We ran into a bit of transmission troubles on our way to Savannah GA from Chattanooga TN. After getting sent to several different repair shops including a dealership we ended up here at Master Transmissions. Alan was so nice and extremely helpful. He helped solve the problem and got us back on the road in no time! Highly recommend them!!!Service: Transmission

I took my car here , heard they are the best , I try to call them and continue no answer so I went there and the phone was purposely off the hook, had to drive there just to speak to a person , so rediculous. This is just for real bad phone service .Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

So, I could not find a mechanic to fix my car. I called him and he was so nice. He said that he would diagnose my car and let me know the problems. He was very nice and professional. I haven't gotten it fixed yet, but he is working on the problem!

In times like these, they were very honest with me about my truck. Most businesses would have taken advantage of a person but not Master Transmission. I recommend them, I appreciate their honesty, God bless!

They were very nice and honest and had the most reasonable price on a tranny. They shook my hand and that impressed me even more. I would most definitely recommend them!

So far so good its my first time using them and the service has been great so far dropped off my transmission and they are taking care of it I'll let you know more when their done

great customer service and affordable price. professional service and quick turnaround time on service. highly recommend. ED and ALLEN at masters transmission are truly one of georgia's best in transmission service and repair. very honest business and very trustworthy. Don't use any transmission service until you call and try this company out first. if there is a problem with their service, they will fix it as promised. my 03 gmc envoy 4wd had transmission failure and i was getting a ridiculous prices from other companies and i finally called masters transmission for a quote, and immediately used this company after getting a quote that was within my budget and price was right. this company has been doing business in macon,ga for a long time and i don't know why i even considered using other companies when my mechanics and family members have always used this company and have always referred this company for it's trustworthiness and honesty. Please do your self a favor and use this company when you need transmission service and repair.

Needed a transmission installed. They did a great job. Found a few other issues and fixed them to get the job done properly. If I have to get transmission work done I'll be back to see them.

I was stuck with a broken down van with a bad transmission. They fixed it it's working well. He was even concerned enough that he checked competitors because he knew he could not provide a nationwide warranty but he was the one who could fix it fastest and cheapest

My transmission failed after I took it back to them three times, the last time one of the mechanics took it for a drive.....total my truck. Do not go there!!!
