This was my first service experience on my 1 year old Telluride. My favorite car I ve ever driven, by the way. Chelsea took great care of me!! I had a totally positive experience with Chelsea and Hutchinson. I highly recommend!!

Service Dept was very friendly and anxious to please. Both ladies greeted me each time (for oil change, AC evaluation and repair appointment) with kindness and a Smile. Staff was available to take me to work in a timely manner while car was being dropped off for service. Gary was an exceptional Uber shuttle. Great conversation shared and is very enjoyable. He truly loves his job and has a great personality. Thanks also to Nick as he s multitasking. Thanks to service manager, Stacy for inquiring how things have gone. Lisa Harris

Super easy team to work with on purchasing our car! Jake, Alex, and Bailey were all very responsive to my questions and requests. Coming from 2hrs away, they made the test drive & paperwork quick and smooth. Happy to buy from them again in the future!

My wife and I had a good experience at Hutchinson for a vehicle purchase. We had an appointment to work with Alex, but ended up working with Justin as he was available and outside as we arrived.I was disappointed in the large difference between listed prices online and the tacked on charges for the first in-person quote we received, but I appreciated Justin's transparency, discussion, and demeanor during our negotiation to find to an acceptable outcome. Multiple websites said one price with no mention of significant dealer-imposed fees, so we were blindsided by the first cost breakdown we were presented which was frustrating. We did end up moving forward with the purchase and otherwise had a positive experience, but as we have open items pending (replacement parts being shipped to local dealership for repair), I can only remain hopeful the rest of the experience wraps up positively. Also, I was given a fair trade-in value for my vehicle and ended up trading-in as part of the transaction.Bottom line... I would do business with Justin and the Hutchinson team again, but would come in prepared differently.

This was my first experience with Hutchinson Kia & even though I didn t buy my car there, they will be using them for my 2023 Kia needs. I went online to schedule an appointment approximately a week ago and today, the appointment was on time. Quick in and out. Plus, the staff was really courteous. I recommend 100%.

Love my 2023 KIA Seltos. Service department was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I just had it serviced at the 10,000 mile mark.My grandson drive a Soul and my sister drive a 2013 or 2015 ForteWhich she bought new and loves it.So last year, I decided to invest in a KIA. Glad I did.

My 2024 Kia Seltos recently needed immediate service, for I hit a blown out tire on the interstate. Unfortunately, it messed up my brake line, brakes, and the rotor. Stacey and Mary jumped right in to help me, regardless that it was near closing time. They did an EXCELLENT job getting everything handled for me. Literally the BEST Customer Service I've ever experienced! Thank you so much Stacey and Mary for getting me back on the road!

Just bought my new Sportage this week after looking for the last 2 months! My Salesperson was Jake and he was great and got me the vehicle I wanted! The General Sales Manager Elmer was very nice and introduced himself early and helped with my deal! Chris Turk the Finance Manager was so helpful in explaining everything to me since this is the first car I ve bought! Very happy with Hutchinson Kia!!

Nice experience. Received warm welcome and great service. Service advisor was extremely courteous and delightful to work with. She kept me informed of my service progress, advised of much needed recommended maintenance items and provided info for upcoming maintenance. Would recommend Hutchison KIA service department.

The over all experience was one of a kind to say the least. After working out a price on the vehicle & start signing paperwork they come up with additional items to increase the pricing. The salesman figured he made the sale and he was done & didn't care of the vehicle was cleaned or if we needed any help getting familiar with the vehicle. Had another salesman show us items and help us, then sent email of videos the next day. This could and should have been better.

This is truly one of the best dealerships I had the pleasure to visit and purchase from. Our sales consultant (Cullen Y.) made us feel welcome and valued. He is very knowledgeable about all models. He answered all my questions and asked what we wanted, or did not want, before showing us a vehicle. This is a "no pressure" dealership. I do recommend the dealership and Cullen.

