We had a really positive experience buying a Volvo at Jackson automotive group. The biggest reason we loved our purchasing process is because of Michael Lawrence. If you are lucky enough to have him as your sales representative, you can know you will be so well taken care of. We had to complete 90% of this transaction over the phone since we live 3 hours away and that can have its challenges, especially when you are an over researcher like me . I am not an easy client and Michael was a trooper! Michael worked so hard to make sure all of my questions were answered (and there were a lot of them ) and ensure we were comfortable as we moved through the process. He did all of this not knowing if we were even going to complete the purchase because we had never seen the car. He was truly amazing and I can t thank him enough. When I was concerned about something, he found a way to alleviate my concerns with outside the box thinking. He involved others when he didn t know the answers and escalated things appropriately. He is an asset to the sales team and you would be lucky to have him on your side through the purchasing process. :)

Michael was amazing to work with! We stopped in without an appointment to see a vehicle late in the afternoon. Never did I feel rushed, even though I knew it was close to closing. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranty. We had to wait a few days to purchase, and Michael stayed in contact without being pushy or "car salesman" like. When we were set, he had everything together upon our arrival to finish up the sale quickly and the vehicle ready to go. Plus, he is a heck of a nice guy. No doubt would recommend and purchase again in the future!!

Had another great experience at Jackson Automotive Group in Macon, GA. Michael Lawrence was the outstanding salesperson who was there early and started helping me before sales hours started (I misread Saturday sales hours on their website and was there early). Very smooth process, which was to be expected since we had a great experience with the same dealership a couple of years ago. Michael is a true, highly knowledgeable professional, and we appreciate being able to work with him.

All I can say is wow, just WOW! This has to be the absolute easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I owe that to my awesome and knowledgeable salesman, Michael Lawrence. He was so very friendly as soon as we stepped onto the lot. I went to Macon that day with 5 different car dealerships on my list. I made it to 3. My stop at the Mercedes dealership would have been my last, but since I am a long time Acura owner, I had to at least go give them a try. So Acura was my third and final stop after Mercedes with Michael. Nothing else even came close to my experience with Michael . He showed me several options(I had no idea what I really wanted when I arrived). He was so patient and knowledgeable about all 3 of the cars that I test drove and he showed me several others. I fell in love with my GLE as soon as I got in it.When I told him we needed some time to visit Acura and a few others and then make a decision, he was no pressure and all and encouraged me to look around with such a big purchase .When I told him I couldn t come back that day because I had run out of time, he answered all of my questions and sent me pics and completed the rest of the transaction remotely .We live an hour away so he delivered the car to me at a time that was most convenient to my crazy schedule .I just cannot say enough about Michael Lawrence and the Jackson Automotive Group! If you are thinking about getting a new car, go give them a try. I promise you won t regret it!And I am in LOVE with my new GLE! Thanks Michael for a wonderful experience!!!!

Michael Meminger greeted me on the sales lot like a long-time neighbor. I had already used the privilege of shopping online, so I knew exactly what I wanted. We took a test drive, and I was in love! Mike and I walked back into the dealership, signed the papers, and BANG! A new Subaru Outback is heading home with me! After my car was totaled in a crash, I was devastated. I went to dealerships and met people who would sell anything to me in any condition. But after searching I finally stumbled on my new beautiful Volkswagen. Thanks to Bryant Allen, my stress on finding a car came to an end. He was helpful, genuine and put me and my family at ease. Just bought a vehicle for my wife from here. My salesperson, Vinny Gorden, helped me get the vehicle I found on their website very quickly. Just a couple of phone calls and the vehicle was delivered to my door the next day. I feel like I got a great deal, my wife got the car she wanted, and the whole process was hassle and pressure free. 10/10 I'd buy a vehicle here again.

If you re in the market for a Subaru or you ve found yourself interested in one listed at these locations do yourself a favor and look at other dealerships. I recently had interactions with a salesman here who was very rude, inappropriate, vulgar, disrespectful to myself and my wife, texting me as late as midnight, and extremely unprofessional. Needless to say this was brought to the attention of management where it fell on a deaf ears and resulted in a simple hand slap. This group cares more about the sale of a car than they do respecting customers and keeping the integrity of the name of the business. Nearby dealerships went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction was met. Shop elsewhere!!!

