We live in Ohio and bought a new Cadillac Lyric about a month ago. We decided to drive the car on a round-trip visit with friends in the Winter Garden Florida area and had no problems on our drive to Florida but the return trip on Friday was something else. Once we got on the road back to Ohio we started getting some warnings on the dash and eventually the car battery wouldn't charge. A call to OnStar put us in touch with Hutchinson Cadillac of Macon, GA but it was late on a Friday afternoon and they were over an hour away from where we were. We barely made it with the battery charge we had and these folks took us in like we were family. They immediately got to work on the problem and found out one thing led to another, but over the course of a few days, they got us back on the road with only a few smaller issues unresolved. We were able to finish the trip safely with no problems and even got home in time to watch our youngest granddaughter for the evening. We can't fully express our gratitude to Brian, Chuck, Crystal and the whole team at Hutchinson and really appreciated their dedication and concern for us, our family, and our safe return home.

I just wanted to take the time to write this review due to me having an amazing experience today at Hutchinson gmc as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I talked to Thomas about my scheduled oil change.. he looked me up and got me situated I knew I had one more complimentary oil change it said expired in the system but Thomas and his manager Brian looked into the system for me and figured out the problem they were kind, understanding, caring and patient with me I truly am grateful for Thomas and Brian today . You can tell when people really care and love their job thank you so much for having awesome people on you team I will definitely be back

I had an EXCELLENT experience dealing with Willie Scott Jr. He was very patient, dilligent, knowledgeable and got me situated super fast. Willie had our Suburban paperwork signed, deal sealed and vehicle delivered in no time. I am very satisfied with the attitudes of Willie, the sales manager that was in the background and the finance manager whom I spoke with. I certainly recommend this place for your next ride.

Thomas Anthony Jr; Service Advisor, was the most customer service friendly and professional of anyone with whom I have had contact with at any car dealership. Originally, the dealership reprogrammed a key fob for me. Then, I needed my settings updated. Mr. Anthony listened to my request and immediately addressed this. He could have sent me through service for a lengthy process, but he didn t. He went to the car and updated the settings himself.
