We bought the most awesome Klipsch speakers and sub woofer at Ken s and then went back and upgraded our receiver to A Yamaha A2A. The most beautiful and clear tones. We love it and couldn t have done it without the help of Keary. He called a few days after our purchase to see if we were satisfied. Thanks Keary!

Kens Audio Video Car Stereo did a wonderful job installing my Alpine Apple CarPlay Stereo today! Came and got my car from my work and dropped it back off!! Excellent customer service! They even cleaned my car and shined my tires!!!!Go see them for all of your stereo needs!

The staff at Ken's is THE BEST! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Ken's offers excellent products and has the variety needed to satisfy the novice, casual music/movie lover, AND the audiophile/cinema fanatic! Couple all this with them offering expert installation, and you can't go wrong purchasing here!I'm in the process of having Ken's install audio equipment in my new vehicle after they wowed me by correcting a TERRIBLE install I had done at another local company. My advice is simple. If you want to not waste time and money and if you want to avoid unnecessary frustration, get it done right the 1st time! Go see the guys at Ken's!

I scheduled a CarPlay install from Tennessee for when I traveled home for Easter. I talked with Harry, who was able to tell me what I needed, and offered me a couple of options. I went in as scheduled on the 29th. Install was facilitated by Kerry and completed by 11:20. Very satisfied, both of these gentlemen dealt with me honestly and fairly. I highly recommend Ken s and these employees.

Ken s was amazing!! Much cheaper than the car dealership and they installed my stereo the day I went. Keary was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you all! Looks amazing and an upgrade from my Toyota stereo!

I took my 11 Wrangler to Ken s for a new CarPlay pioneer radio, back up camera, Alpine speakers and a subwoofer. Keary was great to recommend some good options and he even did some research for me on the best subwoofer, as Jeeps don t have much space. We went with an audio control swing gate mounted sub with a Rockford Fosgate amp and it sounds excellent. In fact, it sounds much better than I thought was possible.Austin, Keary and the whole team at Ken s took great care of me. Ken s is the real deal and I m very happy with what they did. You pay for quality components, experience, and top notch service. A++

Kens has done what so many talk about but never follow through. Kurt told me that he would call me today with the availability of a very popular Rockford fosgate sound system upgrade for my 2020 Street Glide. With Covid availability is slim to none...A hour after I left there he called me with the system in the store with even a picture to prove it! That's a man of his word, someone you can trust . I will follow up with review of the system after installation...Following up with the review after installation:Well, let's just say I'm speechless!!!!Crystal clear sound.... the tuning wasImpeccably done! Everything was done so professionally! No wireing nightmare!You know Ken's has been in Macon sense 1978. Yes I'm that old... lol Many has came and gone. The professional work they do is exactly %That's why they are still around!!!!Thanks Again to the gang at Ken's for the great job done! Oh yeah, all you Harley owners that's looking to get tunes on your bike, this is the place!! Mine looks factory done & Loud as hell!THANKS, KEN'S now I Rock!!

I schedule an appointment and was told to bring it here on 8/26/2023 they couldn t find me why I don t know my radio I got from them was loose and messing with my lights and wiper on my Jeep I ve been her since 9:00 am this morning and it s 1:30pm and I m still waiting for goodness if it was going to this long should have told me well they are pulling it around finalThey do this for a living should be this long doesn t look like anyone is working on my jeep

It has been a pleasure to be a customer of Kens Stereo for greater than 30 years. They have installed multiple TV's including an Outdoor TV, Complete Sound Systems for Indoor and Outdoor, Internet Mesh Networks and a complete Security System in my home. Amazing experience with Kens! Kirk came and installed this huge 65 inch Sony TV (my husband insisted on something this large). Regardless, I normally don't reviews but I was so happy with this service. My husband who is clearly blind, was unable to be here when the initial installation occurred, therefore it was very important that Kirk knew where the TV was supposed to go and all that entails. We rent so our land lord does not allow cords in the walls so Kirk offered to not only apply the conduit but also paint it! I can't wait to have our annual Christmas party at our new house especially since our new TV looks so amazing!!!!