Mr. Michael Lawrence was phenomenal! He truly made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. His knowledge and expertise was very helpful and comforting as he was able to explain and demonstrate things with the vehicle that made the decision a no brainer! He was very patient and understanding as we took our time to ensure we were making the right choice for our vehicle needs. We never felt pressured throughout the entire process it was truly refreshing to work with someone who worked in the best interest of the customer which is sometimes very rare when making these purchases. I loved the fact he was able to make it an experience and not just a transaction. It definitely was a 10/10 absolutely recommend working with Michael if you are in the need for a vehicle he provides top notch service. Not to mention he followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied after we left and made sure we didn t have any questions or concerns. Whenever I called Marcus, the salesman, he answered his phone and would answer any questions I had...he was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured...He made purchasing the car easy and no extremely long wait while the paper work was being handled. I also met the manager and they were both friendly and helpful. I love my Mercedes and appreciate all the help in making this purchase easy and the price was right...I highly recommend ....KC

If you're buying a Benz, make sure it's from Jackson!

This is not only unethical but also potentially dangerous. It's important for businesses to operate with integrity and treat their customers with respect. Today s visit at Jackson Mercedes to discuss my early loan payoff with Finance Services Roger to cancel my gap protection was the worst, unprofessional, and bias interaction I have ever experienced.There was a range of issues that made communication difficult and frustrating.1. Unable to locate my name in the system as the purchaser of my GLC 3002. False perception:After showing verification via email of the purchase yes verification dated back 08/10/16 on my cell phone.. he remained suspicious of the title in hand which shows my name, and purchase date as a possible fraud.3. He was argumentative about what date goes on the form.. refuse to sign the form that has the date Gap was no longer necessary ( because the loan has been paid in full) rather then listing the date of the title release or payoff date, he insist on dating it for todays date as if the vehicle was paid off today or within the 60 days of today s date.In my opinion:The fraud comes from Jackson Mercedes annotation on a form they produced in house not binding by law, a form created that you have 60 days to request cancellation rather than when the need for their protection is no longer necessary due to payoff of the loan.. an early payoff in my case. And to treat the purchaser as though there monies is depending upon their request to the insurance company ( Mercedes Benz gap) clearly an attempt not refund what you are legally entitled to.3. He.. Roger, toss my document under the desk.. as if I will proceed when I desire or not at all your request for cancellation.In all this I remained professional. I asked questions and I provided my grievances accordingly with Roger. But with that all saidwill no longer take my Mercedes for service, purchase nor do business with Jackson Mercedes. Jackson Automotive Macon, Georgia Review::From my first purchase of a 1984 Oldsmobile Station Wagon through my most recent purchase of a 2024 Outback Subaru , it has been my privilege to be served by 3 generations of the Jackson Automotive family over the past 40 years. From Mr. Leland Jackson s 1st Generation Leadership in building a Strong Foundation and partnership beginning with Oldsmobile in 1954 to 2nd Generation owner, Jimmy Jackson s forethought in introducing/ bringing Mercedes, Volvo and Subaru to the Middle Georgia market , as well as building a world class facility in Macon, the addition of Volkswagen of Macon and Jackson Automotive Kia ( Coco Beach, Florida ) and further expansion of Sales and Service facilities under the capable leadership of 3rd generation owners , Jim Jackson and Peter Sherman, I can personally attest , without fail, the Jackson family has built the most knowledgeable, professional, and efficient sales and service departments second to none in the USA .My personal experience, first with VW of Macon (4 VW s ), and, in more recent years with Subaru of Macon ( 3 Subarus) I can unequivocally attest that you will not find another dealership that treats each customer as if they were a family member , making certain each transaction whether sales or service is impeccably executed and delivered!Most recently, having been the proud owner of 3 Jackson Automotive Subaru Outback s, my experience with the entire Suburb team has been easy, enjoyable and seamless . My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from here and Michael Lawrence couldn t have been more helpful. We ve been doing business with this dealership for several years due to the best customer service whether it be in sales or service. Michael was personable without being pushy and answered all of our questions. He s very knowledgeable of the Volvo and specifics to each model. Would recommend Jackson automotive and Michael for anyone in the market for a Volvo!