Absolutely loved the service from the sales portion, PJ and Justin both were extremely helpful. However, the shop side was unacceptable. I received my car after waiting 8 hours, it sat in detailing for 2 hours, and was NOT detailed. There was some sort of overspray on the exterior, and I had to clean the interior the day after purchase. There was food/drink caked in the cup holders, makeup on the visors, and the only thing I could see that may have been done was a brief vacuum. Like I said, sales side was no problem, they were informative and tried their best to keep me updated, and very understanding of my frustration. However, my car was not detailed after sitting for 2 hours waiting for it. My mother dropped her car the same day for an oil change, after 4 hours got it back, and had to have it towed back 2 days later because there was no oil in it. I would 100% recommend BUYING a car with the salesmen and office staff, however I will not be referring anyone for a detail or oil change. Especially after the absolutely unacceptable customer service my mother received from the shop manager after her experience.

Service exceeded expectations. Service advisor staff was professional and engaging. Their findings and recommendations were explained well with rationale for needed additional Service but not high pressure. Waiting room was clean,comfortable and anemities greatly appreciated. Will be a repeat customer.

Absolutely the worst sales experience I have ever been apart of. As soon as my wife and I pulled up we felt like no one wanted us there, every sales person was slow and acted like we were a burden. I do no recommend this dealership. We originally started working with Patrick ( who I do not in anyway recommend buying a car from) then we were passed around to three different sales people who only knew three words I don t know . Sales managers low balled us 3k on our trade and when I called them on it they lied. My wife and I went to another KIA dealer in Warner Robins and bought the same exact car for 2k less and the right amount for my trade. This place is a joke, super unprofessional and basically robbery. I recommend going anywhere else!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change/service. Told me there was a recall on my vehicle that was for the rear hvac control. Got there and I was told that the recall was a simple check to see what kind of clips were on the control and if they were one type they would have to change it but only if it was that type. Well 2 hours later they were done and told me that they did not have to change the control. 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is a little long in my book.

Do not come hereHorrible service and they don t answer the phone for anything! I brought my Car here for regular maintenance couple weeks back and today I needed to take my wheel off the car. My wheel lock wasn t in the car. They forgot to put my wheel lock back after doing maintenance on the car and after trying to get a hold of a manager for the last hour, I m getting passed around from advisor to advisor. Stay away from this dealership!

Great experience, our Sales Agent, Hunter Holland, is extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to find a cat that my wife loved. Now that we ve driven our 2024 Seltos we ve fallen in love with the car. It did take us a few minutes to set things up the way we liked on all the controls.Now that we have it s great! Were older, some of the new technologies just surprised us. Especially the crude control, the car rus our set speed and even automatically keep distance from the car in front of us the same, and it even will stop the car automatically even in stop and go traffic. It even will steer the car if you want. Everyone at the sales office was very nice and helpful. We both enjoyed the experience.

OMGOODNESS!!!!!!I have never had an Experience like the one me an my Husband had at Hutchinson Kia in Macon, Georgia....#1.} 1st off lets start at the beginning with Mr.Cullum who was our Sales Men, 100 out of 100{you read it right} his Customer Service & Patience was Excellent....#2} Mr. Bailey, their General Manager not only is Smart as He {Double Hockey Sticks}but it Behooves{nsider} me that he not only did he work the numbers with his knowledge and expertise, but gave us a better Deal than the other Kia Dealers did, from Morrow & McDonough,Georgia on down...#3} an Lastly Ms. Kathryn and Mr. Turk made our ending Process so Amazing and Awesome with their Compassion and Understanding...an I had just met all of them that day, but the way all of them worked with us, made us feel so important instead of trying to rush us around just to get a sales.....If your looking for a Kia, go here....you definitely won't be "DISAPPOINTED", I PROMISE.....Thanx to all the Kia Staff at Hutchinson Kia, I will be bragging an sharing my Beautiful Experience with everyone!!!

This was the best experience that we have ever had at a dealership. Cullen Young was so knowledgeable about all of the different KIA's. He wasn't pushy and showed us all of our options. Andrew, the sales manager was so great to work with. PJ did a great job of showing me how all the options worked on my Sportage. We are very happy with our purchase.

i came in looking to trade my corolla cross in for something bigger and nicer. john and bailey helped me navigate which car would fit me the best and we chose the sportage!! i feel so big in it. customer service was phenomenal and i have referred all my friends to come and get helped by the hutchinson family!