Kens in Macon did a great job. I feel I got a good price for this stereo that they installed with CarPlay. Also after installation they came out to the car and explained and showed me how everything works.I love my car stereo!

Outstanding customer support & friendly professional. Due to a power outage, our subdivision entrance license plate camera defaulted to factory setting s & stopped recording. Within a day of the notification Kurt met me at the DVR box to reset the recording to 24hr. He explained how to reconfigure the settings myself if another outage occurs. Excellent service as always.

Had new speakers installed in both doors. And both tweeters also. Sounds awesome and no broken clips on doors and no mess left in my veloster. Price was totally reasonable. Would definitely return for more or recommend. Thanks for the good service.

Ken's in Macon has had my wife's Slingshot for 3 weeks for what I deem as a simple phase 1 audio upgrade. After a simple conversation with the owner Mike Jones, problem solved. And my wife is able to get her 50th birthday present back home today (4.27.21). I'm very happy with the way things turned out. Thanks Mike for your concern in this matter and I wish Ken's Audio the best. You haven't lost us as a customer. We will be back!

This makes the fourth time I have used these Ken's. This time they couldn't make an Alpine tuner work in my Tundra. We gave them the Make, Model and Vin. Paid and scheduled. I waited an extra week for a harness to come from California. It never arrived. They put an older model tuner "Said it was a better unit" they left a wire exposed and it ended up costing me more money. I feel like I didn't get what I wanted and hot hustled for extra $.

I visited the Macon location of Ken s and received phenomenal service. I was helped by Austin who listened to exactly what I wanted so that he could make the perfect recommendation for new speakers and a sub in my car. He was polite, attentive, and extremely professional. My sound system was installed 2 days after my purchase and since I purchased the system from them they installed it for free. I will be a lifetime customer and I can t wait to get a new system for our next car. The installation was completed in a timely manor and I was given an update on completion. I had an amazing experience and will recommend Ken s to everyone. If you re not sure what you want or where to go I highly recommend Ken s.

For anyone who read my previous review before I took it down. I would like to recant that review. We received a call from Mike Jones the owner of the company. He was very nice and listened to my issue. He immediately scheduled a technician to come out the next day and my cameras were fixed in less than 10 minutes. I greatly appreciate all the effort put forth to make us happy customers again! Thanks again Mike and Justin the technician for doing an awesome job and for the great customer service!

Wow....friend of mine said this is the only place to go, so I did. Again.....wow!!!!! DID EXACTLY what I asked, timely manner and beat ALL the big boys on price. My new best friends for stereo. My go to guys from now on 5 stars because I can't put 10. Love these guys. Service promised and delivered on my baby. My old wore out 05 ford that I love. Great job guys!!!!!

GO TO KEN s!!! Skip the big box and save yourself the headache. I will skip telling you my horror story with the big box and share with you some of my WONDERFUL experience with Ken s. After leaving the big box, I walked into Ken s, and Kurt immediately asked me how he could help me. HE LISTENED!! Then helped me understand what I needed for what I wanted. He showed me and demonstrated for me what I wanted. The kicker it was cheaper than the big box!! But it doesn t end there. He helped me with installation that fit MY schedule. He stayed in contact with me through the entire process!! Then he had his best guy do my installation. Justin was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable and listened and did everything I asked. WOW! He and his partner Cliff cleaned up the mess and then he took the time to show me how everything works. And get this I have phone numbers in case I have questions or any issues.PROFESSIONALISMEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICERESPECTGREAT PRICINGHONESTYINTEGRITYFINALLY, someone has figured out what a family owned business means to a customer!!Kurt, Justin and ALL of the Ken s staff I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Had a fantastic experience here! To start with I won speakers in a silent auction sponsored by Kens and got speakers worth 120 for about half that! I was given no papers or anything but was told free installation was included which they honored 6 months later without a hassle and I should have called ahead but I didn t. They still got my speakers installed 0 hassle in less than 45 minutes even with several other customers ahead of me. I highly recommend Kens the service was A+
