My son mounted some tires on my car. And took them to get balanced. We noticed it riding very rough and he called to see if they'd take another look at it the next day. There was a miss communication about where he took it. He took it to the one on Thomaston and i didn't realize that. So I went to the one on presidential to get it checked out. Long story short, the guys at Presidental found way too many weights in my tires and corrected the problem. They were extremely nice and helpful. And helped us fix a problem that could have caused a lot of damage. I appreciate them so much!

Came into the office to get a nail out of my tire. Service was wonderful! Staff very professional, quick, and knew what they were doing. Thanks to Spry! He was very polite and hilarious. Made my wait very pleasant! They have gained a customer at this location on Presidential!

This was my first time using Mavis and I have to say that I was truly impressed. The prices were very reasonable and the customer service was awesome! The assistant manager Aaron was great!! He assisted me with everything and made feel comfortable. Needless to say that I'll be bringing my truck back here for all of it's needs.

This specific Mavis Tire location has been the best tire shop I have ever stopped by. I had a trailer blow out, and the leaf spring axle brackets broke off. I went and got the parts for the axle (cause Mavis isn t a trailer repair shop) and the staff went out of their way to help me fix and replace them on both sides even though they didn t have too.The customer service here is extraordinary and Aaron was super helpful

I had busted my tire cutting too short out of a driveway at about 5 p.m. in the afternoon. Could hear the air rushing out. I got to Mavis Tires as fast as I could before it went totally flat (which it did). The associate with the locks help me, hooked me up with a solid replacement. The mechanic worked magic and had my tire ready in less than 30 minutes!! It was done by 5:30 p.m.! And I didn't have an appointment! Just walked in! Excellent and FAST service! I drove over to my girl's place and took her out to celebrate! ~RS~

I stopped in today to have a tire replaced. Aaron was the one who assisted me. He and his associate were nice, honest, and helpful. He gave me the best price on quality new tires. While I waited, my phone was about to die. Aaron gave me a charger and showed me to the charging ports. The wait wasn t long at all. I walked in, and I was out within an hour and a half. I can t complain as I didn t have an appointment. I ve had appointments take longer. It was a refreshing experience considering I had to replace my tires.

I went into Mavis this morning on my way to work. I was greeted by the kind manager, Aaron. He immediately assessed my tires and moved swiftly with signing me in for my needed repair. The entire interaction in the shop today was professional and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Spry was a great help. I have a bmw and he did a great job with my car. If yall need your car looked at go check out Mavis and ask for Spry he gone take care of you very well. Everyone was a great help and everyone was friendly they also informed me that they have free air for you tires.

First off I would like to say this place was a Godsend! Not many places are open on Sundays, thankfully I was able to stop by Mavis and the manager Aaron assisted me right away! He was very accommodating, me and my two boys watched movies in the lobby while my car went in for a quick oil change. Highly recommend

I have been coming to this specific location for 6 years and no matter who is here I am always treated like family. These gentlemen connect well with customers and don t talk down to women like most automotive places do. They explain things very well. Keep up the good work.

They were open late and the only place in the city that had standard size tires in-stock for my truck. The staff was very friendly, and got me in right away. Great service and great prices!

I did not have an appointment, so I called ahead to see if they were busy. I spoke with Leon who told me to come on down. Leon is a very new, like less than a week new, employee, but his commitment to customer service is exceptional. I went for an oil change, and upon inspection was informed that my brake pads needed to be replaced. This was actually not a surprise to me, but I had forgotten. This particular location offered great service at a good price. I will definitely be back.

I visited Mavis requesting a lug nut for my Tahoe. I first spoke with Nate, the manager and I was highly impressed with his ability to fulfill my needs. My visit was short and my needs were satisfied. Although I wanted to stay due to the friendly atmosphere and friendly communication between me and the service provider that installed the part to my vehicle. I highly recommend Mavis (Macon, Ga) for your vehicles tire service. I will return there from this day forward. Thank you Mavis!!! Much love and appreciation.

Aaron the assistant manager is a customer service king. I had tire issues with a rental car about 200 miles away from and he got me taken care of quickly. Speedy service. Great service. What more could you ask for?

I ordered 4 new tires online and needed them installed. I called around town looking for a great price. And they done a great job and found my rear brakes pads need replaced. So I gave them my blessing to replace them. Workmanship was to higher standard. I'm so glad I called around town and called Mavis. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and friendly staff!

I brought my car in from a different mechanic who we'd had a litany of problems with that eventually ended with a 1200 misdiagnosis on their part. I brought my vehicle to Mavis and, Spry and Aaron not only helped me get my vehicle checked for the original mechanic's problem (which is how I found out it was wrong), but I found out that my problem was from a mistake the original mechanic had made! My 1200 dollar problem turned into a 140 dollar fix, and Spry even gave me a discount because of the trouble I'd gone through. Would definitely bring my vehicle back again!

Mr Nate is that man!!! He was very gentle kind and very informative. He didn t try to up-charge or try and give me any sauce that I didn t need. And listen when you go there be ready to laugh cause he is funny. I m forever sold on this place. Service excellent clean establishment

I went to Mavis today and Leon opened the door for me gave me first class service. Nate was pretty good so because he adjusted my rates and make things work things for me so I can afford to get my tires done. You really should check this place out it s a great place to come
