I brought in an older European car to the Jiffy Lube team. Such a great group there! They were able to immediately determine the correct oil type, filters, etc., on my car and did a great job. Very personable and efficient team. Pricing was very reasonable as well. We will be bringing all of our cars to this Jiffy Lube site.

The staff is great to me every time I visit. They always recommend the best services to take care of my car, and even point out problems they see that need to be taken somewhere else. I truly appreciate my help because I know nothing about cars... But I do feel a little safer to ride every time I leave Jiffy Lube on Forsyth Rd.

They worked as a team, they were very courteous, Fast and friendly anytime I go in for a top off or to get my fluids changed out. They always do a great job this time they noticed that I had a back brake light out gray crew I have been coming to you for maybe 10 years I Brought through maybe five cars and you have a great job with them all I have grown children but you know they have lives too so they don t have time to take up with parents that way they would like to or should this is my extended family. They can take care of me. Thank you for your service.

Very fast and courteous service. While having the lube service the Service Wetter noticed I had just purchased a new set of wiper blades but had not installed them. Without a prompt he noticed them and offered to install them at no additional charges.They conducted a thorough inspection under the hood and discovered a small oil leak at one of my valve covers. It was very minor and considering that the car has 235,000 miles was not surprising, but I was appreciative of the observation. It gave me a clear indication of their attention to details.

From the time that I pulled into the garage I was welcomed by a friendly staff and directed to the sitting area. They worked as a team and completed the service of my vehicle expeditiously .

Wonderful staff and fast service. I had my tail light fixed here a few weeks back. Everyone was knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I apologize if I get the names wrong, but here is a quick shoutout to Juan and Hunter for excellent service!

I had a good experience with Jiffy lube. I received an oil change for my car. The workers were nice and friendly. I was explained of all of the maintenance that my car needs and good recommendations on oil for my particular car. The prices were reasonable and the service was very quick. I will use them again!

I had the best experience getting an oil change and tire rotation here while stopping in town. The employees here were very kind and I didnt feel upcharged for anything (they even offered me a discount). I dropped my car off and they gave me a call when they started working on it and another when it was ready to be picked up. Very quick and excellent service!

The interaction with your team was great!! I didn t feel like a number in the system, rather a customer that your team cared about. I would trust your team with more than just oil changes if you did more repairs.

I was very satisfied the 1st day but having to return the next day and replace a headlight that they said was fine the day before makes me wonder if they really needed to replace it the very next day or did they just need to tighten it up? I have to trust that it just coincidentally quick working 1 day later.

Everyone was great and my new battery was installed quickly. Even checked my oil level and filled my washer fluid. Great experience. They do my oil changes too.

They are always courteous and helpful. They even remembered my oil preference. However, they did not double check my new request to change from one type of oil to another. Next time I will more intentional on making them hear my request.

As a woman who HATES getting car stuff done this is the only place I will go to get an oil change! They make you feel so comfortable and get you in and out with no hassle!! Love this Jiffy Lube!

Had oil change service. They told me my battery was reading replace . Immediately went to store where I bought it. Their machine read battery as good condition. Not sure who was right but my battery seems to be working fine with no problems. Bought the battery 6 months ago.

You guys do great service to my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Twice a year I'm able drive to New York with no problems. The best part is for service i don't even make an appointment. I love Jiffy Lube at 4421 Forsyth Rd , Macon GA.

We had been using this place for 5 plus years.When we needed documentation for our oil changes the company wasn t able to provide any paperwork due to a system update causing us not to get approved for a dealership warranty. Then tried to charge bus for a vehicle top off due to no records of every getting out cars serviced there
