We drove out of our way to this location because we wanted to find a Kia dealership with a good, old fashion small town feel - and we were glad that we did. When I first called during business hours, a person answered the phone and made the appointment directly. I appreciated the easy and quickness of that phone call. A 'real' person also called the day before as a reminder of the appointment. The best thing about the whole experience was the worker named Tucker that helped us at the service area. He was so genuinely nice and efficient.

If I could give them Zero Stars I would. The service is so bad and after them having my car for 8 months the car is still not fixed. The manager tried to charge me for a starter and the car still won t start. The manager proceeded to tell the mechanic to remove the new starter and give me back my vehicle when I refused to pay $546 for fixing a car that still won t start. They told me they woulse the problem. I guess he thought I was a woman so they could just tell me anything. So I asked to see the old starter to prove that it was changed they said oh we changed in back in March so we can t prove it. Well I asked for the team or person who checks behind the mechanics to ensure they are doing the job they are charging for. The manger told me they have no such person. No documentation showing the starter was changed. The persons and manger who worked on my car as I was told by the new manager is no longer there. I must look crazy cause to pay for a starter on a car that won t start.

Very bad experience until this day. They give you a runner around when you trying to ask a question, no professionalism at all.

Contacted for service, forwarded to answering machine. No call back. Tried to make appointment through website multiple times, still no call back.