What a great experience. Micheal Lawrence made our Mercedes buying experience nothing short of amazing. From the moment we stopped and decided we wanted to just look at an option of buying a Mercedes he was there for us. My wife has been a long time GM owner and although I still love my GM vehicle she was ready for a change.We had no idea what would make Mercedes the next choice for her but Michael spent hours letting us test drive everything from an electric an Mercedes to sedans to Suvs.He informed us on what we could expect from Mercedes and the Jackson Automotive Group.At no point did we have any type of pressure. He knew we were unsure of what her next car would be and encouraged us to look at the other dealerships and car manufacturers. He did say we would still remember the Mercedes experience and we did.We didn't immediately make a descion to buy the vehicle actually it was a month later. Once we had decided what she actually wanted we came back and was welcomed with open arms. They made the car buying experience super easy. Everyone was great and he spent another hour or two explaining all the bells and whistles to her. He has checked on us after the experience multiple times to see if we have any questions and helped us understand some of the options we had know idea the Mercedes would do.I would strongly suggest using Micheal next time you want a car even if it isn't a Mercedes

I recently purchased a 2018 GLC 300 from Jackson Automotive Mercedes. Overall, I had a great experience and am ecstatic with my decision. My sales associate, Richard, was professional and relaxed. I am grateful that he gave me honest, objective comments and opinions. Most importantly, I never once felt like he would sell me a vehicle that I did not absolutely love.The negotiation process was pretty straightforward. I am no easy person to negotiate with, but Richard remained very calm and respectful. We worked with Gene, the sales manager, for the better part of an hour and a half to ensure that all parties came to a happy medium. One relatively small hiccup is that I did not have a Georgia driver s license at the time. The dealership guaranteed me that they would hold the vehicle for me until I was able to transfer my driver s license to Georgia the next week (I originally visited on the weekend).After transferring my license, I returned to the dealership a couple of days later to complete the purchase paperwork and pick up the vehicle. This process was even more seamless than my first visit. I was in and out in about an hour.After all has been said and done, I can absolutely say that Richard worked very hard with Gene to ensure that I walked away with a SUV I love.

He had the vehicle that we were interested in waiting on us when we arrived and they made the purchasing process SUPER easy. This is in ref. to the Jackson Automotive Group Subaru Dealership in Macon GA. Shopping for a car I decided to check this dealer out. They serviced my Subaru in the past and I was really impressed with their staff. I find a car that I am interested in, so I call the number go through the key prompts for sales and I am immediately connected to Internet sales and tell the sales person that I want to confirm that the vehicle is there before I drove an hour. He confirms that the car is there but it is in service due to the fact that it was just taken in on a local trade and that it would not be available on the lot to be seen and that it would be Monday or Tuesday before he would know if the vehicle clears service. At this point my question was. " Why would you show it in inventory if it is not available?" My thoughts at this time is that this is a "lost leader" The sales person on the line takes my name and number and ensures that he will call me "as soon as I hear something" This call was at 10:39 AM and at 10:46 AM I get an email that says "GREAT NEWS!! The Subaru Forester is available and ready for you to experience! It is in great shape has been through our Safety Inspection. Our VIP Internet Price is $12,299 plus taxes/fees!"I'm thinking this guy as pulled some strings or something. I responded to him that I would be there today around 3:30. No response, I shot him a text and no response. I call the dealership at 2:00 to confirm the car is there. Automated answering service is telling me they are closed and that their hours are 9am-6pm on Saturday-----IT IS SATURDAY. I check his email again and find his number in the signature. I call. He answers, I tell him I got the email about the vehicle being ready and that I on my way. His response was that the car is NOT ready. I am near speechless with this guy. He tells me that the email is automated and it's part of the process. I ask him "Please tell me that you see how misleading this email is?" Something in the tone or lack of in his voice leads me to believe that this is from the sales manager(s) or Jackson Automotive Group and that they have not vetted or trained their staff to be effective and efficient in the process. I have been in commission sales for over 15 years, when I had someone wanting to spend their money or after I spent time and effort on my pitch or presentation (like the vehicle on their site before it was ready) and was closing the deal, I made sure my goods and or services were ready. VERY disappointed.

Mr. Marcus Johnson delivers TOP NOTCH customer service. He went above and beyond for me recently. I was picking up a fleet/corporate Volvo vehicle, but he treated me as though I was buying a car directly from him. He will definitely be the guy that I call when we are purchasing a personal vehicle, and I highly recommend him. Lots of people do not deliver good customer service these days, but that is not true of Mr. Marcus. Go see him! You will not be disappointed.
