting best deal on my Tahoe. If you don't think you can get a car I suggest you try her out she can make miracles happen I swear. You the Best Jen Thanks for everything.Tara

Absolutely excellent service from staff! It was the best car buying experience I've had! I'm the proud owner of my very first SUV! Jennifer is the best sales lady...she worked hard and got us approved and riding in no time! Paperwork was quick, easy and accurate. Great prices and great vehicles! Thanks a million Jennifer! I recommend Motorworks of Macon above any other car lot around!

Filed a claim with my insurance carrier. Contacted Motorworks on the next day. Very Friendly staff. Mrs. Lyn assisted me throughout the whole process. She s very knowledgeable, courteous, and very polite. She keeps me informed where I don t have to call the shop for any updates. Very customer friendly and stress free. Awesome!!!

I needed my locks fixed and Motorworks was able to get the parts in super fast. Brandon was very professional and accommodating. Although I only experienced service on the parts side, I plan to purchase a car in the very near future. The care that I saw each salesperson display with buyers really impressed me. Whether you need sales or body work, this place delivers. You can t miss with Motorworks!

Just left Motorworks when Brandon and his staff took excellent care of needs to repair my car. They have always did a great job when I have had an issue. So if you want great customer service and repairs stop by to see them and ask for Brandon he will take care of you

I messed up my nieces bumper on her 2012 Honda Accord and wanted to get it fixed as quickly as possible. I took it to Motorworks where the employees were super friendly and ready to help. Turns out they were able to fix my issue the same day and their prices were super affordable. While waiting, the atmosphere was great and kid friendly.

Jennifer was awesome! This is the second vehicle Jennifer has helped us find and purchase. We were able to find the perfect vehicle and she got us financed and out the door in a timely fashion! She answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our car! Definitely will go back!

I ve taken several cars to Motorworks and they never let me down, Brandon Jackson is always upfront and honest with the quotes and that have very good turn around time, every car I ve taken to them when I got it back it looked like it did when it was new, I wouldn t trust anyone else in Central Georgia to work on my car! Jennifer was absolutely amazing she didnt stop until she found us the perfect vehicle. Not only does she give you her absolute best she is also very honest about any and all vehicles and she answers your questions and concerns with honesty!!! Best experience with a car dealership I've ever had.

Brandon sold me a vehicle and a year later sold my daughter a car. The staff there are always nice and it's like we are family. It's the best place to get a car that will work with whatever your needs are. If you need a vehicle talk to Brandon, PERIOD.... THANK YOU SO MUCH BRANDON AND STAFF LOVE YOU GUYS. MS.
