Excellent customer service !!! I took my car in for exhaust issues. The owners quickly diagnosed and fixed it at a great price. The star of the shop is the dog Remi. What a cutie and so well mannered !!! I highly recommend them if you need anything :)

If you want great service and want someone that knows his mufflers then you must go to Macon Muffler. I am very pleased with his service and expertise. I definitely recommend having your muffler system installed by Macon Muffler

Very prompt service and down to earth people. Before this I had taken my car to another shop where the owner said he'll have to order the part for the repairs. I agreed and called him 3 days later if the part arrived yet. He never picked up nor did he call me back even though I left him two voice messages. Now Macon muffler quickly assessed my needs and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes (no extra part needed ); and the job cost me five times less than what the other muffler shop had quoted. Now why did this other shop treat me like this? I reserve my comments. But thank you Macon muffler. You restored my faith in the goodness of humanity.Service: Exhaust

I was referred by at least 3 different people ( they are the best in Macon )my car sounded like a dirt bike, service was amazing , I have no complaints fixed my problem just wished they had more open hours ...

Great service, dropped my truck off to have catalytic converters reinstalled. They had it done in just a few hours and I was able to pick my truck up the same day! Can't beat it! Great shop!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had my vehicle towed to Macon Muffler.They had it repaired within 2 hours of receiving my car!Great, fast & friendly service..and the price was cheaper than 2 other places I checked!I was very satisfied!!

There website says they open at 8 am. When I got there the sign said 8:30. I waited untill 8:30. And even called there number and left a message asking them to call me back. I never heard from them. I went to Scotty's Muffler on Shirlington. I was very happy with the way I was treated and the price.

Last night my fianc� noticed that his muffler was hanging unusually low. He had been traveling all weekend and feared there might be some serious and expensive damage not good news the week before Christmas. He found Macon Muffler online and went in as soon as they opened this morning. They were timely (they had him in and out in 10 minutes!), honest (letting him know that the damage was minimal and easily fixed), and affordable - all rare qualities in the auto repair industry. Thank you Macon Muffler you ve made our week!
