I definitely appreciate the workers. The lady who helped me get a van for my family was so kind and straight forward about the contracts. I purchased the van then a few days later purchased me a Ford Explorer. Both purchases have served us well and after we lost van due to accident we have made another purchase then my daughter got her license and we purchased yet another vehicle. Even as used vehicles the workers have been honest and up front with me about my purchases I have had no issues kept maintaining normal maintenance as required with any vehicle. Thank you I-Deal Autos for being honest and up front.

I purchased a car from there in 2016 that had transmission issues within the first 30 days. Now this was no fault of theirs and the vehicle broke down on me and my son on I-75 S. I called them and they came to get the vehicle. I recently purchased another vehicle from I-Deal and love it. Ms. Donna is awesome. She was helpful and so friendly. The only difference this time, I will purchase a warranty on the vehicle. I don't like the tracking and payment device on the car, but with drafted payments monthly, I don't see it being an issue.

Where do I begin! I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Accent! Before I left the lady said if you have any problems let us know and we will take care of it! I went back to make my first payment and told the lady the car had several major issues! The car has bad motor mounts, bad transmission mounts, bad air compressor, bad shocks on rear, bad struts on front, bad breaks, bad hood latch, the gauge cluster has a short in it which makes this car a fire hazard! The front end of this car is badly out. When I test drove this car I couldn't go far because it was past empty. The lady said she didn't know anything about the car she sells! That means she lies to you to get you to buy the car! She told me she was sorry but the car past inspection! I asked to see the inspection sheet and she said that was private that I couldn't! I thought when a car salesman tells you a car passed inspection and you asked to see the inspection sheet, they are suppose to show you! Selling me a car with an electrical short and a terrible front end has put my life in danger! This car has set up for a while! You can tell they just wiped it off and slapped some paint on it! While I was there one of the stray cats they feed and yes they do feed, I seen the lady set food out for the cats! Anyway, the cat jumped off the car and broke the emblem off the front and she didn't even offer to fix it! She picks it up, hands it to me and says sorry! For 8,000 dollars this car should have no problems! It's not about the car now, it's about endangerment, my life!!! Be careful dealing with this place! Evidence of Fraud! Making this car appear to be more than what it is! Photos coming soon! Seems like the only people they really want to satisfy are women! That's very discriminating! I don't know how you people live with yourselves!

I purchased a 2004 PT Cruiser with 50,000 miles on it and paid it out. Ms. Donna is such a sweet lady and she helped me a lot. If I had problems with making a payment, I would call Ms. Donna and she would make me an arrangement to pay at an later time. I had a great experience at Ideal Auto. I did have to put the vehicle in the shop a few weeks after I got it but Ms. Donna offered to pay half of the total. I look forward to doing business again in the Future .

Got a car from them few years ago and within some months the motor went out. It stayed in the shop more than I was able to drive it. They wasn t willing to work with me about the situation. It may been a good experience for everybody else but they was the first car lot I ever dealt with and it was the worse experience for me!

I ve gotten many cars from them and they are always nice understanding and willing to work with you. Love the company and Ms. Donna is wonderful!!! Never had a bad experience with them!

Awesome ladies in the office! Reasonable and fair. Not only have we paid off a car but we are buying a van from them also. I highly recommend I-Deal to anyone wanting a vehicle.

I do not wish to discuss why I rated this establishment low. But I strongly feel this way regarding this company business wise, regarding integrity and personal views. I do not speak for others just me and my family. I would not do business with them again or would I recommend anyone. With all that being said I still wish the company prosperity and success in prayer.

Amazing Lot sweet people... Got 2 good used vehicles and no issues at all.. been able to finally travel without having to rent a car.. Thank you for all you do and have done Ideal Autos...

I dont know when and where everybody went for their vehicle, but I went to the same dealer and basically, I feel, I was robbed!!! If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is! My fault and loss for not doing my homework!!D.C. Parks

Everytime we call noone is there to answer our call.. than they stated on their answering machine not to leave a message.. because..basically they don't listen to the messages.. but for you to call back during regular business hours..which they don't state when they are open or closed..but every time I have called morning..noon..or evening..NO ONE ANSWERS!!!

STAY AWAY!. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE WITH THESE PEOPLE A FEW MONTHS BACK AND FIRST THE CAR WAA FINE BUT A MONRH DOWN THE ROAD THE DEVICE ON THE VEHIVLE KILLED THE BATTERY MULTIPLE TIMES AND I WAS HELD RESPONSIBLE ALSO THEY PAYMENTS ARE WEEKLY, BIWEEKLY, HOWEVER YOU WANT TO PAY. THE LADY DOTTIE THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE IS SLOW AS FAR AS UNDERSTANDING. IT TOOK HER 3 HOURS TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK AND SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE OVER THE PROPERLY. THEY WILL REPOSSESS YOUR CAR FOR BEING A WEEK BEHIND WITHOUT NOTICE. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY ARE NOT CORPORATED SO ITS SELF OWN BY A LADY WHO BUYS SHITTY CARS AND UP THE COST ON THEM. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT LET THE LOW DOWN PAYMENTS FOOL YOU. THIS LADY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!
